Greater Lowell Pediatrics at Lowell: what do users think?
Brian Phan: Getting in touch with Secretary Julie to schedule a simple appointment shouldn’t be so difficult, where you are constantly being sent to voicemail because she doesn’t want to answer a call in the moment. Not everybody has time sit around and wait on their phone all day, and people would be more than welcome to wait on a line until she’s available. This has been going on for ages and it’s grossly unprofessional. Also, the office closes at 5 PM, so patients should be able to call until then, not 4:30 PM like Julie claims. If it truly is 4:30, then that should be accurately reflected online.Hoping for there to be revamps on how patients can reach the front desk easier as that is what they deserve.
Venices Ortiz: I used Mychart trying to schedule a sick appointment for my son and instead of them actually scheduling a sick appointment through the app cause that’s what it’s for they tell you to call in just to be put on hold for 40 minutes just for them to tell you they weren’t giving out appointments even though I called at 3 and the office isn’t closed until 5. Switching pediatrics
DraMatik Gonzalez: Been coming here for over a decade with all my kids.
Stacy Nguyen: Unprofessional!!! They will tell you nothing is wrong with your child then you end up in the ER. ALso they will give mark for no show for appointment they schedule and did not confirm with you. Took me three months for them to find my children's records and then they had one child no show and said he needs to find another doctor. I would not recommend bring your child here if you love your child.
Joseph Onoroski: My eldest has ASD and not only are they amazing with him, they are great for our whole family. Incredibly patient, with their hearts in the right place, I have yet to have a bad experience in all the years I have been there.
Hoeun kim: No one ever answers the phone when you call for non urgent reasons. When you leave a message, no one calls you back. This office needs better communication.
Princess Charming: All four of my children are patients at GLP. They see Dr. Conway and they absolutely love him! Most doctors and nurses are extremely well with the children. They put the children first and listen to the children and parents. I know several people who use this office and love it as much as my family. Great bedside manner, great staff, clean office. I would recommend this place a million times over!

Christine Burnett: We just moved from Georgia back to Massachusetts. We had a wonderful visit, every person we spoke with from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor were all amazing. They all treated our son with patience and kindness. We love his new doctor. Dr. O’Shea. We felt like we were in great hands the whole time. Thank you guys!
James J. Simon: Great doctors and awesome staff

Lowell General Hospital: what do users think?
Jason Cross: Came to the ED for a heart issue concern. Was greeted promptly and was kept up to date consistently concerning next steps. Ended up being admitted for tests and observation. Staff was attentive. The Tufts app is convenient and keeps you up to date on your test results. This makes it much easier to be able to ask informed questions with your care providers. The food was far above expectations for hospital food and the service is customized, personal and prompt. For my own health reasons, I hope that I’m not a frequent flyer, but if I have to be in a hospital, this was as good of an experience I could have hoped for. Professional, courteous staff and modern facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend. A+
Noce: Several terrible experiences with the Hospital they are horribly disorganized and overworked. I would rather take the commuter into Boston even for an emergency! I waited 12 hours in the ER to be seen for heart related issues.. had to come back twice because they couldn’t find lab orders for blood another time..
susan santee: The wait time in Beetlejuice was shorter.
Mr. T: Been using this hospital for almost 30 years. Quite reasonable and professional. No serious complaints.
Alex DiPietro: I really wish I could give a ZERO STAR!!! They need to find a better staff I had a heart monitors, oxygen, and blood pressure cuff all attached to me. I pushed the call button in my room and waited for over an hour, and nobody came to check on me so I decided to unhook my self all the machines were going off, and I left down the hall to go to the bathroom, came back to the room and sat in my room and nobody came while I was at the bathroom because my husband was sitting in the room and said nobody showed up yet. We sat there and waited for over 20 minutes longer until i went out to track somebody down to re-hook me back up. There were three nurses sitting directly outside my room the entire time they were there when I went to the bathroom there when I came back and there when I went out to have somebody hook me back up, not even the nurses would come in to hook me back up. An EMT came in and did it instead Because not one of them moved when I ask for help. When I was outside my room there was a light that was flashing and lots of sounds that were going off in and outside my room because I was unhooked and not once did somebody check on me to make sure I was OK. I was extremely surprised considering I was in there because of my heart.
Deakins Keith: Right now the ER waiting hour is plenty for you to drive single trip from Boston to Philadelphia.
moyomie: Workers have an attitude and are in a rush. #badjob 👎👎👎 I rate 1 ☆ go to a better hospital with workers who truly care for you. They forced me to do things on my own while I was in pain #crippled + they gave me a bald emt person (I hate bald people) (he also has no eyebrows) #idontsupportcancerpatients #falopecia
Teerth Patel: Terrible wait times in the ED. There’s not enough doctors.
Susan Sweeney: I went to Lowell General after I was sent there by my Doctor because I was passing kidney stones and there was blood in my urine and it hurt to urinate. They kept me overnight and the floor nurse missed my vein therefore the machine kept going off after 3 hours another nurse changed the IV and she missed the vein as well and my machine rang all night and all morning , finally I pulled the needle out of my arm and went home and they said I left against Doctors orders. It was awful because my arm hurt so bad from them missing my vein and even my roommate buzzed them because she could not stand listening to IV machine beeping. And to make matters worse they said they would be in to change out 3x from 9 pm until 2 pm next day. What a nightmare hospital experience. I would go to Saints over Varnum any day. I would never refer anyone to Lowell General on Varnum ever. The lump and bruise after on my arm was horrid
Smerly Reynoso: If I can give a 0 star I will definitely do, If you really want good medical attention, I don't even recommend that you go to this place. I say this from my own experience. Every time I go they make me wait almost the whole night. I was in the hospital since 9:40 pm with pain in my chest and unable to breathe It was 2am and they still haven't seen me, I'm a pregnant person and they really don't give you the treatment you deserve as a patient These staff really don't care about their patients.
bethany laroche: Do yourself a favor....get air-dropped into a tent in an isolated part of very econimically poor or strife-ridden country....you'll get medical care....
Nash Bassey: Terrible terrible services. I was in the lobby for hours for my daughter. She was in so much pain. I had to live after waiting for sooooooooooooooooo long. Other parents were living in frustration with their kids. The management must be revised,
Eddie Quinn: My mom was sent to the ER by her doctor for chest pains, shortness of breath and light headedness with a history of atherosclerosis and diabetes. Her doctor knew it was a heart issue. She went to the ER and sat for 7 hours without seeing anyone. 7 HOURS...with those symptoms. She ended up seeing a cardiologist the next day and was rushed via ambulance into Boston for a triple bypass. We are now on hour two of waiting for post HEART SURGERY shortness of breath and tightness in the ER.This is unacceptable and the state needs to step in here.
Herculean G: The fat lady in the reception is so rude and doesn’t care to answer any of your questions. Painful wait time’s and no staff to deal with patients
Calvin Fritz: Sitting in the ER now for 5 hours waiting to be seen with internal bleeding! Looks like there are still 6 patients still ahead of me!! This place is the worst!!! Now 6 hours and waiting!
Julie Newman: I went to the ED for an eye issue that turned out to be harmless. The tech, nurse, and doctor were all so kind and never made me feel bad for being there. While long waits are expected in ERs nowadays, I really didn't wait that long. The tech who roomed me was very nice, the nurse was professional and kind, and the doctor was encouraging and really made me feel better about something I thought was terrible but was very routine. I thank all the hardworking staff at this hospital.
Mama Bear: Labor and Delivery & Pediatric Unit: Everyone at LGH was amazing from the person who changed my trash all the way up to the doctors. I cannot say enough good things about both this hospital’s L&D dept and pediatric unit. If I could give them 100 stars I would. My baby’s room in the pedi unit had a bed & a shower for me to use which was a huge plus. The doctors are privy to all the most advanced science. Delayed cord clamping is standard. Their lactation help is top notch as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that LGH doesn’t have a photographer who comes in to take baby’s hospital photos but that was no biggie because I did my own photos while we were there lol. I can’t say anything about the rest of the hospital but I can say that LGH is THE place to have your baby at.
Marina Wong: I had an elective test done before I moved down to FL. The doctor and the nurses were very nice and explained the procedures to me in detail.
Zafar Nizami: 6 hours ER wait and counting. The people ahead of me have been waiting literally 12 hours. How is this acceptable? Can you even call this an organization? I also don’t need the LGH rep commenting on this post telling me to call patient relations. Reform your hospital first. Never have I waited several hours to get seen at an ER. Unreal.
Dan Sloan: Great nursing staff. Could get rid of the useless paper mask mandates, but the nurses were very nice
B.Bhargav sreekaR: The worst kind of experience I’ve ever had in a ER. The reason anyone would visit ER is coz of the emergency. And irrespective of the emergency you’ve got the staff here are carefree and doesn’t even have the empathy factor they need when working in a health care. Had to wait more than 5 hours for my friend’s case of severe pain in the chest near heart. Recommended for people with great patience level and if you still got to visit this place better carry your phone charger, and essentials to continue with your sleep. The reviews speaks up for the hospital.

Cardinal Pediatrics: what do users think?
Dhara Ramani: Dr Purnima Baranwal is very kind and helpful doctor my kids love to visit her and she is very knowledgeable and informative. All the staff is very kind and helpful always greet us with smile .
Daniela Borges: The best Doctor and nurses, I love this place
Vanda Gnann: Good 👍
Jane Makumbi: Very approachable and made my kids feel comfortable during their visit with her.
Naresh Prajapati: Great, she is wonderful, always willing help when we need it end is very careful, with my child,I always highly recommend it to everyone.Love the staff as well, and very clean clinic.. thanks...
Skylar Phan: Extremely poor communication with staff and providers.
Manasee Pathak: Ok, we love our son’s pediatrician. So this review is not for the doctor but for the clinic staff. We have been going to this center since our son was born. We usually are very consistent on following up on our son’s vaccine records. In last 5 months the clinic receptionist said we were up to date on our vaccines, and we late our son’s age appropriate vaccines twice! This was not noticed by the staff until I saw them for his flu shot and asked them if he was due on any vaccines soon and if we need to schedule any appointments. They clearly do not check the patient history on any vaccine updates. The accountability of kids being up to date on shots should be from both end’s including parents and doctors clinic. We are apparently very happy with our pediatrician hut the overall experience with the clinic missing our son’s track of vaccination disappointed us.
Isma Saad: We love the providers , would give 5 stars once their receptionists are better trained. We have been with the practice for more than 3 years now. I called to get an appointment for my daughter yesterday and the receptionist asked me if the doctor has been updated by the insurance. I told her we contacted the insurance but since my kid needed to be seen , I would pay out of pocket for today if that's what it takes. And she clear cut told me they won't make an appointment until the insurance updates the Drs name. I have never been denied a visit by my current Dr with such arrogance for a reason I have no control over. They made an appt right away when I called back with the claim number that I had spoke to the insurance again and it takes time to be updated .Disappointed by the way we were dealt with to say the least.
Natasha Loaiza (Princess): Very Nice. Attentive. Listened as I spoke and answer my questions with no problems or excuses. Thank You Made Me feel comfortable to have you check my Daughter and take care or her health when needed too.
Brandon Lee: Great experience all around. My Daughter needed a physical and was in and out. Good communication with staff. 10/10
LXI M: Always very helpful and make sure all my concerns are addressed. They are very child friendly and patient with my daughter. She always feels comfortable with them and I love how they help me find natural remedies when I ask.
Mr Wainaina: Everyone is friendly, professional and caring. We have been going there for over 14 years. Highly recommended .
Pretty Saralengy: I love this place they are so good with the kids, very patient they takes their time and talks to you. Highly recommend the practiceLove the staff
Tom Quinlan: Absolute great care, sick or checkup they are always right on top of making sure my children are all set. I went through 3 pedi's before this place and this is where my kids shall stay. DR Baranwal is my kids prefered doctor she is very patient and great with kids.. im sure the other doctors are awesome as well though.
Mari Gin-Gonz: We have been going here since she was born. The staff is friendly and the doctor is personable. We love it here
Rinku Master: Love Dr. Baranwal. She is so good with the kids, very patient. I never feel rushed when I go there, she takes her time and talks to you. Highly recommend the practice.Love the staff as well
Joice Veronese: Ótima ela e maravilhosa sempre disposta a atender quando precisamos e tem muito cuidado, com todos meus filhos sempre recomendo a todos .
Mz Gist: No wait times . Friendly staff . Dr Baranwal was patient and ready to answer any questions or concerns .she dealt with my baby with care.
Ramakrishna Kalyanapu: Their treatment and caring is awesome
Daniela Ortega: Very upset with my most recent phone call to the office. I called at 11am for recommendation on what to give my child for his symptoms and was never called back as they told me they would. When I called back they told me they are busy and would call me again later before they close if they can or tomorrow maybe. When I got upset and asked for a quick recommendation on probiotics and vitamins and explained it they are too busy I would have to find another medical team for care they laughed I could hear laughing in the background! I’m disgusted and upset with this treatment it’s a child I am calling in regards to not myself which I am pregnant and don’t need the added on stress from a facility team which should be more responsive and professional! Had I not called them back at 2:30 I would have never gotten a call from them and now that they close at 4pm I was told they weren’t sure when I would get a call back for a simple recommendation on what would be best to give my 18 month old. If they do not care about losing their patients and laugh when a mother is upset due to the lack of their response in communicating and are using being busy and a perfect excuse as to why they cannot answer or call back then I can only say it amazes me how they can sit and listen to me talk and laugh but are too busy to get a quick response from the doctor and relate it to me!! Disgusting and unprofessional of the front desk and nurse who was there listening as they called it busy!
Rose Christian: I have 8 kids all enrolled with Dr.Quazi and she was my pediatrician when i was a kid until I turned 18 and got pregnant with my first child so when I got a new doctor because I became an adult I enrolled my babies there. And it's good. To have a doctor that knows all about my health and my family health.

DrumHill Pediatrics: what do users think?
GILBERTO Imbacuan: Our family has been associated with Drum Hill Pediatrics for over 20 years, Dr, Irvin, Dr. David, Dr. Whitney have been taking care of our 3 beautiful daughters from birth to adulthood. I would like to emphasize the great care that Dr. Whitney demonstrated with my daughter Kimberly; she went out her way to talk to her and to help soothe her pain and figure out what's wrong. The only regret I have, is that we will have to say goodbye soon, due to the fact that our daughters have grown up. Hopefully in the near future we will have grandchildren, so Drum Hill Pediatrics can take care of them.
Julie Walker: My experience was very negative at Drumhill Pediatrics. Particularly, David Newman, D.O. “Dr. Dave” who is misogynistic, impatient, rude and dismissive. The female doctors are indecisive and aren’t willing to advocate for children. They had an office manager who was extremely unprofessional and condescending. The nurses have all been lovely, but it’s like a revolving door there and staff members don’t stay long. Plenty of other excellent pediatric practices in the area.
Jason Rivanis: Awful experience all around. Especially with “Dr Dave.” He’s very smug and condescending. He speaks and doesn’t allow you to be heard. He also has a PMF. The office manager is the same way. I believe her name is Rachel. This practice doesn’t care about their patients. All they care about is money. You can tell it’s a toxic environment to work in by the constant turnover with staff. Do not bring your children here. I wish I could rate it zero stars.
Fran Granfield: Great with kids right up to the older teens. Great office staff makes it even easier.
Antoinette Tengey: I love this practice. I have all 4 of my babies here. This November will be exactly 10 year been with them. I love how they take good care of my children. The doctors; Dr Hunt, Dr Newman, Dr. Verra and the nurses are very friendly and attentive to our needs and make it comfortable for the kids. I will recommend it a 100%
raviejanek: The doctors are so awesome there!
Ann McDonough: My son has needed over 6 surgeries, he’s had 4 stomas and multiple interventions. He’s also been seen at 4 different hospitals… he’s only 9 months old! However, our pediatrician Dr. Verra has followed him since the day he was born and has kept up with his needs beautifully. Did you need a pediatrician? Look no further! I’m so pleased with this entire practice, from appointments to lab work, and the care given to children and parents. They earned every star!
Helô Ps: I can never express enough how much I appreciate everyone at DrumHill Pediatrics. When I was still in the hospital I was given a list of pediatricians to choose from for my daughter Grace. I googled a few, but when I saw De Lauren Verra's photo, I immediately chose her! I couldn't have chosen someone better to take care of my daughter like her! She is just wonderful, she is so attentive and compassionate. Thank you Dr Verra, thank so much! The staff is also very friendly and attentive. It is easy to get appointments and callbacks. Love this place.
Jess McLaughlin, DPT: My 3 y/o son was up all night crying with ear pain. I called the office on New Year’s Eve while they were obviously closed and was connected directly to the on call doctor. He agreed to meet us outside the closed clinic to check his ears to prescribe meds that morning. They really care here, wanted to keep us out if urgent care in the middle of this new COVID spike. Very pleased.
Jacky Forgan: We have been going to Drumhill pediatrics for nearly 10 years now and do recommend this practice. We arrived here from Australia with our 5 children aged 4, 7, 10, 13 & 16 and our youngest two boys still go here. We have always had positive experiences and would not go anywhere else. The doctors are great and the staff are friendly. Someone is always willing to help
A Sullivan: I have been going to Drumhill pediatrics for 16 years. And all that I can share with you is the wonderful experience I’ve had consistently throughout these years. They have a wonderful caring team along with their office staff. Both Dr. Irving and David Newman are Fantastic.
Kaitlin Lane-Goodrich: I submitted a review on 12/26 stating Do not call after 4pm huge inconvenience. A reply and my review was taken down due to not being able to find me. I am an adult. My son is a Patient. Called 4:05 12/26 staff rude. Dr Newnan got on the phone and I quote "and you call now" in regards to my son's temp. Just don't bother zero compassion
K B: I love Drum Hill pediatrics, especially Dr. David Newman! He is always amazing with our children and very knowledgeable. We have been coming here since our 1st child was born (over 9 years ago) and could not be happier! The level of care has always be exceptional and expedient for sick appointments. The office staff is always welcoming and eager to help.
ELIZABETH Raposo: I Love all the nurses all the Dr Excellent Pediatric .This is my favorite place so friendly with my children they treat the kids like there own! 7 years goin on 8 an i would’nt recommend no one other then them...
S. Souza: My family and I are greeted by a friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, we are always seen in a timely manner, never have we had to wait a long period of time before being seen by the doctor. If ever their has been an emergency my children are able to be seen promptly & the nurses go above and beyond their duties to ensure that my children have the medicine and formula they need. I highly recommend this practice to all family and friends!
Kalyan Gondrala: Both Irving and David Newman are very caring and responsible.
Khristina Ntallas: love it
C S: We had to switch pediatricians because we moved to a new area and Drum Hill pediatrics was very highly recommended to us by a local family who have been patients for a while. We had a smooth transition and for the last few months that we’ve been patients, we’ve had nothing but good experiences. The front desk associates are very attentive and patient, really listening to my concerns before referring to what I have to do. Getting an appointment has never been a problem. I also like that doctors Irving and David addressed my kids right away and connect with them before asking me questions. The nurse we had contact so far is amazing too. We recently had an emergency situation and I’m very happy and grateful for the way it was handled.
Bill Candel: MR. Irving J. Newman performed an inappropriate and unacceptable procedure on a 2 month old infant. Has been reported to the medical board accordingly.
Rose Roman: I would highly recommend Drum Hill Pediatrics. We are always greeted by name with a warm smile by the office staff, and the nurses are gentle and kind. Recently, when my 3 week old ended up in the hospital with an infection Dr. Dave came to visit her every day (even Sunday) to make sure she was ok. I cannot say enough about the quality of care my children receive!
Jessica Raisdanaee: Very rude on the phone ... would not recommend
