Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Terrence Cullinane: A bit pricey
Dana Stanley: Love th8s store
Jin Song: I don't know... Good for killing a little time looking at random stuff you don't need and stuff that is priced way too high. I would say the candles do smell good here if candles are your thing.
Amanda Valenzuela: I guess I don't need to post anything about unfriendly customer service because there are already so many posted by other customers. Sighs...WS needs to do something. I hate to see them going out of business. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
Rita Thompson: The customer service staff at this location is top notch. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of all the products.
Andrew Nagelin: We love Williams-Sonoma and my wife had to stop in.Lot's of things said "buy me" and we could actually smell food. Probably from an earlier cooking demo.We spoke with a rep from Jura about their coffee makers. She gave us plenty of time and no sales pressure at all.
Dave: Not sure of the range of products on offer
Susan Stemper: Came in looking for induction-compatible cookware. Displays were not well-labeled, prices not posted for open stock. Staff person was unable to answer basic info. I may be back, but would do all my own research on their website and then come in only to handle the pieces to make my selections.
Desiree Cacciola: The William and Sonoma store in Lynnfield is always a great experience , whether it’s to window shop or buy new dinner/cookware. The customer service staff at this location is top notch. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of all the products.
Deanna Cacciola: Was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and knowledge of the employees at the WS in Lynnfield. I felt overwhelmed by the espresso machine selections but the employees explained each machines features to me. Lately you don’t find this high level of customer service at the most finest restaurant but this team exceeded my expectations
Tand4gs valverde: Zero stars if I could. I purchased an item online and wanted to exchange it for a different color in store (which they had in stock). Um, no I could return the one I bought, by mailing it back and then wait weeks to receive the new one. I could also return it in store and wait 7-10 days to get a gift card mailed to me, which I then could use to purchase a new one online and wait weeks to receive it. They were so rude and acted as if I am crazy for expecting common standard business practices. I will never shop here again! Seriously it’s 2022 and extremely bad for the environment to add all of this wasteful shipping. Plus what customer would be satisfied with this ridiculousness. I should have ordered this from Target, Nordstrom, Bed Bath and Beyond, or any other normal business that operates in this century.
Jim Haynie: Enjoyed the customer service and jammed packed supply of Instapots and other merchandise. Thanks Jan for the great service today.
Jessica Angell: What a miserable experience. My husband bought me a wine chiller for my birthday, and I wanted to exchange it for a different style. I called to make sure they had the one I wanted in stock. They did, so I got my 6 month old in the car and drove out of the city to make the exchange. Surprise surprise, they didn’t have the one that i wanted (“Ah, maybe someone bought it??” whined the unhelpful manager. Unlikely. And don’t you think a competent person would have set it aside for a customer who said that they would be right in??)The exchange took forever because, in 2021, Williams Sonoma still can’t reconcile an online purchase with an in-store exchange. And then, the piece de resistance, I can’t make the exchange because my birthday gift was delivered more than 30 days ago. We thought that the return window was 90 days, but was informed that if the item had been delivered 1 day later, it would be eligible. Alas, it wasn’t, and nothing was to be done, because, unlike modern retailers, Williams Sonoma merely empowers their retail employees to aggravate and annoy customers, not help them. We’ve had a smattering of issues across all of the Williams Sonoma brands, exacerbated by return policies that seem designed to make the process as difficult as possible and leave you with a loathsome feeling towards the brand. If that’s the case, they’ve exceeded all expectations, and as sad as I am to swear off this brand, I can’t see myself making another purchase, despite the fact that I’ve shopped here regularly for nearly 20 years.
Suzanna Trabucco: Always enjoy seeing all the kitchen gadgets, cookbooks, and gourmet selection from waffles to drink mixes.
Ryan Fitzpatrick: Very helpful when purchasing kit hen equipment
Lisa Mc: Store was mobbed, way too crowded to enjoy
Will S: Tried to return a gift here with a gift receipt but was “past the 30-day return window”. Nothing on the receipt indicates needing to return the item 30 days after it was purchased. No options were made available, not even store credit. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful.
ƈʏռᏆɦɨǟ ʀօɮɨռ ֆʟօǟƭ: They didn't have knife guards and they offered to take the time to order them online (which I could have done from home) but didn't mention that they weren't in stock and would take a month to come. Had to cancel my order but one of the knife guards it was too late to cancel because it was already on its way but it's been 3 days and still not here.
emma yengel: Deb was extremely rude and then laughed in my face when I told her I didn’t want copper cleaner. Guess my copper plate I got my aunt was “dirty” and that it was “disgusting” that I was going to give it to her that way. Unprofessional
Courteney Holley: Deb, one of the associates, was incredibly rude to me when I came in. She literally laughed in my face over the item I was trying to buy as a birthday gift. Horrible experience even at checkout. Will not be returning.
Jane Howard: Great William Sanoma...They didn't mind us doing a bit of window shopping in the store...Great browsing.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Aleah Fine: Came in for a registry appointment and was bummed to find the equipment not working and the in store selection to be small. Otherwise the service was fine and the people were kind.
Doug Coombs: Not cheap, but nice kitchen materials - cutlery, pots and pans, accessories like splatter screens. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask them. They often seem to have more "out back".
Steve Baker: This may have been the worst customer service I've ever interacted with. Pathetic, particularly given the size and prestige of the parent company. Furniture delivery date lapsed several times, after multiple calls without any explanation, the product finally arrived - damaged. I am expected to re-package this huge item, as they simply do not offer replacement parts, and somehow bringing it to a shipping center. This is, in their minds, a clean and clear way to resolve the situation. All on my time and effort. Naturally, there is no route for leaving feedback to hold the company accountable so here we are on Google.
Kyle Friedrich: Was a great place to shop…not anymore. Terrible customer service on my last purchase. Won’t be back.
Lisa M: Stopped in to look at knives and kitchen cleavers. Met an amazingly knowledgeable staff person who was fantastic!
name unknown: Wee bit pricy for the average person
Meghan McGowan: I have my wedding registry here and one of the items I got seemed to be defective so I took it into them and they were so amazing about getting me a replacement and apologized for the inconvenience. You don't see that type of customer service much nowadays and it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend buying your kitchen supplies here as they will always point you in the right direction .
Kendra M: Great customer service
Jennifer Hart: Bright displays, looks like spring
Paul lehmann: Jenn was the greatest help one person can ask for. l had a lost order, she made the calls found the problem and called me twice to make sure I knew what was going on. And got the order ASAP. Thank you for all you do. Best Paul L.
Madeline Wesley: Difficult time placing order and charged for postage when was picking up at store when it could have sent directly to home instead of me driving 45 minutes yo pick up.
Tom Rufo: Classy as always. Cool trendy new location
Walter Wojtak: Everything you need for your kitchen from silverware to cookware
Denise Mailloux: Woman was very helpful & knowledgeable about the item were looking for
Terry Love: This is the worst on line company to order from and then try to return something. I sent back a counter top oven back on Dec. 26th and still 6 weeks later still can't get my credit card credited. I didn't even open the oven, orginal box. I have called customer service 5 times and they say it is in progress . Do not oder anything from William -Sonoma. Repeat stay away , Walmart will be a better choice!! Take your business somewhere else, I spent hours of my time on this matter and they could care less.My next step is to report them the state. Not worth 1 star
Henry Hidalgo: Good product.
NHGirlathrt 14: Cute store, good products and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely go back.
Rachel B: The most underwhelming staff. I came in here NEEDING (not just wanting) to buy everything to stock my new home. I have nothing. Not one associate asked if my husband and I needed help, not even a “hello”. NOTHING. We were in the store nearly 30 minutes. I took photos of everything and I guess I will just order online. I hope the sales associates have a large savings account, because if William Sonoma sees that the store isn’t an asset, they will just close it and their piss-poor employees will be out a job. Insane.
Massmudman Rubicon1: If you love to cook, they have the tools for you! Very helpful and great pricing.
T B: Great customer service with very helpful associates. Have enjoyed shopping at this location for many years.
Scott Nealon: I love kitchenware
