Sylvia Shen: I went to 2 locations listed on their website and google map (Lowell and Tyngsboro) on 11.19 and there is no such shop on both locations. Called all the phone numbers listed but nobody answered the phone. What a terrible experience! Wonder how could this company still survive?Replying the owner: google map said your store was open. Why don’t you edit your google map business hours? And I didn’t find any statements on your website about if it is too early. Why don’t you put your statement on your website so we don’t have to waste our precious time? And by the way, I did find another store already selling real trees close to one of your store. Funny they don’t think it is too early to sell!Hi guys, it’s getting ridiculous. The owner is now threatening me to take down my comments/review otherwise they will contact my employer. He searched my Facebook and found my phone number and other info. This morning at 8:30am he called me. I did not recognize the number so I didn’t pick up. Then get texted me with very bad insults language to threaten me to delete the review. He did not care at all about my bad experience and did not explain why the business hours on the map and his website said his store was open but actually not. He only cares my review affects his business. My question is then why should I care about your business? Guys, I can’t believe I am in the United States in year 2022 being insulted and threatened because I left a true review.

Lindsay Pasta Miller: The seller had no mask on. My partner & I tried to keep our distance with our masks on. I don't know if this seller is asymptomatic with COVID-19... This action was most risky either of us has taken during entire pandemic. We both are high risk & I'll be anxious for 2 weeks hoping I didn't risk our lives for a tree bought outside. Don't all businesses require mask wearing by law with customers even outside in Massachusetts? COVID-19 is airborne...

Chang Liu: Last minute Christmas tree is selling here. I was almost desperate to find a Christmas tree, when I heard they still have Christmas trees on site. I felt so excited, when we got there, just a few small ones left. We were just about to pick one, a full truck load was coming! We were so lucky having a totally fresh tree!

Debbie “Ratmom”: During the Christmas holiday you can get a small tree and a stand for 20$ but you have to get there early .. so I've learned but by the time I got there they were all out but they did give me something it didn't have a stand but that's okay I have my own. If you're not desperate for something, you might want to wait a week or so. Some shelves were empty or missing. December update - while they do have a lot of holiday items, there were a number of empty bins.

rain bug: A fun place for specialty holiday items for the home. Lots of low-priced, decent quality casual dish and kitchenware. Reasonably priced furniture, although this isn't their specialty. And always a couple of bins of sheets with fun or pretty prints. Good sales on items from holidays just passed. Decent bathrooms. A good selection of teas and jams. The one drawback is that it's big enough that it's easy to get lost from the person you're there with and sometimes hard to reconnect with them. It can also be hard to get around and find what you're looking for due to the way things are laid out. But it's a good little outing overall.

Chad: I stuff my 8 kids into our family minivan, and we drive all the way to this store, only to find out they DO NOT offer Christmas Trees for sale year round. It has happened three years in a row. We drive; no trees. Last year, I left one of my children in the toy aisle. It was the youngest (so no biggie), but when management called me, they insisted I go back to get him. By the time I returned to the store, he was already wearing a green apron and being trained on the registers.

Eric: I am so glad I did not bring my wife here. They have a ton of different Christmas items that are on clearance right now. To walk into the store with indoor furniture, outdoor yard equipment, kitchen cooking items and food to bathroom necessities. They also have an area for gift cards and miscellaneous decoratorial items for your house. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked the question. Their prices were very fair items that were purchased. Enjoy but don't go too wild with yourself.

Cassie Hohenwarter: What a waste of $ and the drive. We went here because it clearly advertises that they drill trees for the Stand Straight Tree Stand. When we got our tree and I asked to have it drilled I was looked at like I had three heads. Then when we went to the drill the young man clearly didn’t know how to use it. We ended up having to scrap our tree and buy another one somewhere else because the hole that was drilled wasn’t deep enough or straight. On the up side everyone there was very pleasant. I just feel like you shouldn’t advertise something that you’re people don’t know how to operate.

Michael Bell: We've been going here for years and it was amazing. A nice little tree farm that felt like Christmas. They redid it this year to be way too commercialized and the Christmas spirit was just gone from the place. It just has the feel of a Walmart for trees now. Plus it was impossible to find a decent tree. We've never had a tree this small and thin. I hope Noles can find a way to get back to the way it was. Or we'll be slumming it at home depot for a tree next year.

Kevin Smith: Very decent variety of trees with super helpful staff. Thanksgiving weekend is, of course, extremely busy so plan ahead. Santa and Mrs. Claus was there so the little kids were in awe. Tree prices are very reasonable. Happy holidays!
