Jake Lemieux: From what I've seen, they have really inconsistent hours. The prices are slightly high, but it's not the end of the world. Selling paraphernalia is a turn off for me...an even bigger turn off is keeping your acids and other flavors cigars on the same shelf as anything else. Those flavors will cross over and really ruin a cigar that I'm already paying a bit too much for.

Noxan: Almost like he doesn’t know what he’s selling. I came in trying to get a set up didn’t go as planned. I was sold equipment that doesn’t properly fit together. Money is not an issue, that’s why I came to get quality product to begin with. Simply would’ve preferred after making my investment that everything would fit together. If you are buying, know exactly what you’re getting. Don’t expect to be sold something good because you can afford it. I was trying to pay for a good experience I was rather sold an experience.

Rachael Perry: Been sitting out front for 10 mins. Open sign illuminated, It’s 11:10 and the doors are locked. Seen employee pass by door multiple times…that reply to a similar review stating it was due to a personal matter is most likely not true.

Michael Morriarty: Shocked at several of the negative reviews about this place. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I mainly purchase tubes, tobacco and regular cigarettes (never cigars or other items) but staff is always polite, place is clean and never had a price issue.

Ryan G: One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t go here, they’ll take your money. I bought a pieces that after *2 days* of use started chipping away and actually cut my mouth. When I went back to ask if I could exchange it for a pieces that wasn’t defective, the owner simply claimed ignorance and said that it’s not their problem. Hope this place goes out of business.

Kugif: Fantastic shop. It has most of the cigars that people who have been smoking cigars for a long time hold in high regard. This shop and a shop in Malden are the best on the east coast. The owner is really good at suggesting new cigars to try based on your smoking preferences as well. Prices are also reasonable and there is a smoking area inside. They also always have Byron and Atabey in stock.
Charles MacNulty: I come to Massachusetts once a year to see family. The Visit is not complete until a stop at the smoke shop and have john pick out a fine cigar and Sit in the smoke room, watch TV and enjoy the banter.

javier palencia: I got a good cigar at this location but the kid that was selling cigars had no knowledge about them, nobody wants to go to a manly cigar shop to be attended to a kid that knows more about video games than what he is offering. Training can be used here. I also asked him to find out if I was able to order a box of very rare davidoff for me +$400 nobody ever called me, they lost the sale because there's no follow up with clients, beautiful store but management hmmm not very well.

Honestly, I haven’t seen any such a shop within 20 miles. Lowest price (look at my two bills picture), best quality, and above all genuine products. Wide variety of Cigars, Hookah, Vape juice, JUUL (you will find Mango), Bong (omg you should visit them before buying bong. You will not regret).Cigars & More team I am not going to go anywhere. Kris Record: The cigars are decent however the humidity is way off. Selling some cigars for $40 while the outer wrapping is dried and cracked. I found many brands and cigars to be in this condition. Please be very selective and FEEL the cigar to make sure it's "fresh" before you spend.Something quick and this would probably be fine.
