Shamso Ahmed: Today, October 25, 2022, we used Dynamic Cleaning Systems, we are very unhappy with the cleaning and the service. When I was booking the appointment with Justin, he told me it will take about two hours to clean our apartment.Justin and another man came to do the cleaning at 12:02pm, it took about 10 minutes to set themselves up. We got out of the way so they can clean, thinking the job will take about 2 hours. In 20 minutes, Justin calls me over and tells me that the cleaning is done for both bedrooms and living room. I went to check the first room, and the large throw rug in the middle of the room was not cleaned and they didn’t remove it to clean the carpet underneath it. Same as the other room as well. The didn’t move any furniture. We took pictures. It seemed like they were using steam not shampoo in all areas. There was no lather, bubbles, or any indication of shampoo, not even the smell of any chemicals or soap.The original quote off the job was $160. They said it would be an extra $20 per room if they had to move furniture. When it was time to pay he quoted me for $230. I gave him my debit card and I told him that wasn’t the original price and I was willing to pay but that I wasn’t happy with the service, and this is not cleaning. This was horrible job. At that moment, he called someone at their office and I explained to the lady that was on the phone what was going on but she wasn’t listening. She told me that they can’t move furniture because it would take three hours. But they didn’t move anything and the furniture we have is just a dresser, a crib and a bed (which my partner moved for them).I told them that I would leave a review and Justin said if I leave a bad review then he would get his lawyer and the police involved. At that moment, the woman on the phone told him to leave and they would consider it theft of service. I wanted an explanation and clarification of the high cost, and I was still willing to pay. She didn’t even listen long enough to understand the issue.He put my card on the table. He left out of the house threatening us with the police and his lawyer. This experience was awful. Anyone who is reading this review, please stay away from this company. This was horrible.Service:Standard cleaning

After the dark colored rug dried, I took a wet white cloth and pressed on the rug to find the white cloth turned brown. I’m very disappointed that my rug is still dirty. Justin the owner was very responsive and quick and was willing to come right away in less than an hour. He did a fantastic job. I had previously hired Certified Green for cleaning my carpets earlier this year and they disappointed me so much not only did they charge an arm and a leg but also unsatisfactory job.
