Antique Clock Restorations By James B Mckenna: what do users think?
William Sansone: Great service! Awesome job repairing our German Coo-Coo Clock.
David Timmons: Mr. McKenna fixed a very special clock for me (built by my gramdfather). He did a thorough job, and didn't take too long.I had a different clock maker/restorer "fix" the same clock a few years ago. He kept the clock for months, and when I got it back, it didn't take long for the clock to stop working.I won't have any of my clocks worked on by anyone but James McKenna.
Stephen Fisher: When I brought my antique clock to have Jim examine the problem, he noticed right away that my clock needed a new key and had one on hand that fit perfectly, a somewhat elaborate silvery replacement. When I asked for the bill, he said "no charge, have a good day". Needless to say, I was doubly pleased! Having known Jim for a number of years, I can attest to his high degree of competence, thoroughness, integrity and love for his work.
Jean Veseskis: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThanks to Antique Clock Restorations, the grandfather clock my dad bought for my mom, on their last Christmas together, chimes again! The clock had been neglected over the years moved multiple times. Jim gave it new life. Our grandfather clock once again fills our home with memories and beautiful sound.
June Knochin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJames went above and beyond for me on my beloved grandfather clock restoration can’t thank him enough!!
Bob E: I inherited a cuckoo clock from my father. He had brought it back from Germany many years ago. . It is EXTREMELY delicate and was in disrepair. Jim worked diligently, keeping me informed of his progress,.and got it working beautifully. Afterwards, Jim told me a number of "dos" and "donts" about handling such a clock. What impressed me the most Is that Jim has called numerous times to ask how it is working. He seems genuinely concerned and I can tell he is passionate about his work and takes pride in it. He also answers his phone. I would recommend him to anyone. Bob E, Nashua
Scott Hall: I had my Grandfather's Grandfather clock (Emperor) that hadn't been working in years restored by Jim recently. I am thrilled with the end result. It is functioning great and the chimes are playing on the quarter hour. While it took a long time (as Jim had warned me it would) it was definitely worth waiting for. The clock is a beautiful addition to our home. I have fond memories of the clock fully functional as a child and wasn't sure if I would be able to get it going again since it had seen many years without use and it was in pieces when I initially gave it to Jim to repair. I would highly recommend Jim if you are in need of a clock being serviced and/or restored. Thanks. Scott
David Pope: Positive:Professionalism,QualityIf you want high quality antique clock restoration, this is the place. Professional and exacting…… If you are looking for a quick fix this may not be the place as they take any and all time necessary to do a proper job and find appropriate parts. We highly recommend them.
Eliz Crowley: Update: A clock wound to a stop while I was away and the chime got out of sync. I couldn't figure out how to resync it so I emailed Jim. There are various methods, but he knew which this clock needed and talked me thru advancing the chime up to the current hour. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful! Much appreciation.I have three antique mantle clocks that were in various stages of neglect or disrepair. Jim McKenna knew how repair all of them, including one with a china-to-brass hinge. The work took a long time, but his prices were reasonable for restoration work, and he has been available by phone to answer questions. His knowledge of clocks and antique restoration best practices is extensive. I'd tried several other repair shops without success. McKenna was able to get the clocks ticking and chiming and preserve their antique beauty.
Joanne Russell: James works very hard to make sure your clock is functioning properly. His skill and expertise comes into play for each repair. You should Google him and see his handiwork on large restorations. I had a very difficult repair and yes it took time but it was done right. I have been there when he went out of his way to get an item back to a lady who just left. He even offered to drive the hour to get it to her. I see some reviews on this and wonder how needy someone might be. Gee your clock is 5 minutes fast? Can't you adjust it? You paid good money for his services go get your moneys worth. I've had an appointment and he was not there too, but he is a person. Illness and emergencies do come up. Please tell me that you have never missed an appointment or forgot someone was calling or coming to a meeting, etc. You must be a perfect person living in a perfect world. Look, if you have a clock repair, call and speak to him. You will be glad you did. I drive an hour to have my Moms clocked fixed. Well worth his expertise
Michelle White: Brought my family banjo clock to james that fell and broke to almost disrepair. He worked diligently and tracked down parts that he needed to make sure he could put it together as original. He is truly a master at his craft. He also appreciated the emotional connection the family has for the clock and took great strides and care because of that.An artist should not be rushed so please be generous of time, it is more than worth it.
Alyssa F: For someone that runs a clock business, James has no sense of time. I made an appointment to drop off my clocks. When I got there, the shop was closed. I called him and he sounded like he had no clue what I was talking about, as though he forgot about the appointment. While I was there, he told me to pick them up in two days at 1 PM. So we made that appointment. I called to let him know when I was on my way and he said that he was not going to be there. So we figured out a different time that was going to work. I got there early and when I went to the shop I saw the sign that said open and there was also a sign that said to ring the doorbell and the doors were closed. I rang the doorbell and nobody came to the door. Great. So I waited in my car for about 20 to 25 minutes then called to ask him if he was on his way. He told me that he had been in the shop waiting. I told him I had been waiting for a while and he told me in A bit of a sarcastic tone "see the sign that says OPEN. You just come in." But if both doors are closed I'm not going to just walk in unless there's a sign that says so. I actually thought he was pretty rude. Did he fix my clocks? Yes. But I absolutely will not go back there just because he made me wait twice, I had no concept of any appointment whatsoever, and was rude.
Jerald Jaggers: Critical:Professionalism,QualityIt took 9 months to repair my antique mantel clock, and even then the clock still runs 5 minutes fast. More than a couple times I was told the clock was ready to be picked up, only to be told later that they needed to keep the clock for an additional week or two.
Rick Greska: He does a great job but he's not cheap or fast.
Dave Lambert: I have a beautiful 30 year old three movement Howard Miller wall clock. It took a nasty fall off the wall. The movement needed replacement along with several other critical parts. Jim is not a clock repairman. He's definitely a passionate craftsman providing tender loving service as needed. Very glad I found him. The repaired clock has been running perfectly for 6 months.
Richard Siegel: Jim knows a lot about clocks and does excellent repairs. He takes his time and tries to use genuine parts. Fascinating shop if you like clocks.
John Melby: Jim has just finished restoring an 1840s clock that has been in our family since it was new. My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the quality of his work—so much so that I have just asked him to restore another antique clock. His work is of the very highest caliber; we could not have asked for a better restoration. Five stars for sure!
Maria Lumenello: When we decided to have a family clock repaired, we selected Antique Clocks to do the work. After visiting his shop and speaking with Jim we felt confident that our clock was in good hands. He explained the repair process, price and time it would take. If you're looking for an antique clock or need one repaired don't hesitate to contact Jim.
Steve Petrucelli: Jim is an excellent craftsman with decades of experience restoring clocks. He has helped me on numerous occasions taking care of customer's clocks. On the sales side, his new shop has a wonderful selection of Early American Clocks that are in excellent condition and reasonably priced.
Ken Kode: We have had an early Willard timepiece in our family for over 100 yrs. It was not running for as long as I have had it . I had brought it to other repair shops and and was told it was beyond repair. At some point I saw a website of the Delaney Antique clocks in West Townsend Ma. and thought I would give them a call to see if they repaired clocks or maybe make a suggestion on where to bring it. I live in Seabrook New Hampshire and hoped there would be someone close to me. They suggested James McKenna of Dracut Ma. and said I could see his restoration work on his website and to give him a call. I started to look him up on the internet and was amazed at the restorations he had done in his surrounding towns. I found that he had restored the tower clock in Chelmsford ma. and also the Lowell High school clock outside of the school. There was also a clip about the comings of the restoration of that clock. I felt it would be worth the trip to Dracut to see if he could restore our family's heirloom. We met at his store in Dracut. It was like going back in time when I walked in into his shop. Clocks of all kinds. There was 150 year period Grandfather clocks from New Hampshire, Maine and surrounding towns. He also had a Willard timepiece that was on display. He looked at my clock and said it would need intense restoration work. He pointed out the the painted tablets were original and the Willard signature on the dial was untouched. I felt confident after talking with him that I could entrust him with the clock. Although it took some time to get the clock back it is now on my wall at home and looks beautiful and running and keeps excellent time. I'm also considering purchasing another clock that is in his shop. It was well worth the travel time for me to have had James McKenna restore my clock that all other shops had turned away. BRAVO! to Antique Clocks by James McKenna.
William Thomas McDonald: I was just driving by, I live nearby, and saw this antique clock store of Jim McKenna's. I had a clock somewhat in mothballs, it hadn't been used for a while and had a broken door and glass. Jim got it up and running and it is now beautifully gracing a high shelf in our kitchen, sounding the hours and teaching the small children in the household how to tell time. Jim did a great job and kept me advised of the progress of the work. I was very happy with Jim's work.

Ashan's Antique Clocks and Restorations: what do users think?
Denita Murphy: Ashan is amazing. I have a clock that was my grandmother's, a small piece was damaged during a move and it was not working. The clock now works well and you cannot tell it was damaged.
Lee: Ashan provided superb service with our precious grandfather clock - he was knowledgeable, responsive, practical and, most of all, trustworthy.Ashan is one of only two in the greater Boston area who are qualified to do period quality restoration and yet he is down to earth and genuine in his care to see that these antiques endure for generations to come. While his expertise is immense he’s patient without any hint of arrogance that others might use to pressure you on decisions. He’ll be younger than you expect but that’s all upside in terms of energy and respect for his customers.
Patty Rash: Great communication, prompt, thorough, very knowledgeable. Fixed my clock in a timely manner. Fantastic work. Thank you!
Patrick Cullinan: Restored an old family 'Frengley Brothers of Dublin' clock from not much more than a wall hanger or something to be harvested for scrap parts to a beautiful functional eirloom - the restotion involved making several parts and cleaningvthe working and some other repairsto the case - my clock is now my prized possession and keeps time better than my overpriced Swiss wristwatch! Below is one before photo of the workings and then 3 after photos. Could not be happier with the expertise, service and end result. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ashan's clock repair services.
Cherie Weightman: Ashan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Plus he stands by his services by offering a type of “check back service” at no charge if for whatever reason your time piece is still a-little off once it has been returned back to your home. I am very appreciative to have found him as he so skillfully restored and brought back to life, my two beloved clocks. From this point forward I will most certainly be employing Ashan’s talented and experienced services to handle both my antique mantle, and modern grandfather clock. Thank you Ashan 🙂
Dan, Cristina, Alejandro, and Diego Winsor: He did a wonderful job with an old mantel clock that’s been in my family for a while. He’s very professional and courteous.
Monty Hitschler: Another successful restoration for Ashan. What a fantastic experience. Ashan loves what he does and it shows. I learned so much about this early American clock. To have this beauty chiming away, as it has in my family for closing in on three centuries, is such a joy. Thanks Ashan!
dckahn: Excellent service! Highly recommend!
Stephen Packard: Ashan was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He did an outstanding job cleaning and fixing our grandfather clock. He even prioritized getting this done for us to meet our holiday schedule. I cannot recommend him enough -- he is really excellent.
Stephen: I would highly recommend Ashan. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable person that can repair your clock, then you have found him. I am very happy that he got my Herman Miller grandfather clock working, and will use him to perform annual maintenance (which I didn't know I was supposed to do, and that's why the clock needed repair!).
Deborah Giannone: For months I was searching and calling people to repair and service my grandfathers clock. Finally I called, Ashan's Clock. He came the next day and took the clock apart brought the guts to his shop worked on it there and brought it back and reassembled it on site, it works great! Ashan is very polite and talented and knows clocks and takes pride in his work to make it right. I would highly recommend him to everyone for their clock repairs. J Giannone-Lynn
Katrina Bradley: Ashan took my clock that was in disrepair and no longer working, and cleaned it up beautifully! I would highly recommend his services.
Griet D.: Superb service. Ashan immediately responded to online request, did house visit to fix a family heirloom German clock with great expertise, care and ...kindness.
Gilbert Kittredge: I recently brought an antique Ships Bell mantle clock that was not working into Ashan's Antique Clocks for repair. It turned out to be a challenging repair but Asian stuck with it, was able to source a hard to find part and get my clock working again. I was very pleased with his dedication and interesting in repairing my clock and am once again enjoying the chimes that the clock makes. I would not hesitate to recommend Asian to anyone looking to repair a timepiece.
christopher walker: Did some long distance business with him. He did an excellent job with my clock dial and face and kept constant communication with me. He did an amazing job with just enough restoration to keep my clock looking and just right and aesthetically pleasing for its age. 100% would do business with them again.
Laura Prince: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueHonest
Lisa cataldo: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Jennifer Pagan: Ashan repaired a cuckoo clock that has been in my family since the mid 1800s. My family in Michigan had tried several times to get the clock fixed and they were told it could not be done. I asked Ashaan to take a look and he was able to restore it and get it working again. The clock and all the mechanics look beautiful. He even made a house call when I had difficulty getting it up and running after I brought it home from his repair shop. I would highly recommend Ashan to repair and restore your precious clock!
Seth Einhorn: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness

Pinet Clock Repair: what do users think?
Warren Barnes: We've got a Grandfather Clock that has been in our family for generations. Dates back to the 1800's. My grandparents had someone in Hudson that worked on the clock from the 1950's - 1980's. Then his apprentice took over from there. The apprentice retired and we were left without a clock person.Fortunately, we crossed paths with Alan Pinet of Pinet Clock Repair. The clock was overdue for a cleaning and oiling. Alan came to our house took the clock back to his shop and did his thing, which included keeping the clock for a week after his work was done. He did this to ensure that the clock was operating as it should. We missed having the clock here, (!) but were very happy knowing that when he returned with it, it would be in top notch shape and that it would be running perfectly.Alan was a wealth of information - we learned a lot by having him here, both on the pick up and return / set up. Can't say enough good things about him! If you are need of someone to take care of your Grandfather Clock, look no further than Alan. Thanks Alan!
Keith Rose: Very honest up front yankee type of guy, knowledgeable, give him a try with a phone call across from king Kone in merrimack exit 11 rt 3
Maryanne Jensen: Mr. Pinet revived several of our antique clocks-- he is an expert! Courteous, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled! Thank you!
Janis Zambrello: I have a grandfather clock that Pinet Clock Repair has been servicing for years now. I would highly recommend Mr Pinet if you have any mechanical clock. He is knowledgeable, shows up on time, works efficiently, and his prices for servicing and repairing clocks are reasonable. My clock has never worked or sounded better!
susan Benson: I was in need for someone to fix my grandfatherClock after a move. I found Alan online. He arrived when he said ,and he took all the working parts with him when he left to his shop. Very happy I didn’t have to bring the clock to him. It took a couple of weeks, and he called to say the clock was ready. He came over the same day. It’s finally working and I love my WestminsterChimes. The entire experience was a great one. We would highly recommend him.Thank you
michael carey: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessIf you want your grandfather clock working perfectly, this is the guy you call. He's extremely thorough, and will educate you on your clock. Don't waste your time calling anyone else
Mike Avola: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThis man was amazing so kind friendly and professional and extremely personable he fixed both my clocks and was completely reasonable thank you ALLEN
Dwight Gerardi: We have a Grand Mother clock from the 40's and the movement wasn't working. I called Alan and Pinet Clock Repair and explained what i had. He suggested a new, modern movement with a speaker to replicate the chimes. However having to remove the old movement, the face had nothing to mount to. Alan got creative and found a way to mount the face and pendulum while keeping the original look. He took the time and effort to make this come our correctly. The clock looks original and has a modern movement and the chimes sound great.Highly recommend Pinet Clock Repair for your clock needsSincerely,Dwight G.Londonderry NH
Michael Philbrook: Alan is a very friendly and respectful man and he does beautiful work. Highly recommended.
Tom Brown: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAlan was amazing, explained everything in detail and did an amazing job servicing my grandfather clock. Very professional and amazing work and attention to detail.
Karen Rothschild: Mr. Pinet is amazing! My Mom's grandfather clock looks brand new. He is knowledgeable , professional and meticulous. He is also extremely reasonable . Finding him was a miracle!
Dave Doucette: Alan took on two projects for me; a grandfather clock and a mantle clock. My grandfather clock which needed a tune-up and cleaning; fantastic job getting it back to primo condition. Next, a mantel clock, which was just too far gone to save. Alan is a pleasure work with, he provides status updates along with options to move forward, giving the customer a clear picture of what is needed to address a repair. He is an honest and fun person. Thank you for your work.DaveHudson, NH
Danielle McGee: Alan is a pure gem. He is chock full of knowledge and pleasant to speak with. He did a beautiful job cleaning and performing much needed maintenance on my grandfather clock. He even traveled quite a ways to my home to pick up and drop off the clock. I am very pleased with the service and his rates are more than reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to someone passionate and masterful at his craft.
jane young: Mr. Pinet repaired a grandfather clock that was almost 50 years old After his repair work the clock is like brand new! He was responsive from my initial call until the clock's return. he would call with updates and to ask permission to do additional work. I did not realize that such a gifted craftsman still existed! His work and professionalism are simply outstanding. We could not be happier with our clock and Mr. Pinet's work.
Jim Smith: Alan is a true professional. An expert in clock repair, excellent communication, efficient and with fair prices. If you need clock repair, he's the one to call!
derrin dufan: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, VERY FAIR PRICES, PICK UP AND DELIVERY AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK. WHAT MORE CAN I POSSIBLY SAY - USE HIM IF YOU NEED CLOCK REPAIRS. I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED.
Jeanne Wallace: Due to an accident, our one-of-a-kind, hugely personal value industrial clock which survived the Malden Mills fire, was broken. Insurance covered the claim, but I could not find a clock repair who would take the project on. They all said they couldn't fix it. Not only did Alan say he could fix the clock, he repaired it beautifully. The dents are gone and new glass installed. He had to work extra hours to find replacement hands to fit - hard to do since the clock was from the 1940's but he did. Then he came to our home to install it himself. A true craftsman and a man of good character. So rare these days.
Stacie M: Alan did a wonderful, careful, and thorough job bringing our unusual antique clock back to life! He was prompt, great at keeping me up-to-date, and very reasonably-priced.
Elizabeth Jutila: Great service!
Tania Sillich: Alan did a great job working on our clock. He is very knowledgable and clearly enjoys his work and is always very willing to talk to you about how your clock works. He was very prompt in completing the repairs and getting our clock back to us. I will definitely work with him again. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
Tyler Chase: Alan is an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with. After acquiring my grandparents' Howard Miller grandfather clock, which had not been running in 20+ years, I tasked Pinet Clock Repair with getting it cleaned up and running again. Alan did a fantastic job and I can't thank him enough for getting our family treasure ticking again. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work, and is willing to go above and beyond in explaining the history behind the clock and it's proper operation and maintenance. I would highly recommend Pinet Clock Repair to anyone needing clock restoration, packing/moving or repairs.

Old Times Sake: what do users think?
Brad Reilly: Am dropping off my clock to Henry today, Hope he does a nice and quick job on repairing it. Spoke to him yesterday seems like a very nice guy.
Robin Phaneuf: Great service good conversation and humor clocks work perfect now well ahead of schedule
Roberta Nichols: Henry is a nice gentleman, and he probably is competent. My issue was that I left him a mantle clock that was made for me many years ago by a close family member who has since passed. The clock needed the mechanism replaced. A couple of weeks following my dropping off my clock for repair I called asking how the repair was going. Henry indicated that he was still awaiting the mechanism ordered from Pennsylvania, and he would call me when it was repaired. So I waited 2 more weeks, and called Henry again, at which time he told me that my husband already picked up my clock. I am not married, so there is no husband. Henry then said he would again search for my clock. He found another clock, but that clearly wasn't my clock, as shown by the photo I sent him after the clock was lost. My clock was unable to be found, as it was apparently mistakenly given to another customer in replacement for their clock. That customer had to know that he was given the incorrect clock, but took it home none-the-less. Henry did give me a replacement clock that is very nice, but it is not my loved clock. He did charge me the $35 for the replacement of the mechanism. I would strongly urge anyone using Henry's repair services make sure that their clock is boldly marked with their name and phone number, and have a photo of their clock taken prior to dropping it off.
John Fowler: I was very happy with my experience at Old Times Sake. The business is a father son type and the owner immediately returned my call. He was very personable and fixed my broken clock in under a week and at a reasonable cost.

JFK Clock Repair: what do users think?
David Dolfe: Positive:ProfessionalismJohn was professional, courteous and very friendly. He diagnosed the issues with my Grandfather Clock and repaired/replaced the movement. He took the time to explain all of the options available to me and was very easy to work with. Keep up the great work, John!
Mark Adams: Avoid, avoid, avoid! I needed a basic in-home service done for my grandfather clock which is basically a quick lubrication of the moving parts. John quoted me $140 for the service. When he arrived, he proceeded to evaluate all of the components and tried to upsell me on a complete overhaul even though the clock ran perfectly after it was oiled. Because he spent so much time looking for things he could fix, he demanded $350 for his visit. Never again. And, if you care, he will not wear a mask inside your house.
Rick Baker: After calling multiple clock repair shops, JFK was able to get our old cuckoo clock up and running again after a decade or so!
jjblocks2000: Personally I have known this business all my life and I think he does an amazing job with his work and does the best he can with any current circumstances. Life is not easy but he can fix a clock very well. So I would like to leave a good review.
Christy Gigante: I head my cuckoo clock repaired here years ago and it still runs great.

Watertown Watch & Clock Repair: what do users think?
Freddy S: I wanted to express my appreciation for your services and for reviving my Omega watch along with providing a really nice watch band to finish the servicing of this watch. Big thanks to Christine and Chris. Overall an excellent experience.
Mary Fisher: Courteous and had what I was looking for.
Albatron Afredo: I brought a galaxy 3 watch to have a band adjustment. The guy working there did not know what he was doing, and had to google directions. Yet, he still managed to break the watch bracelet. Turns out you don't need to use the pick on this bracelet and instead use another tool. Well, the brand new bracelet is now broken. The guy insists it was defective, a very convenient argument I would say considering he didn't know what he was doing. Tells me to return the watch ..... I brought it to another place and they basically told me he broke the chain link by brute forcing it... The whole time they make u think its your fault not theirs... totally unprofessional services.
Lynn Rhenisch: Wonderful shop. Two owners are welcoming, very helpful evaluating old clocks & watches and offer repairs with top expertise.
Michael Wolfson: Experts on watch repair. Husband and wife. Very pleasant and helpful. I usually just get batteries replaced but I inherited a watch and they fit it working.
Joon Son: i brought in a watch that was about 20 years old that stopped working. i thought it was the battery but it was a small mechnical issue that the owner of the business was able to adjust for me for FREE! he did not charge me for his time or labor. i could tell his business was backed up with a lot of service requests, so it was much appreciated. i will definitely come back for other needs and i highly recommend this business!! thank you!
Donna Gildea: Very helpful & very pleasantpeople! Prices very reasonable & if you pay cash, price is reduced! Worth the drive which was a few towns away
Jack Noble: Chris and Christine are always kind, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Look no further for watch/clock repair, service and sales.
Denis Carignan: Amazing company and amazing people, with great skill and experience. I highly recommend for reliable and professional service of all timepieces.
John Thibodeaux: Awesome people and very knowledgeable!
Patrick: Love this small business. The owners are great. Take any watch issue there. I'm sure they will try their best to help.
Kerry Maguire: I've been coming to Chris and family for years, with problems ranging from the mundane (dead watches) to the sublime (non-working family heirlooms) and a bunch of thrift store treasures mixed in. In the rare instance he can't fix them - and especially when he can - he is always generous with his expertise, time and humor. I really can not recommend them enough.
Alex Villanueva: If you are looking for outstanding, smart, passionate, polite service - THIS IS THE PLACE. It’s worth the 30 minute drive for me just to ask questions about items. Chris and his wife are very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris had given me great advice on clocks and watches and they treat all of their customers fairly and with respect. While other shops may pull you in just for the $$$ business, Chris will give you candid advice into how much repairs and service’s will cost, and to the value of your item. I wouldn’t take my timepieces anywhere else!
Todd Bello: Very Honest , and quality repairs you can trust . I have been a customer for over 25 years .
Sarah Ryan: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueNicest people ever and they have fixed every watch I have ever brought to them.
Schuyler Larrabee: They are honest and tell you what the repair will cost, and give you this information so you can make an informed decision about whether to have the work done. But when they repair it, it's going to work well!
Matthew McNeff: Wonderful local business for all of your clock and watch needs!
Mahek Shah: Positive:Professionalism,QualityVery friendly family-owned business. New location at 82 Trapelo Rd, Waltham. Knowledgable about anything I've brought in. Even tells me that its worth trying X or Y before they dive in, but if I wanted to, it would involved Z at $Price. That is a sign of honest, authentic, genuine business.
Kathryn Dennison: They are knowledgeable, thoughtful and respect sentimental value. We chose to leave a vintage watch for repair.
Ralph Hirsch: Just the nicest and most helpful people. Great prices on changing the batteries on cheap watches. Judging from the stuff in the shop they're real watch repair people.
Xiana Russell: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueWent in to get a watch strap swapped. Kind owner and was very quick!
