Asset Musrepov: This is awful location! I was scheduled here for 7 am pick up. Arrived earlier, and they have signs to call and do check in through the phone. Called them several times, no answer. And parked in their yard, felt asleep. Couldn’t hear my alarm, and was late for 1,5 hours and they told me to pay $415. I was able to bring it down to $257 with help of my dispatcher. I will try never to come back to this facility. I will ask my dispatcher not to take any loads in and out from here!!!!!

William Q: Deliveries for Monogram Gourmet come here. Cold storage facility for product freight of Monogram. Receiving hours begin 7am. Must call phone number in order to check in. Decent unloading times.

Daniel Deyette: Completely touchless. You call the numbers on the shipping office door, they assign you a dock. Light turns green, seal and paperwork are in the tail. Seal it up and go. Didn't mess around on the load, either. In and out in under an hour.

lee brown: Nice people. Brought cheese, appt 7am. Arrived 4pm prior day. Parking available. Called at 1am. Empty by 230am. Went back to my spot and slept till my original appt. No issues.No other trucks in the docks when I backed in so it was pretty painless but if there were cabs in front of all the trailers it would be a little tight.Port a potty. But clean.

Dean Stockman: Got there to load my freight took about 20 minutes for me to get it ready pulled it out of freezer stuck it in my trailer was gone inside of an hour not bad at all.

Jawnny Goode: Got here 45 minutes before my appointment and was told that someone accidentally booked me for the frozen building instead of the refrigerated one. Clerk said that I could back up to a door but that he couldn't tell me how long it'd be before they got to me. Fortunately the operator said he had nothing else to do really so he unloaded me right away. It would have been really easy for him to blow me off, but he didn't. Cramped space, but friendly people.

Kris Donovan: I found it best to pull around the back and park there and then go into the office. If you are delivering ice cream you want to go to the left. If you are delivering produce then you want to go to the right. They will usually give you a door assignment quickly and then load you up. in and out real quick. No problems or issues.
