Priyanka K: Charged $16 for printing 6 sheets. Then when we expressed $16 seems too much for just 6 sheets, he reduced it to $8 . Which I think still is too much. Since we had already taken the printouts we had to pay him what he asked.

Ellen Feld: I've been publishing for over 20 years so I have a lot of experience with different printers. King Printing easily rates as the worst.- The sales rep was the most unresponsive sales rep I've ever worked with. Typically took 3 phone calls or emails to get a response and then she'd always tell me she didn't get the message or blame it on the receptionist (although I'd leave the messages on her voicemail/emailed her directly).- I was told the books would be ready for a late Sept event I had coming up, but in fact, the books were delivered in mid-November.- The quality of the print job was substandard. Covers were fine but interior pages (this was a children's book with color photographs) were dull, muted, did not "pop" like they should. I'm extremely disappointed. I've done four other books in this series so I know what they should have looked like. My usual printer wasn't able to take this job because of paper supply issues so I tried King. But my sales rep from that printer (*very* responsive) offered to take a look at the book so I mailed him a copy. His response (copied from his email) was - The book was not printed conventional offset. / Looks to be printed on older technology ink jet / We think it is a smooth offset that has a treatment applied to accept the ink jet print. - This is NOT what I paid for. I was led to believe that I was getting offset. Now I'm stuck with these substandard books.

FLEX EXPRESS: Quick loading there is a another company across the street you can turn around and back up to a company from the street
Matt Ward: King Printing failed to deliver on time even though they continued to promise prompt delivery. Their machines were breaking down during the process of printing my book. I asked to speak with Management on three separate occasions and my request was never honored. It become clear to me that King Printing is at the point of survival mode, whereby they simply are covering their tracks and failure points along the way just to get any quality product out the door and the customer off their plate. Their ability to meet deadlines is non existent and resulted in me pushing back my launch dates. When my speaker friends ask me where they should go to print their book, I launch into the story of how King Printing is a company that they should stay away from. King Printing is playing games with people's businesses and I believe that they know it. This crosses the line and pushes them directly in the path of Mass Chapter 93A, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices. I suspect that King has received a few of these notices and will likely get more in the coming months and years. It's such a shame that a company that had so much potential is crumbling right in front of our eyes!

Joe Shea: I ordered a product from them via Amazon and I knowingly payed over msrp for the product in question. They contacted me almost a week later saying that they overshiped the product and are now out of stock... the stange part is that I was given a fed ex tracking # that shows the product was delivered to the wrong state and signed by "Mr.Smith" im guessing they probably found someone else that was willing to pay more last minute....
Mary Kalamaras: We rely on King Printing to digitally print our town reports. We are very fortunate to have as our guide, Tom Campbell, a consummate professional who treats us like royalty. The end product is great and the printing costs are highly competitive. I would not hesitate in recommending this vendor for any digitally rendered publication.
RiverRun Portsmouth: Friendly people. I have worked with them on multiple occasions and been satisfied every time.
Radiant Child (RCY): This is a warning: Stay away from King Printing. They are unscrupulous. And they will make you sign a credit card statement that you will not dispute the charges even if the quality of the book is unacceptable. King Printing did not let me know that they would not be able to print my book so it looked like the sample book I had given them. In fact, when I questioned the photos on the proof, they told me that "it would look fine when on the proper paper", which it did not.When I got 1000 copies of the book and saw that the photos on every page looked like photocopies, I realized that I would not be able to sell the book. The Vice President, Tom Campbell tried to cover his tracks saying that the files I gave them were bad--but they weren't. This is verified by Sheridan Publishers, who created the files and had printed the sample book. So why didn't the two books look the same? King printing did not use the method of printing that the original publisher did (offset), and they did not tell me that they would not be able to match the quality of the book. My only fault is that I was too trusting, and now am working on how to get my $3K back from these unethical people. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Beware!

Amer Gammas: Peter and Michelle run a great operation. We've been doing business with them for our dental clinic for the past 5 years. They have a wide array of services and products, and are quite knowledgeable. Reasonable prices and good delivery times.
Shae Rush: The customer service was ok not very friendly at all. I’ve only had communication via email with Michelle and she isn’t very welcoming she gives one word answers after I emailed just trying to get an update. I would have thought as a first time customer I would receive a more warming or welcoming Happy for my business type of greeting. In the email she never give a proper greeting not hello, good morning, hi nothing. Other than that I received my stamp it was exactly as ordered so that Part went well just the response and customer service isn’t that great in my opinion. So I would give an ok rating. What you ordered you will received as asked but that’s about it.
Courtney Griffin: I got myself into a time crunch with a notary stamp that I desperately needed by Monday morning. I called OwlStamp Friday late morning and they couldn't have been nicer. They were sympathetic to my situation and were able to get the job done for me by 4pm the same day. Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!
