MVR My One And Only: My husband and I have been Aarron’s customers for over 10 years. Once had a bad experience with management over 5 years ago of which the former manager is no longer there. Otherwise my experience at the Lowell, MA store has always been a positive one.
Shotta Rudeboy23: Ordered my sectional from them they said it would arrive Tuesday between 3-6. Tuesday comes around I get rid of my old couches around 1:30. Waited till 5 called to ask what time more or less it would show up for them to tell me the truck broke down and they won’t arrive till Thursday. If they would have called and explained that I would’ve never got rid of the old couches till Thursday. Now I’m left with an empty living room for 2 days when all Aaron’s had to do is call. The woman manager was very rude and anyone could tell she couldn’t be bothered with a customer. Real poor customer service and handling of customers. And your waiting an hour for the cooperate number to pick up so can’t call to complain.

Valerie Viengngeune: Good service and does have many sets to look at. What is not there you can always order off the catalog but appears as if they have all the options physically there. Their sets look identical to Ashley’s Furniture. Price point is about the same. Took only a week of maybe less to get two bedroom sets. There are two floors and there were a few kids furniture and living room set. We also had them install and the guys were great and quick. We have an awkward small turn in order but they of course moved the king size bed and set in there like a pro.

derek Tebeau: Stay away! Do not buy, bought a king bed for 800$. Wodden slates are cracked, legs that hold up slates are broken. Box spring collapsed on one side, loose headboard. Called the actual manufacture, Ashley furniture, informed me that they in fact do not service this store. That I needed a new bed and that I was probably sold some junk. Told me to get my money back. Stay away!

Kevin Fuller (Kaje): (READ EDIT)I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I had gone to the store and signed a contract and set up a delivery date for a bedroom set. Not even an hour before it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later mind you, Steve the sales man decides to call and say that I was not approved. I had taken time off work for this and then they couldnt even give me an answer why. They didnt verify my employment, references or run my credit. They just changed their mind. Unreal this circus they run. This store will 100 percent be out of business soon with the clowns running this place. I cant wait until the next lie they come up with as to why I was denied. I smell discrimination because I caught the manager lying 3x already. What a joke btw the mattresses they want to charge over 1000 dollars for you can get at walmart for 300. Delivered. Save your money, dont fall for this scam. (EDIT) 3 years later I gave another try and they have been nothing but proffessional with me. Steve has even helped me out when I was very ill in the hospital. Also when the laptop had the wrong charger he fixed it right away and ordered the correct one for me. Completely different experience this time. I have no idea what the difference was this time but I stand corrected.

kyle boucher: Don't know how they work but I can tell you the drivers don't care about traffic laws. Nearly got side swiped when one decided to go straight a left turn only lane. They know the area, it's around the corner from the shop. Time and date: 12-12-2022 3:30pm on north rd and technology dr. Not the first time this has happened either with their careless driving.
ALLAN BAULE: Great group of guys all the way up to Owners, hard working will do pretty much whatever it takes to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Very knowledgeable people.
Ben Huu: Came here to share my similar experience as Scott. That green truck is one hell of a hazard on the road. Passing cars on the right, going over 90 on a crowded highway, and tailgating like it's the parking lot of the Superbowl.
Scott Crawford: I know nothing of your work. But some a hole in a green ram 1500 with your logo on the tailgate almost caused a few accidents on rt 3 north around exit 5 going over 80 Not, making multiple lane changes without signal.. Not good advertising
