Kim Michaud: I got a high paying job at a prestigious hospital due to my training and certificate from BCI so I am happy . Recommend to CNAs who are trying to advance or someone considering becoming a nurse , also the fastest way to get into the medical field for someone with no background or looking to get back in the medical field after a long absence. I'm now employed as a medical assistant in my choice of specialties .

I started in the pademic when covid hit while pregnant and these people was so motivated , cautious, determined, true to there work that they saw the good in us even if we felt we couldn’t .. they are great staff every each of one of them that works there .. if it wasn’t for them supporting and cheering I wouldn’t be here today carrying my diploma .. I recommend anyone to come to this place to study , great environment, different ages and there is no judgement ! Love it ! Thankyou BCI you guys rock ! 😘😘

They thoroughly prepare you for the NHA test, which was a HUGE help. My internship mentors were incredible, encouraging and the training I received was invaluable. I got 2 interviews immediately after my internship. I'm happy to say I am gainfully employed.

Not only was the quality of the education unmatched, but the staff and instructors, fellow students were as well. Albania Perez: Excellent school, I am participating in Phlebotomy training. The staff are awesome, organization of the school is great. The agenda and dynamic of the course are beyond my expectations. Mr. Laboy, has a great communication skills, he explained every detail of the course, he answered all my questions with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. The staff are friendly, helpful and the teachers are amazing. I highly recommend this school.

Pyramid Tank: Not disability friendly from what I witnessed. Teachers that deny request for disability assistance such as a learning Aid device. professors that publicly berate you if you're having learning issues or you are falling behind. In particular Glenn Johnson is known for doing this.
Frog Boy: Beautiful campus. Only issue is I went to go tour today and my friends needed to use the bathroom. We told the security resource officer that we were touring and were still denied because we weren't students. I understand they were doing their job but in the future, I hope they can be more welcoming and open up some student only things such as the bathrooms to potential new students.

givingyo utheslip: Advisors have no clue what there doing, professors do not care about the students and the staff in general is extremely unprofessional even leaving students on read with urgent emails or even kicking. Students out of there areas specific dedicated to them so that staff can have meetings. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere because you will not receive an education here period.

Charles Krueger: An awesome college in downtown Lowell within easy walking distance from almost everywhere in the inner city. Great professor's and curriculum, along with support services. Veteran friendly.
Colin: I had a very positive experience at MCC. Super easy to enroll. Teachers were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone there seems to want to see their students succeed. Transferred straight to UMASS Amherst after completing my associate's degree. Best decision I ever made.

Kimberly Haines: Great professors, the people that go there not so much. More harder driven people go during the night due to schedules. Day classes seem a bit full of kids riding their parents buck.

Sharleen Pietrello: Incredibly unprofessional drivers/care-givers. Never on time to pick up my son (often an hour late) for scheduled events, distracted, rarely engaged, uncommunicative, unhelpful. These are drivers only (barely), not educated professionals with special needs training. Regarding their driving standards, my son had to repeatedly ask a driver not to text while driving and twice had to make room in the vehicle for the driver's child. When we requested another care-giver, the replacement was no better. American Training clearly does not care about the safety, comfort, and development of its clients. They do, however, care a considerable amount about the comfort of their untrained, laissez faire employees. Even after complaining about the unacceptable treatment of my son, absolutely nothing was done.
Steven M Murphy: Disorganized! Always late! Since day one this place as been nothing but disappointing and that is being generous. My poor kid sat at his door waiting for these people every week and they were always late. Never mind texting while driving picking up their own children stopping off at stores. Please give your employees some training! This is not fair to the kids.

Kyrie Gregory: Communication amongst staff and with the clients is disorganized and frustrating at best. ATI is best at creating issues through thier own incompentence and offer little assistance when it comes to correcting a problem of thier own making (storing medication without a label). I would urge others to look elsewhere if they can to avoid themselves a headache in the long run.
TRACY MASON: A driver of this company almost run me off the road today. I would not wish for someone I cared for to ride with this driver.

Scott McCleary: Wow, that was a horrible experience. Driving behind a Mazda with Canto Driving School all over it, in the left lane, as I was trying to pass a large truck going 6-8 miles under the speed limit and YUP, they we're teaching the young student driver to stay in left lane, next to this truck, going under the limit for over three miles! Better yet, when I call to complain to corporate, they put me in touch with a lady who did not speak English very well, but sure knew how to ridicual me.Horrible company on both ends of the spectrum!
