Finley Harper: Ellite Construction Masonrt? Yes indeed! Carlos and their crew are top-notch people and do top-notch work. I heartily recommend them and will seek them out again for any future concrete work. They removed my stinky old sinking, shifty sidewalks and crumbling front and side steps and replaced them with lovely new ones with an antique finish that perfectly matches the “patina” of my existing 50 year old patio. Carlos also suggested two simple but smart tweaks to the original sidewalk design (a bypass that goes around my side steps and a place for the water from the gutter downspout to pass under the sidewalk—no more downspout-extension-tripping-hazard!), and those are two of my favorite things about my new concrete…other than the flat, walkable sidewalks and steppable steps of course. It was honestly a pleasure to do business with Ellite.
Lee Wooten: Carlos, the owner, came out to my house to inspect my chimney and gave me some solid education on chimney construction, he also provided several different options to repair our chimney. He was great to talk to and even though I haven't made up my mind yet on what approach to take, I appreciated his honesty and just felt like he was person who has his customers interest as his first priority. I would recommend Ellite just based upon my personal interaction with the Carlos. Thanks again!

Josh Francis: Carlosand his team were professional, dependable and well qualified for the job. We had them create a 33’ by 19’ patio from scratch including excavation and stairs. Carlos was consultative throughout the process and good at listening to our vision as well as concerns. Estimates on both timeframe and price were accurate and well inside competitors. We ran into a few unforeseen issues throughout the project but the team efficiently rectified. We are very happy with the end product and would be confident in recommending.

A Dude: Terrible service. Called Monday made an appointment for friday 1pm was told to call friday morning. Called friday morning and waa told "trucks are running on time" 2:30pm rolls around still no concrete truck here. Call dispatch to be told that they arent coming. Will NEVER do business with this company again. And would advise whoever sees this do the same.
Wicked Nor'East: Don't run, sprint away from these guys! ALWAYS late or calling to cancel the day of. Do yourself a favor and call Redi-mix and forget about these guys.

Darren Cox: Pouring a pad for a shed, received a mixed load of garbage that dried immediately, they came to inspect concrete and told me what was needed to fix they’re mistake,claiming it wasn’t spread and screeted fast enough charged me for what was supposed to be peastone mix, showed up as 3/4 aggregate 1hr and 1/2 late and truck didn’t have full load of what was needed to complete after they told me what was needed, they’re response was it’s already there, we can gladly charge you again for another load, use a different co if you don’t want headaches
Tim B (Bose): Customer service is terrible, they are NEVER ON TIME...EVER! They come when they choose. Concrete is garbage, and this is what happens when a company gets too big, you no longer have a name, only a number on a spreadsheet.

Kevin McCarthy: Do not, I repeat, do not deal with this concrete company. They are completely unprofessional, cannot maintain a schedule, delivere an order or accept responsibilities for third actions.
Cynthia Comtois: Completely unprofessional. We scheduled a 4:00pm delivery on Monday. We had a crew waiting and the cement truck had still not arrived by 5, so we called and were informed it would be 6:30pm or later. We asked why they didn't call and let us know, they said they were to busy taking calls to stop and let us know. Since it gets dark by 6 and there is not any exterior lighting, we rescheduled for the following Friday at 1:00. Again, with the crew present and no truck in sight, we called again. Dispatcher at MacLellan said they were not going to be able to make it until "maybe" by 5:30. The dispatcher was rude and not even the slightest apology for wasting our time and money was given. He cared nothing about the time we had taken off work to meet his delivery schedule, the money we had to pay for the crew who never was utilized, or our time. Called Kingston Ready mix and they showed up ON TIME the FIRST time!
Stephen Smith: Worst company ever!!! Stay far away. Take no responsibility for their actions and they are very unpleasant to speak with.

Joe Peluso: Amazing Masonry and their crew are honestly amazing. Their attention to detail, the quality of their stone cuts and layout are all excellent. I'm a pretty picky person with a perfectionist problem and I pretty much need everything to look and be perfect or I’ll have a problem with the job.I have to say that Amazing Masonry also share the same perfectionist characteristics. Everything came out amazing, super neat jobsite area, and zero delays in the promised job timeline. They did exactly what they were supposed to do with no compromise or cut corners and they laid everything out exactly as I asked. Pretty shocking these days to get work of this quality, not to mention that their price was very fair and a great value for the work performed. I’m now scheduled to have them perform more work around my yard since I know of the quality of their work. Thank you very much Amazing Masonry, and keep up the superior work!
