siddanth rai: Beautiful place to live in. Nightlife is amazing, there are several pubs and bars in walking distance. When it comes to food, there are great restaurants with different cuisine. You will not be disappointed. If you are working from home and would like to have some change in ambience, then there are few cute cafes in walking distance. UMass lowell is ~3min drive from here. Overall it’s a nice place and it has been growing.

J A: have lived here for over 6 years and it has gone down hill each year. Management Company is a joke and provide excuse after excuse when there are issues. Haven't had hot water in showers for months, and they have been working on "quotes" for about 3 months. Packages being stolen from the lobby area, with no fix in sight. Loud college kids in building. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Parking is also extremely difficult if you have 2 cars
R. Dufrene: Best place to live in Lowell. Beautiful green space and peaceful river views with the convenience of being close to downtown. Pet friendly. Tons of walking and cycling opportunities begin right outside the entry door. Steps from the Tsongas Center and Lelatcher Park. Better than average parking. There are two buildings, one with traditional 1-3br units and the other with lofts. All are gorgeous with soaring ceilings, massive windows, charming brick accents. And if you're lucky, you'll get breathtaking river views. I'm so happy to have lived here. Highly recommended.

Drawbacks are parking, however that has improved over the last couple years.Passionate Board of Trustees who listens to their owners and wants to stay current and create a great community.

Joy Chou: It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact to the people who manages the building. Rude snow plowers where they would lay on their horn as they plow. Hot water comes and goes.

Pooja Rathod: So great. I am living here and this apartments are awesome. It is little old but the location is very good opposite to merrimack river. Best apartments for summer. It is two buildings court 1 and 2 and both has swimming pools. One bhk and two bhk apartments available. It has garden for children. We can see boat racing on merrimack river,Carnival on regatta field, Cuba fair in August and much more.

Kyana Mora: Mike, the manager of this property is everything that is wrong with this place. He was mean and sarcastic, overall unprofessional. He would argue with his tenants, and would not make sure the sidewalks were shoveled even for the elderly.Our apartment flooded, mold was in the closet, sometimes the heater wouldn't work, and the ceiling would leak in the bathroom. All they would do was bandage the problems. Avoid at all costs.(Lived here for 7 years)

Amanda Thornton: Edit: this was a great place to live but now with the construction next door, things have started to go downhill fast. Our water is shut off with no notice, loud noises at all hours of the day and night, and they tore drown the bushes in the front! Management has created assigned parking which is incredibly annoying because they created an issue that didn't exist before. Recently, people have stopped picking up after their dogs or leaving bags off dog poop near common entrance doors. The heaters in common hallways have been broken since I moved in.
