I called later in the afternoon and they offered next day service, which was perfect.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charged my card a second time - which I assume is for being overweight. It's difficult to say whether or not we were, but that's not the point. A simple call to explain and verify that charges would be made, would have been nice. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Joe Lisi: I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Called 2 weeks in advance to reserve a dumpster. They were to call back at the end of the week to confirm and book. No call. Called the following week, still with a week to go. No record of my first call, no dumpster. Then said it was my fault, for some reason, even though they lost the reservation. Poor service.

Jill Puglisi: We've rented twice from them. First time the experience was good except that they were a day late picking up the dumpster. This time around, though, has been horrendous. We ordered our dumpster but on the day of delivery, they never showed up. When we called, they claimed we never called them back to confirm. I sent them an email with a screenshot of our phone call to them confirming the rental, but they didn't respond. My husband still wanted to rent through them so the dumpster that should've been delivered on 11/30 was delivered today. As if the delay wasn't bad enough, we ordered a 15 yard dumpster but only a 10 yard was delivered. (A guy at the company claims a 15 yard was delivered but the measurements of the dumpster are EXACTLY the same to only a 10 yard.) We now have only a week to finish cleaning out the house before we move with a dumpster that isn't big enough for what we need. And the company doesn't even seem bothered by all their screw ups. David Joseph: Hello,Please make sure to read this before considering another Dumpster company.... I am in the middle of a complete home renovation in Medford, MA. I have been through 3 other companies and about 15-20 dumpsters to this point.This company is by far, THE MOST cost effective! ...Better yet, the owner understand the value of repeat business. They are very thorough... Every aspect of pick-up and delivery can be done through email if so desired or by calling. They are very up front about there charges and overage fee's (YES OVERAGE FEE'S DO OCCUR SOMETIMES)This is OUR responsibility to be more vigilant in watching the weight. In the 3 times I have used them, I was only over once and I was pretty sure before they picked it up, that I was going to be. I had the dumpster 4 already weeks because of inclement weather. At the end we loaded it up with old wood clapboard siding that was removed. It was basically over flowing. Everything I was already aware of, happened. No Surprises! I was charged the overage that THEY had to pay themselves to dispose of the excess tonnage.If I had used "Ultimate Dumpster", this now 800 dollar dumpster I was paying for, would have been around 1700. They allow 3 tons of "approved" trash, where other companies ^^ only allow 1 ton, for the same size dumpster.They allow the first 2 weeks free where other companies ^^ charge extra (daily) after 1 week.There are a lot of variable that I've come to understand with this process. Communication is key and they do a very good job of it. Do your research! Ask about the overage cost, the initial weight you'll be allowed, the time you will be allowed and if that is all satisfactory, look at the delivery process. Nicole Lamb: This was our second time using a dumpster from Crescio. We had some junk to toss and by the time we were finished with it, the dumpster was pretty full. One of the last items we threw out was a microwave. We called for a pick up, which was prompt- they came to grab the dumpster from our driveway next day. When I got home however, I noticed the microwave was smashed upside down on the ground in our mulch bed with glass everywhere. It was an over the range microwave and doesn’t seem like something that would have just fallen off or rolled away. Even if it did, the Crescio team didn’t bother to pick it up- they left it behind. My husband called and was told they “can’t confirm” anything happened. We have a four year old who runs around, and landscapers who mulch that area. Completely disappointed at both the incident and the way it was responded to. They were disrespectful of our property and concern. We probably wouldn’t have cared about it as much if the response was more considerate.
