Paul Dileo: This company is about to close its doors. I purchased a piece of equipment that was on his property being stored. I needed to use his services to get it lifted onto a flatbed to move it to a new location. He took advantage of me and charged me double the going rate. When I confronted him about it he was very unprofessional and refused to let anyone else on his property to move it. He took advantage of the situation and charged whatever he wanted because he knew I had to pay it or I would never get my equipment that I paid for. I hope it was worth it Stephen Corey.

Tom Teneriello: Absolute worst customer service I have we have ever received. Why bother making an appointment if your truck is going to sit for two days before anyone looks at it. We got charged for three hours for them to evaluate the truck without diagnosing the problem.Update: Brought this vehicle to another company and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two hours for less than what Cues charged for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassles you will get from this company.

Takis Poulopoulos: Top notch service from Jim!! Had a Ford Van here in Atlanta with a Deweze system I needed parts for and called this place to see what they had. Talked to Jim, who patiently listened to what I was looking for and told me he would call me back. He called me back about 30 minutes later, and told me that the pulley I was looking for was not a Deweze part, but gave me an aftermarket part # that is exactly what I needed. If it wasn't for Jim and his first class service, I may have never figured this thing out. Thanks Jim and Cues Equipment!

Buddy is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain how he was going to proceed with the repairs and inspection of the Lift. When the lift was ready, Buddy gave us some tips on set up and operation. I certainly recommend CUES.
