Diane Crowley: I was there the day before Easter and was helped by Tori in the shoe dept in Nashua NH. She is amazing and managed to help 3 groups flawlessly! I was blown away at her work ethic, knowledge of the store and her friendly personality. She deserves a raise!!

Stephen Priest: The only open multi level DSG store where you can look down and see the first floor. This store is huge! High ceilings and two levels. Large clearance section. My friend, she was interested in that. I find their prices are high but the variety of athletic lines of clothes is interesting.

Giselle Ruperto: I had an amazing experience today, Tory at the shoe department was so helpful towards me and other customers. You guys are very lucky to have such a hard worker like her. She treated everyone with kindness and you could tell she really loves what she does. Also Michael at the register was extremely helpful, I was gifted something that didn’t fit and of course did not have a gift receipt. He explained that I was able to exchange it for something else. You guys are very lucky to have such amazing employees! Y’all keep up the good work! :)
George Fiore: I recently visited the Nashua store (Daniel Webster highway) to buy a new pair of sneakers. An employee by the name of Tori went above and beyond (price matching lowest price found and then used personal discount) to ensure I left happy. Tori you are amazing, good luck in aviation school!!
Edwin D: Pretty horrible experience trying to buy shoes. If you use the kiosk to request a shoe to try on, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and get the shoe only because you finally tracked down an employee to help. Then they disappear and you're on your own if you need to try a different size.there are little to no employees around to help. It seems that they are constantly busy in the back room and the employees that don't work in the shoe section appear to avoid the area like the plague.
Sean McConnell: Popped in to try on a shoe that was in stock. Walked past several employees and wasn't greeted. There were 3 younger guys standing around the kiosk since the shoes aren't out to try on anymore. One was complaining to the other about how he put all the work in for a sale. Neither asked if i needed any help. I walked up and said hello abd pulled up what I was looking for. A men's Dr marten size 13. He brings me to thre women's and says doc martens only makes women's shoes. I show him again and say it says men's. He tells me he will go out Back and check then disappeared for 6 minutes. So I just left. Very unknowledgeable.

J: I was there shopping for a punching bag on 12/6/22 around 9am. I am going through the worst time of my life right now and your associates there were able to help me pull my mind away from that for just a moment in time with their positive attitudes, helpfulness and energy. Isiah was one of 4 associates doing an amazing job.

Sarah Lawson: Went to pick up some gloves a couple days ago and got in line. I walked to the closest open register and the girl ignored me and pretended like I was not there. To top it all off she was doing absolutely nothing. Not even a “I can help you in a second” or “someone over there can help you.” Super unprofessional and an overall uncomfortable experience. I took note of her name tag and it read Brooke. The girl at the other register saw what was happening and told me that she could help me over there. She was very sweet and the only reason I am giving 5 stars. The other girl gets 0 stars. Don’t work if you aren’t actually going to do your job. The second girls name was Jessica and she was very professional & patient with me. Need more workers like her!!

Matt Gamache: Can't say enough about them. Our son had pick out a pair of $90 cleats for soccer, but when we checked out they were really $199! Well our son was totally bummed. Someone had switched the price on the display shoe. Anyway, Matt and James, the checkout guys took control and said that shouldn't have happened and honored the $90 price! Great customer service.

LIMS Stinks: Computer reflected several items in plentiful stock in the store (in the selected size) when I checked online, but they weren’t in stock when I got there 30 min later. Most sizes were xs or xxl. Stocking may be understandable with current global supply chain issues but the general store organization needs improvement- difficult to find things with poor or nonexistant signage and no clear direction on where to line up to pay. Lastly, and the reason for the review- The cashier had a nasty attitude when ringing me up. It was to be the level that I almost left the purchase and walked out but I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. It was’t busy, and there were no other customers at the registers. She was talking with a coworker and seemed annoyed that I wanted to give her my money. My first visit to this store and my last. Was planning to do Christmas shopping here but will go elsewhere.
