William DeBenedetto: I’ll start off by saying I am an injury adjuster for a major insurance carrier. I got into a bad accident beginning of last year and was banged up pretty good. I had dealt with scott springer from my work and found him to be down to earth, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. I can tell you you from my work a lot of injury attorneys are not this especially some of the big ones people see on tv. I made the decision to hire scott for my claim because I needed to focus on getting better before anything else. Scott was awesome to deal with. Always returned calls within an hour or so, gave me his personal cell phone, and would check in with me every few weeks; again coming from my job very few injury attorneys actually do this, normally it’s there paralegals normal. Scott was on top of everything on my file and successfully negotiated a higher settlement then we initially expected. I would recommend anyone to use scott springer in the event of an accident where they are seriously injured.

Gordon Simard: Absolute scam, they took $5k from my wife and then fired the attorney who worked with us.They placed us with the head of their family law department. She asked frequently for documents only to say they are not relevant. They then found it relevant enough to bill for it.They billed for a whole week of correspondence with an attorney who was sick with COVID and was out of the office and not working. The front office staff informed us she was working from home, after not hearing from her all week.Bear in mind that this was all with an attorney that we never retained, because they just told us she was our attorney. If you can’t trust them with your basic rights outside of a court room I fail to see them changing in court room.Also their staff gives them 5 star reviews
Bob Lynch: I have been working with Attorney Finnegan (primarily) and others at this firm for over five years through multiple scenarios including separation/divorce, elder care planning, estate planning and other legal issues. I have found her and the staff to be highly professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and collaborative throughout that time and recommend them without hesitation.
Gianna Simard: Horrible experience. Promise after promise made just to get paid and NO results were ever delivered. It is true what someone else posted the office staff likes to BULLY clients and Attorney Gragg takes part (taking polls on if someone gets custody- very unprofessional). They are scam artists just looking to make a quick buck and you will never get any honest answers from them. They are unethical to the fullest extent.

So, we were not prepared in the court and failed2- There is credibility issue with over billing techniques. I questioned and requested several times to correct it but not heard well.
Jennilyn Thames: To say Attorney Deonee High was the best would be an understatement! I hired her to handle a harassment case in April of 2021, and not only was she able to take my case that was in two weeks, but she also did the most wonderful job and was well prepared. She was professional while also being easy to work with and comforting considering the circumstances. She was prompt, firm, and intelligent, which I believe is the reason why I got the outcome I desired. While I hope I do not require legal services anytime soon, if I do, I will rest easy having Deonee represent me!
The Customer: Enlisted this law firm to assist with a case they claimed to have a specialty in. Upon signing an agreement (getting our money), the representative then suggested a course of action which signaled that they where not up to date on the current law (covid had restructured part of the existing laws). Not impressed paid a lot of money for representation that did not meet the stated expertise.
Sam: Shauna was a wonderful attorney to work with regarding my child custody case. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and was always responsive to my e-mails and phone calls. She was able to help me navigate the process of child custody and was always there to advise me even after my case was finalized in court.

He made too many mistakes, he is careless, and all he cares about is taking the money that you have worked hard for it.

When I talk to Mr. Manzi, he gave me hopes and the strategies he told me was awesome BUT when we are already in the court everything he told me that he will do turned around and he went to the other side.
