Colleen S: Steppin" Out Dance Studio is unique. The classes are always kept small to ensure good instruction and understanding. Although it is best to have a dance partner, at times, the owner has a list of people who are looking for partners. There is usually a female partner available for males. What I like best is that there are no contracts to sign and no pressure sales techniques. This Studio is truly interested in promoting the joy of ballroom dance. It offers a wide variety of dances and it is fun, not stressful.

She started off doing this for fun at the age of 3,and has grown to be quiet the dancer. She dances in the studios company and loves every second of it. She has learned so much in regards to teamwork,hard work,and having fun! She has made many life long friends here,and when asked at school to write about who her hero was she chose her teacher, Miss Joanne,the owner :) can't say enough good things about this studio! Last thing,the recital t-shirt someone complained about,well best $20 spent! That shirt gets so much wear, great momento of recital and hard work, let's be honest wearing a costume to the grocery store could seem strange,the t-shirt much better alternative:)

S Mon: My daughter has been at Planet Dance for over 7 years. There is a warm sense of camaraderie at this studio that isn't overly competitive, but still allows Company Dancers to experience a well-rehearsed and successful experience as part of a competitive dance team. Ms. Joanne is one of the warmest and most welcoming people I have ever met and the students feel her enthusiasm and caring attitude, and it makes them want to do their best. This is a wonderful studio for both beginner and advanced dancers who want to be part of a team.

This school is a good fit for any child interested in dance, whether your child just wants to dance for fun or it is their dream to be a professional dancer. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the studio is clean and comfortable. It is a perfect environment for young girls to learn about being part of a team.

Julie Salvato: I can't say enough about Planet Dance and Fitness. As an adult it's hard to find a studio that offers adult dance classes that are built for all levels of ability. I've danced my whole life and have been so grateful to find this studio after graduating college because I never want to stop doing what I love. Which is dance!The studio is beyond wonderful. The owner, instructors, and students comprise a group of outstanding people that I am inspired by every time I set foot into the door.I would be so proud to send my children here knowing that they are getting a great dance education in a friendly and fun environment. Right now I'm throughly enjoying their adult classes (Zumba, Sculpt, Hip Hop, Contemporary....). I've learned so much from this studio and have met such a great group of people here. Allison Mae: The gymnastics and dance training is terrible. They lack technique, artistry, good choreography, basic skills and the list goes on and on. They do not compete in good dance competitions, they act like they’re better than they are and try to steal your money. IMPORTANT!!! MUST READ!!!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE CDC GUIDELINES! IN A PANDEMIC! Dancers don’t wear masks correctly, and they don’t social distancing in the troupe room and studios!

The offer a large variety of programs for all ages and levels. Their curriculum, costumes and music are always age appropriate. The Walker’s community tells a story on its own, made up of many wonderful, supportive families who have been with Walker’s for a very long time.

Kevin Yaing: Instructors cater to the individual and work with them to progress at their rate. Small pushes instead of being forceful. Many of the kids enjoy being there for practice and conditioning. I dont get any complaints from my daughter about the instructors or staff. It's a small price to pay for having people look over so many children and have a good relationship with them.

Margie Daniell: Both my daughters started here with gymnastics at age 3 and by elementary school were hooked on dance. Walkers has become their second home and they’ve learned so much more than dance, they’ve learned what it means to part of a team. The teachers, staff, and students all truly care about each other in and out of the studio.
