D: I visited the physical location of Woodway Darts & Supplies in Somerville, MA to purchase a set of darts. The owner, Jack Russell, was very knowledgeable and he invited me to try the Dutchman UFO dart (his design) in the store. I tried two different weights and made a purchase for a set of three. Returning home, I went to the Woodway Darts & Supplies website and noticed that the price of my item was advertised at 10% less. The following day, I returned to the store and was met by Mr. Russell. When he realized that I had returned to show him the difference in price, he became very upset and told me that the store price was higher because of the time that he had to spend with me. Moreover, after reading about dart weights, I had doubts regarding the darts I purchased and was wanted his advice. Apparently, Mr. Russell decided that my presence there was a waste of time. When he began raising his voice and becoming more upset without any provocation from me, I realized that there was no point in continuing, so I left the store. It was a very disturbing experience. That was no way to treat a customer. I was always polite to him.

She sent me a follow up email to make sure I received my tracking number.As a newcomer to darts, the Dutchman UFOs model G is an affordable and a quality product. It’s very balanced and feels good to throw, too! Will DEFINITELY be a returning customer for the foreseeable future!

Many businesses say that if they don't have it, you don't need it, but this place, with dart supplies is absolutely correct. Scoreboards, boards, soft tip and steel. They have everything you would want. If you are in the market for a new set of darts, this is the place. They will work with you to find a solid fit, and then have three or four different choices that will fit your style. I went in looking at a specific few sets of darts and ended up saving $100 on a different set that was an even better match for me.
