Sam S: Poor Poor Poor Customer Service and no results!I thought I paid for no results and wait.... a long wait. Constant poking is needed to hear for update on your job, they will call you to let you know the status even after weeks. I think their service is used when people are in miserable state with the data-loss, I found misery get worse by giving the data recovery job to these guys. You will not hear from them for any of your inquiry promptly.I would not recommend giving data recovery job here.

Aladeen Yos: Dropped off a pc because the website had said “free evaluation” but then 3 days later he calls and says it’s junk and you owe us $75 for something that supposed to be free now as soon as we brought up the website had said this the website was then put into an update stage overall I feel like this is the worst place in town for pc’s and I’ve had over 9 years of computer experience just didn’t have the time to do it myself when companies post something as free it should be met as free not because the process took long and then you owe money because that’s not how it works but anyways give them your pc at your own risk but any pc will just be junk you gotta remember it’s money and he’ll I haven’t even gotten my pc back as I can think about it so I wonder what’s going on here

dave jung: UPDATED:Just wanted to add that since bring on SKOUT, this is the killer 1-2 punch, for the knock out win. And now SKOUT can be added to email security for that extra layer of protection especially for the remote workers we all have.Been using Barracuda MSP for a while now and as they keep addding great offerings to the portfolio, we just added sentinal to the battery of tools. The Work from Home model is not going away and we need the extra layer as the employee's don't always get the "memo" on best practices. Plus the Phishing tactics are getting pretty sophisticated and and real.

Easy to implement and maintain. Barracuda RMM support is great at resolving the few issues I've encountered over the years. Barracuda also has a nice “Insiders” program, which allows you to connect with other Barracuda users, and learn more about other Barracuda products. Highly recommend checking out this company and their product offerings.
