Raymond I: I only lasted about 10 minutes. If you think you may have trouble laying still in an extremely cramped space while listening to LOUD, non-stop banging noises for about 45 minutes, then get medicated beforehand. Also, to brace yourself for the MRI sounds, you should play YouTube videos loudly in your home. Do a YouTube search for "MRI sounds".
Lauren Cunningham: Had an MRI here today. Everyone was very kind, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The covid precautions taken made me comfortable in that aspect as well. My appointment was on time with no waiting.

Donna Sordello: If I could give no stars I would! Imagine knowingly using a machine that is broken, and propping the head/face rest with clothes! Then the machine takes images while you are not in the machine and I was told the machine got confused

Gil Sharon: Staff Lowell General were great - 5 stars!Shields MRI however requested a payment in advance that I payed in full.A few weeks pass and I get a bill that I need to pay a 3rd party for the analysis of the MRI. don't get me wrong I think everyone should get paid for their work.But since I went through Shields MRI, they should have notified me before the MRI that another bill will be coming!

April Pelletier: Very clean. You do not have to wear a mask if you don't want to. Actually there are no free masks so if you enter without one, then you don't wear one. Doctors are really nice. Love that the x-ray machine is tight at the office and is super quick and easy.

Linda J Baker: This campus has a daycare surgery, labs for blood work imaging testing. There are many different types of doctors, and specialists. Parking is free. The campus and the facility is neat and clean.
Michele Nelsen: Sometimes there is a wait, but if you pre-register, you can avoid most of that. I'm glad this facility exists so close to home. Very convenient location.

Letisha Rosenberg: Definitely would give 0 if possible, they only have a ipad for check in and the man with the curly hair and nasty attitude needs a career change, if you can get your test done somewhere else I'd highly recommend it because it's just a waste of time and trying to find parking

Tannis Loone: Absolutely the worst!I had to go to the Chelmsford office, the sign on the door says "to go to this particular office" do to "the water being cut off".My appointment arranged by my employer was not honored, it being seven minutes over the "12:00pm cut off time" for testing... even though the EXACT time of my appointment was 12:07.The rude, untrained, lazy staff was no help whatsoever.If the Angry, ill-temperament of everyone in the waiting room wasn't enough to get a full impression of this horrible place.The negative reviews certainly where!Honestly, How hard could it be to collect urine?The fact that this CHAIN has not been investigated by the BBB is astonishing to say the least.IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Deb A.: Ridiculous, the waiting room was packed so I opted to wait in the car. I received the text to head inside and wait to be called soon. I immediately headed inside and was told to take a seat that I’d be called shortly… waited another hour. I asked the lady when she FINALLY opened the door how many people ahead of me she said she called already me and I wasn’t inside. I asked what time she she called bc I was inside since I received the text she said 3:20pm the text was sent to me at 3:35pm… how do you call someone who isn’t at the lobby and then send the text AFTER for them to come inside. After that conversation I still had to wait another 40 minutes for a total wait time of 2hr and 43 mins RIDICULOUS. What’s worse is no apology or anything, not even a fake smile with little “I’m sorry for the inconvenience ”

Santhosh G: The website and the Google page here says they are open on Saturdays from 8 to 10.30am. but they are closed on Saturdays. Wasted a 30 minute drive and needed an urgent test for my wife. It is okay for any other businesses to be inaccurate with timings but this is sensitive and should be fixed.

Judi Regan: I had labs done at Quest a little while ago. Both the receptionist and the lab tech girl couldn’t have been nicer and helpful towards me. I got there right after the lunch hour hoping it wouldn’t be crowded and it was not. I think the total time I was in there couldn’t have been more than 15min. Keep up the good work ladies!
