Diaper Lab: what do users think?
GM: Cloth diapering can be intimidating at first. (Isn't it messy? How do you wash them? Won't they leak? etc.). But with Diaper Lab by our side, it was an easy and supportive experience. We signed up for the Diaper Service, so they picked up a dirty bag and dropped off a clean one twice a week, which was a life saver. They were also incredibly responsive if we had an issue (not sure how to fasten diapers correctly as zombified new parents, baby sizing up and not fitting in current diapers anymore) and would always give us a prompt response and new materials that were perfect. We even got a personal tutorial to help train us at the beginning when we were confused and frustrated and couldn't figure things out. In short, Diaper Lab's diaper service was one of the best investments we made for our baby. We got through 20 months with no diaper rash! Ever! Highly, highly recommend this company. They are professionals and they really know their stuff.
Matthew Wilson: We got our own cloth diapers for our now 9 year old from DL and now we’re using their delivery service for our second. Love the delivery service - it’s great and simple to do! Also their shop is great too for other baby essentials. Such friendly and helpful staff.
Paulette Vincent-Ruz: I did a virtual 1 hour consultation to learn how to use a ring sling. It was fantastic. Salina was so knowledgable and helpful. There were many things that i couldn't figure out just by looking at youtube videos that she helped me understand finally! Will definitely buy from her store and consult with her again when possible
Nicole van der Laan: After doing a ton of research on my own about cloth diapers for my 1st baby due this summer, and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I stopped in the store today to look at what they had to offer in person to help me make an informed decision. The associate working was quite condescending and talked down to me as though I didn't know anything. She kept pushing the need to go to the cloth diaper workshop, despite me telling her numerous times I was unavailable when they were offered. She curtly mentioned supporting small businesses (which I said I wanted to do) but in a way that made it seem like I would be a terrible person if I didn't. When I began to ask some specific questions about the diapers, she steamrolled over me, made me feel that my method of researching diapers was wrong, went on and on about her view of the "right way" to approach cloth diapers and that my questions were stupid. Not once was private consultation mentioned as an option (listed on the website), never asked me what mattered to me about cloth diapers I was looking for, or anything about what I already knew. I stopped asking questions, kept to myself and was uncomfortable the entire time I was in the store. This store has a great selection of product, but the way I felt treated today, I'm not sure I'd ever want to shop there now.
Anette Freiberger: We started with cloth diapers right after birth and are so happy with the Diaper Lab Service. It works great for us and we truly appreciate the help with washing diapers. We live in a big condominium with a shared laundry room, so washing diapers ourself wouldn‘t work in our case. Also the and dropoff always works perfectly!
Sharni Vaughan: I have ordered several items online from Diaper Lab. Excellent product selection for items for babies. My go to place for shower gifts.
Alley Marie: I cannot recommend this retailer unfortunately right now. No anger or what not on my end, just disappointment. I bought multiple items from their used section and the diapers were unusable and damaged. I just expected a knowledgeable retailer to know better before selling items like that. The PUL was cracked on multiple diapers with others close to the end of their life as well. It’s very unfortunate for sure that I’m out all of the money but lesson learned I suppose, when a deal looks to good to be true, it likely is. Very unfortunate. I hope they have decent customer service and take this into consideration but I don’t expect anything, I just wanted to share my experience.Editing to include that the retailer did get back to me, I was not expecting a response or anything back but they did and I’m very thankful. I’m adding 2 stars for the quick customer service response. I hope they can check more thoroughly in the future as to not have any issues.
Robin Walters: They have excellent classes and one on one consultations. Without these we would not be having nearly so much success with cloth diapers and baby wearing.
Louise Keogh Weed: Diaper lab has excellent products and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are using their cloth diaper service and recommend it HIGHLY! It has made cloth diapering easy and accessible to us.
Jennifer Erickson: Diaper Lab was a truly essential business to me as I navigated my first pregnancy and postpartum period during the start of the pandemic. I have purchased almost everything I have needed for my child from the shop. All of the brands and items Diaper Lab carries are well curated and high quality. I also trust the experienced staff and their opinions on products. Their postpartum parents group is also a wonderful source of support. How lucky we are to have a Diaper Lab in Metro Boston!!! I absolutely love this business.
Daniel Goodwin: This place is world-class and super friendly. All the ladies who run it and work here are incredibly knowledgeable+certified. They have been a fantastic go-to reference, education source and place to get what we need. Wonderful local business :)
Rachelle and Daniel Brill: Diaper Lab is a superb business. We used their newborn cloth diaper rental service as well as their laundry service and had an excellent experience. We also took many of their classes (cloth diapering, CPR, babywearing, breastfeeding) and found them to be invaluable and supportive resources for new parents. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and Salina is a wonderful owner. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Monika Koimene: The staff at diaper lab is very knowledgeable about cloth diapering. I participated in the cloth diaper workshop and purchased their diapers in person and online. While at the store, I got help when I needed it. My online experience was also great, my order came within 2 days.Cloth diapering has been a great experience for my family. Thank you!
Amanda Cummings: I was fortunate enough to take a cloth diapering 101 class through Diaper Lab. Even though we did not meet in person, I learned so much and feel confident beginning my cloth diapering journey. I even recommended the class to my sister.
Ellen Gallagher: Diaper Lab has been an invaluable resource for me while raising two children in Cambridge. They were incredibly helpful and patient with every question I had as a sleep deprived new parent and then an even more sleep deprived parent of two with all of my questions about cloth diapering. They stock high-quality gear and had what I needed for my journey of feeding, diapering and carrying my little ones.Their class on baby wearing marked a huge shift for me being comfortable and confident wearing my children, which is something I'll always treasure. They are not only a great resource for cloth diapering advice and supplies, they also have great gifts for new parents, new babies, toddlers and preschoolers! Finally, as a queer parent I always felt welcome and completely comfortable in their store, which should be a given in our area but unfortunately isn't always the reality.
Esther Austin: The staff has been unbelievably helpful and kind. They have gone above in beyond what we ever expected. If it wasn’t for them we not only wouldn’t have found cloth diapering but we wouldn’t have felt confined doing it. They have supported us every step of the way. I never thought that shopping for diapers would be so fun.
Jodi Kosherick: Incredibly helpful staff. Always willing and happy to answer questions and concerns in store, on the phone, or on their FB page.
Emily Hardt: Wonderful store and staff! Excellent products and support for new parents and great place to buy gifts for expecting and new parents.
Sarah McDonald: We cloth diapered both of our kiddos and found diaper lab to be an excellent resource. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have many different options to try, gently used diapers and liners, and cute baby stuff galore. I miss browsing cute diapers now that my kiddos are too big.
Caroline Cohen: I am half way through my cloth diaper journey with kid #2 and I could never have gotten without the help, classes, guidance and amazing products at good prices from Diaper Lab! I love that they have added more products over time that are in line with a cloth diaper lifestyle.
Carolyn Marsh: The classes are fun, the staff is wonderful, and I swear cloth diapers prevent blow-outs. Our daughter loves all of her gear from Diaper Lab ❤️.

Baby Depot: what do users think?
Sidney Ryan: Love this store, especially for infant and baby gear including, but not limited to, bottles, binkies, bibs, carriages, strollers, cribs, bassinets, I even purchased my son's Next Step Up car seat after he was 12 months old at a fraction of the price of local retailers such as Walmart and Target! They also sell tons of fun jewelry, women's clothing, clothing for the whole family really, shoes, toys, books, jackets, and gourmet candy & snacks up front by registers.
