Slothy Tendecies: In terms of flatbed delivery, it was great. In and out in 30 mins after I got to the back and untarped and unstrapped. When you get to the back, you have to do a blindside back to get turned around to face the exit. I'd deliver here again.

Garant Spears: Seems ridiculous they don’t want to ship orders for parts or accessories: Reps apparently cant be bothered, unless of course you order a brand new dock system which, by the way, are over-built, over-weight for a removable dock and overpriced. We got one by default because the house we just purchased came with it and we wanted to retrofit from removable (wheels) to a stationary. Not gonna happen with these clowns. Plenty of other options though— can order poles and pads and plenty of other accessories online through companies that want our $$. Plenty of other dock companies that have much lighter and quality options for less—I recommend looking around before doing business here! You wont need to recruit the neighborhood to help put the dock in and out every season—look elsewhere.

Taunya Baptiste: Very dissatisfied. I purchased an EZ Boat Port 2000 to use with my Zodiac Yachtline 420. The flotation capacity is listed as 2,000'lbs, my boat weighs half that amount The float does not keep my float completely out of the water. I was told by the owner of FWM Docks that this is only a "theoretical flotation capacity". This was after being delivered the incorrect set of bunks once and incorrect hardware twice. I was told I could buy a supplemental flotation kit which would raise the"theoretical capacity" to 2,450 lbs for a 1,000 lb boat. I offered to pay half for the supplemental kit and was told - absolutely not, full price only but he'd ship it for free. FWM Docks was told in advance the exact model, weight, etc of my boat prior to purchasing this float. Once I complained, I was told there is no way for them to know how the weight will be distributed for each boat on their float. Wish I was told this in advance. If my boat was close to the "theoretical capacity", I could understand but my boat is literally half the weight with the engine and full tank of gas.
