Ana Pacheco: I am so thankful to Sarah and the social pup staff!! My dog Nina had really bad matting and I was desperate trying to find someone who’d take care of her, I called the social pup and spoke with Sarah not even half an hour later I came in the shop, Sarah took a look and Nina and decided to help her in the same day!!! Not even 2 hours and Nina was all set for pickup and all cleaned up!! I’m so thankful for Sarah’s big heart and for all her staff! Def have them in consideration for any pet grooming needs
Jasmine Malave: I usually don't leave reviews but I had such an awesome experience at this place. My cat got into somewhere she shouldn't and I was desperate to get her groomed ASAP. This was the only place I called that could get her in the next day. The women Sara who took care of my Kitkat did such an awesome job with her. The bee bandana was such a cute surprise. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a cat. Will come again for any grooming needs.
Nick: My wife and I have been bringing our mini Bernadoodle Chewy here and they have been fantastic. We honestly didn't know anything about his hair or that it needed a lot of brushing, but the workers here have been very good with him. It's always brushed out, and clearly they do it in a very nice manner because Chewy loves coming here compared to other places. Highly recommend

The staff has been wonderful, my dog doesn’t mind going (she’s not the best at haircuts), and they are very accommodating with appointments. Convenient downtown Lowell location too. Highly recommend.

Sarah Gilpin: Beware. No arguments intended here. But my sweet, loving, very submissive pupper was locked in a cage for hours, beside a hot window in 90 degree weather. Panting and anxious when I had to leave work midday to rescue him. We trust these caretakers to treat our loved ones properly… unfortunately the social pup is not the place for that. After many positive daycare experiences, I’m disappointed to say that for safety and ethical reasons, we will never return.

Deb O'Haver: My dog is 15 years old and it became difficult for me to groom her myself as she as trying to bite the clippers when I proceeded to start with her face. The groomer and owner took her own as they offer groom services like this. I appreciate how they took their time and patiently worked with her.
Chansophon Long: My Shiba Inu dislikes going to groomers, but the ladies always take good care of him when he gets his nails trimmed. Yuki is always scared, that is just his nature, they still treat him kindly!

Adam Letman: Would highly recommend dog training at crazy canines. Tony is a star and you can tell he genuinely cares about each and every animal he interacts with. Not only are the staff great, they are also up to date with modern dog psychology and the actual science behind it, in other words; they will not teach you to hurt or punish your dog, but to build communication and rapport to give your dog a happy, safe, and satisfied life.
Taylor Johnson Crane: I have been bringing my puppy here for a couple weeks now and I am so glad I did. My puppy is high energy but also very social dog. Bringing him to daycare once a week let’s him burn energy and socialize. He is always beyond excited when he walks in the doors and comes home happy. I also find the prices to be fair and the staff to be super friendly. They are also never bothered by my 21 questions and how his day was (crazy dog mom). They also post pictures on FB daily! I highly recommend Crazy Canines.

Kim: we used Crazy Canines periodically for our dog for half-days. The staff was nice. However, the last time I went to pick him up, I was abruptly told, “yeah, today I think is his last day with us, he hates it here.” This was I believe by the owner, who never even cared to introduce himself or ask me my name.His observation was that my dog did not like it there because he barked a lot inside, but was great outside. I understand how this could be disruptive, but this was also the very first time I was hearing of this. There had never been any prior communication.I am fine with the decision regardless, but not at all the way it was handled. If you’re the owner, there’s a level of professionalism you need to have with your customers, especially in situations like this that probably occur fairly often at a dog daycare.

Jessica Disla: Can’t say enough good things about crazy canines. We have a rescue pup who wasn’t properly socialized. She’s a handful! We tried another local daycare because crazy canines was full at the time and I left her first day in tears. They told us our girl was a “bully” and would likely not ever get along with other dogs. Mind you she was 4 months old. Fast forward and we finally were able to get our girl in here and she’s doing well. They are SO patient with her, and always take the time to answer our questions about her behavior and progress. I feel totally confident leaving her there, knowing she’ll be able to play and learn how to behave.

It has an outdoor space which was very important to usOne of our dogs will not pee or poop in a building. The dogs were going to a Corporate day care part of a pet store. They had no out door space. Stacey Coram: If you are looking for a place to send your pup that is fun and caring then this is the place for you! After trying out 3 different Doggie Daycares, we stumbled upon K9 Lifestyle. They had just opened at their Rogers Street location. I immediately went in for a tour and fell in love! It is a home away from home for your dog. They have a great backyard with so many fun things for the dogs to play with! The biggest thing for me is that they love my dog as much as I do. I don't worry about her when she's there. They shower her with affection. The owners are always planning fun events for the pups including Halloween parties, New Year's Eve socials and Valentines dances.They are the very best dog family you could ask for! You will have no regrets joining K9 Lifestyle
Minori Stefon: We have known C.J. since September 2018, when my dog was 5 months old. He has been a major positive influence in the growth development of Ichie (my poodle). Maggie has also been fantastic. They are always reliable and friendly. Ichie loves them, their staff, and his doggie friends tons. He plays hard and gets much love from everyone at K9 Lifestyles, and when he comes home, he always sleeps well. I highly suggest you to send your dog to their day care.

K9 Lifestyle is a giant dog house: pups can play outside, come in for quiet time, hand on the dog furniture, go upstairs for supervised nap times, and play with their “friends” in the many parts of the yard. The minute we walk through the door, my pup howls to let CJ know she has arrived and she doesn’t look back as I leave!! 🐾 My pup goes 5 days a week and puts herself to sleep by 7:30 every night!!

He comes home happy , tired from playing and always wants to go back!! The staff is friendly in person and on the phone. Easy to work with and flexible. We loves the Ruff house. ❤️🐕

Erin Healy: My dog was kicked out unexpectedly without ever receiving any written or verbal warning. Staff members claimed my dog was given too many chances already but we were never made aware of any situations and they couldn’t explain anything that happened in the past. The management is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. The owner doesn’t engage with the customers and didn’t even take the responsibility to make the phone call himself. Since the previous boarding manager left, the Ruff House has gone downhill. Don’t send your dog here!

Had the correct equipment and got the job done. Came back several times to make sure dry AND mold wouldn't be a problem.If you care about you property, don't call the national chain, call the local guy who cares for real!!! Very respectfull and reasonably priced and worked with us to time the collection of his dehumidifiers and fans.THEY disposed of the unsaveble rug and backing...

It wasn't the fact that they lied about it (that is still disgusting). It was the way they handled it by not fully explaining what happened and being very incompetent in the matter. They are a bunch of clowns. I would give them zero stars if it let me have that option.
