Angeli Brito: I wanted to buy a bow tie and the owner said it was 25$ and when i went back they said i couldn't buy it. They said the only way i can use the tie was if i rented it with a vest for 55$. I don't get why they won't be able to just sell me what i needed. They made my life as a customer way more difficult then it had to be.

Rich Roberge: Today, we called to cancel a tuxedo due to unforeseen circumstances and where met with complete and utter rudeness from the owner. Way to stay classy A's. Sometimes in life things happen and plans change. Even with us willing to pay fee's we were still met with a completely inconsiderate and unprofessional customer care. As an owner of a business, customer care is at the top of the list, without it you may as well go out of business. I will be sure to pass the word around on the customer care and attention to customer needs we were met with today.

Christopher Leahy: Finding Russo’s was just plain old good luck. I had just struck out in Nordstrom and Brooks Brothers, and after a Mens Warehouse suit I gave away to a homeless guy after alterations, I searched the internet for a tuxedo and found Russo’s. I’m not an easy guy to fit or make look good in a suit of any sort, but I was on a mission to buy, not rent, a tuxedo. I walked in, there was a large group working with a gentleman who turned out to be the owner, Rick, and another salesman John. John was working with a customer and there were at least two people waiting for John. By the time it was my turn (maybe 20 min) Rick was done and helped me. Selection for rentals is off the charts - you could dress the set of Casablanca. Buying a tux was another matter - choices were with peaks or with notches on the lapels, and black, black or black and then pants with buckles or belt loops to keep the pants up. Finding me a good fit was a challenge, Rick was back and forth to the dressing with the patience of a Lamborghini salesperson making sure everything looks good and fit right. His seamstress Fatima was patient and knowledgeable. I had not bought a tux since the one I bought at Barney’s on 7th Ave in Manhattan in the 80’s. You are not going to get this service or skill set anywhere else in New England and Russo’s is selling quality. I’m going back to buy a suit when I pickup the Tux.

I went to Russo's and a very nice gentleman(John S.) helped my son pick out the perfect tuxedo. John measured, tailored, and fitted my son in a timely fashion. My son and I were extremely pleased with John's help, kindness, and urgency for my son's last minute decision to go. We were in and out in less than an hour and took the tux home that evening. I won't get into the terrible experience we had where they legitimately screwed everything up they possibly could, but just do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here for any of your wedding attire needs. I will attach a photo of our groomsman whose vests aren't even the same color and two of them don't match their pants. Let me be clear, they did nothing to make our situation better, and their customer service is horrible. If you want to be stressed out right before your wedding because your wedding part doesn't match or have suits that fit them two days before, this is your place!
Brick Casey: So far, I've gotten more than a few full suit sets from Russo, (with more than excellent service). John who works there is awesome too. Very patient and knows the cordial attire industry from head to toe. As a recommendation, I say stop by Russo Tux if you need the right clothing at the #rightprice.

Stephen Keskinidis: Let me tell you, this is by far the best Russo I’ve been to. The entire staff was very welcoming the moment I stepped in. Everyone was helping me left and right but I do have to call one person out. I was a pain in the neck of a customer and Rita was the most patient, caring employee I’ve had an experience with. She was more than willing to get me multiple pairs of pants as well as help me decide what would look best. She was running back and forth to accommodate my needs. Not only that, she got my suit hemmed and I was out the door with my suit the day of. What she did should not go unnoticed. Thank you very much again for everything!

John had me out the door in 10 minutes- quick measurement, tried on the suit, the tailor adjusted it on the spot, everything fit great, and I was on my way. I’ve used other rental companies, but Russo’s is by far the best.I highly recommend John- excellent customer service!

I did not had high expectations because i knew it was a rental suit and not a purchase...but chino guided us with a modern trim fit suit for all my guys and myself and for my surprise it fit so well and looked as good as my own suit tailored to me . Thalia F: I wanted to start off by saying that Chino & Nicole were a great help & their expertise was also great; this team made us feel very comfortable with designing a tux for my wife. Chino was very straight forward with what he felt would & wouldn't look good and I loved that because I didn't feel he was just trying to sell us on something and just get us out the door. He took the time to make sure all our questions were answered because we had a lot of them (as a woman's tux is a bit harder to go through...) The tux took about 6 weeks to come in and we went in for a fitting. We thought that the tux looked great as is but Chino felt a little more tailoring should be done. We weren't sure but we trusted his judgement so he did some pinning and about a week later Chino gave us a follow up call letting us know that the tux was ready when we tried it on it looked amazing.. I mean it LOOKED AMAZING !!!!!!! Very grateful that Chino helped me with our Custom Tux. If you need a great person who will make you feel comfortable and make you laugh while getting a custom suit, come to this place & ask for Chino. GREAT PLACE !!!!

Christopher Stackpole: This is my second time using Classic, they dressed myself and my groomsmen for my NH wedding two years ago. The Middleton store helped us make last minute changes and worked with us regarding pick up and drop off days so everyone could get what they needed before they left. Today I came back to purchase a suit, Leo was knowledgeable and made the process easy. Turn around time is great, Classic Tux is much easier than the big suit stores. I recommend them to everyone.

Gloria A: This place has caused me nothing but stress. It all began with my first interaction. I called the place a half month before I needed the dress for the wedding. I clearly told the owner I needed it by this date and if you’re not able to do it I can take it else where .. she told me that it wouldn’t be an issue.. all of a sudden 48 hours before I was suppose to pick up the dress they call me and say they can’t do it till this later date. I made it clear I needed it by this timeframe. The owner was traveling and said she was “stranded” and won’t be back on time and can finish it by the day of the wedding. They clearly didn’t listen to me as I mentioned I am traveling for the wedding and need it no later than this date. This is unacceptable and not professional. All they said was “sorry” and I’ll see if my other seamstress can do it and I will let you know. I had zero confidence in this place at this point. I immediately said I was going to pick up my dress as they wasted my time. They didn’t even offer any sort of discount or anything.. I had to pay another tailor extra money to get my dress done within a 48 hour period ..they weren’t accommodating at all… I would stay away from this place and if I could rate this place below a zero I would.
Mrs. Black: Maria is a hidden gem. I had no idea what I was about to find when I walked into this little bridal shop. She is literally an artist and really quick with her work. She had an eye the day I walked in and picked out all the wrong dresses for my body. She picked out ONE dress, encouraged me to try, and it was the dress I wore on my wedding day. Maria basically customized my wedding dress. She added lace sleeves and the most beautiful beading and crystals for one set alteration price. I was in love with my dress and will never go anywhere else for dresses and alterations. She is so talented. She really has a gift.
Joy Cornett: When I ordered my wedding dress I was in the middle of losing weight. I wanted to size down but the boutique I ordered it from didn’t feel comfortable sizing down in case I didn’t lose the weight. Well, by the time the dress came in it was already huge, by the time I began to search for a tailor to alter my dress it was gigantic. When I first showed her, she thought I bought it off of the rack. I was so sad, thinking my dress could never fit perfectly. I was so relieved to try on my dress at my final fitting to find that it fit beautifully! It did not look like the same gigantic dress I came in with. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

Sharon Ripaldi-Nizko: I ordered a dress high priority drove 4.5 hours to pick it up waited for alterations got the dress back home and the only alteration was on the hem of the dress, did not get to wear it for my sons wedding it was a waist of time and money. The owner was very nice at the time of appointment but when I called her to ask about the alterations she was very rude to me. I would not recommend this bridal store!

She was so kind and helpful at helping our bride find “the dress.” We have had a couple bad experiences (before finding La Scala) with pushy salespersons, but Maria was nothing but warm, accommodating, and friendly. Our bride did find “the one” and we all had a wonderful experience. She is also very knowledgeable and experienced! And she does alterations which is very convenient!

Lynn Phillips: I would like to recommend Gould's Clothing store for local shopping. I find the personnel excellent. I deal mainly in the woman clothing. I like when I am told that a style does not work for me. They suggest something else, and I may not like that look, but we can work together to find the right look for occasions. I can also go in to look at the styling on display, grab a full outfit in two sizes, go home to try everything and return what did not fit. I would like to see people to support this local store.

Kristen: We loved the suit that we were able to rent, but other aspects of the suit rental seemed to go wrong. Staff could be rude at times and the size of one piece of the suit was off, which was an easy fix during try-on. The color of the tie was a suggestion by a staff member and it ended up clashing terribly with my dress (we are going to a wedding as a couple). I brought everything and simply asked for a change in color for just the tie & pocket square - TWENTY bucks! and the reasoning was that "it's a change order". That is an insane price - not even asking to change the entire suit! We were never even notified that there is a fee like that. There are hundreds of ties in the store! All that is is greed - it should be less than $5 to change the small items of the suit. Unbelievable. Mens' Wearhouse doesn't have to bother replying because I already called customer service and they told me there's nothing they will do.
Chelsie Farrell: Extremely rude staff. Brought in a shirt we bought online expressing it was too big and they assured us we would not find another shirt that fit better ….in the whole store. Gave us a hard time while we were browsing… older woman literally yelling “THAT WONT FIT YOU EITHER.” Like are we not allowed to browse? Such rude staff I haven’t experienced this ever… we’ll be going elsewhere for our large bridal party purchases.
Brenno DeSouza: I went to 3 different Men’s Wearhouse locations with my groomsmen and every experience was poor, but the Nashua NH location was the absolute worst. I arrived to set up a rental package and the associate treated us with disrespect and attitude. There were multiple items that just weren’t available to try on in store, only option was to pray everything fit and looked ok on the day of pickup. How can you make a decision for a tux or suit without trying on a complete fit? The associate was totally unhelpful and rolled his eyes at me when I asked to change the color of the shirts we selected. One of the groomsmen went to the pickup on the date Men’s Wearhouse gave him and apparently his pant measurements were wrong (and reminder, he wasn’t given the option to try on in store). The pants didn’t fit, had to be reordered. Pickup was only available on the day of the wedding, the plans were all thrown off because he was late for everything prior to the ceremony. Can’t stress enough how awful the whole experience was, I’ll never step foot in a Men’s Wearhouse again.

Alex, the store manager helped me find the perfect suit and made sure it fit me the way that I wanted. The only alteration needed was the length on the pants.Then Alex helped me find a shirt and a tie. I stepped out of my comfort zone, buying a pink and blue flowered tie. I'll go back in a week to pick up my suit, buy a belt and make sure everything matches, especially with my wife's dress.I would not go anywhere else for a suit. Great selection, I went with the Modern Fit, and absolutely the best service anywhere. Alex is an attentive store manager who really loves his job and is very friendly and knowledgeable.Go get your suit there....now.
Simple Rice: I went to go pick a suit out for my school's prom and the service that I have received was unacceptable. When I had signed in, I waited an hour for my services. A couple of people went before me despite waiting half as long. Note, I was the only colored customer at the time. By the time it was my turn, there was no common courtesy at the rental area and at the front registers. This is my second time going to this store and was not given a satisfactory experience.
Hélio Oliveira: Please let your clients know at the website that you close your doors at 5pm because right now at website it says the store closes at 6pm. My wife and I drove 20min and got there at 5:11pm and door were locked. One of the staff members (kinda rude) told us at the door that they close 45 minutes before and we should make an appointment. I understand the store has its reason to do it, but please let your clients know about it at the website and/or google. It’s 2022. That’s the first places we go to check on hours of operation. We don’t want to have this kind of surprise after driving that much. It’s disrespectful

Michelle Reny: This man is the biggest NIGHTMARE! Run run run away, do yourself a favor. My husband is so cool and calm and he was pushed to the edge. Peter does not stop talking for a moment almost like there is something really wrong upstairs! You can’t get a word in. We spoke and text through covid, he took down all the dates ( we changed) and specifically stated to call one week prior , as he was paid in full and only needed a week. When I called he yelled and said why didn’t you call sooner. I can’t do this in a week I have another party. OMG if I could post the reminder texts you wouldn’t believe it. The liies and excuses were over the top. My poor husband and 2 groomsman running around last minute to Giblees and ordered items online, it was so stressful right down to the day before because Peter dropped the ball. Telling us he has the items ordered but can’t guarantee they would make it, so we had to go elsewhere, zero confidence in Peter! This guy actually said and I quote “ I hope you look like sh— on your wedding day just like THIS guy, and he actually sent a pic of a guy who had baggy pants on his wedding day , who must have dumped Peter too! Save yourself !!! RUN!!!!! As fast as you can !
Matt Clark: Arrived during posted business hours to rent a suit for a wedding - as I walked in I was rudely told to 'get out' as the store was being prepared for a wedding party; the owner would only talk to me through the door as I stood in the parking lot. The owner seemed very reluctant to rent me anything as the destination was out of state, and he was uncomfortable with me traveling with his suit???. I was told he would follow up later in the day after checking what he had available, but there was no follow up. Ended up with a different rental all-together.

Chorlette O'Neill: Don't judge the service or product by the location, but you do need to make an appointment. If you want a tuxedo that looks custom tailored, this is the place to go! What you get from Peter is a top notch, one-on-one service from the first appointment to the fitting. He fitted my 6'3 tall and slender son in a stylish and well-fitted tuxedo. Peter took the time to make sure the entire suit fit and was comfortable. He even showed him "how to dress" when he put the tuxedo on the next day, from adjusting the collar, the buttons, and preventing bulk in the sleeves when putting the jacket on. My son loved working with him and learned how to properly wear a suit (or tuxedo). Thank you Peter for making Kevin look and feel like a "star" in his tuxedo!
Nathan Ferreira: Unfortunately there were a multitude of communication issues and false promises. We weren't allowed to try on our suits before taking them, and the end result was us needing to take our suits elsewhere for necessary adjustments to be ready in time for our wedding. Also when initially choosing a location to rent from, we were told that we'd be able to contact Peter anytime during the week if there were issues. He'd have our back and we wouldn't have to worry. A week before our event (after initial fittings), he told us he'd be unavailable due to his son's wedding that weekend and we would need to come in early to pick up our suits and wouldn't have time to try them on while on-site.Once we were finally able to try on our suits back home, we found out the bride's father's pants were 4 inches too short. We let Pete know and we received no response, despite us trying to contact him days in advance of our wedding. There were also other problems: the two father's suits didn't match and there were multiple sizing discrepancies for a few of the groomsmen. When I voiced my disappointment, the issues and lack of response from Pete weren't even acknowledged. There was no offer to try and make things right or to ask what could have been improved, just questions on what time the suits would be returned and ignoring my concerns.The reason for my low rating isn't solely because of the issues with the suits, but is largely because of the unprofessionalism afterwards.
