Turned out my battery was completely dead to the point where the charger wouldn’t recognize it. He kindly hooked it up to his charger to revive it and brought it back to life. Josh Davey: dropped my truck off for a simple diagnosis and repaird. 3 weeks passed with no updates. Called and very nicely and respectfully asked for am update for which they responded "if we didn't call its not done" . I was embarrassed to ask any questions, I went into the store to take the truck back and Fred informed that he tried to call me but someone else called at the same time and he forgot about me. . . He said the truck needed a simply part changed and I can easily do it myself . No issues there, I took the truck home to change the part myself and discover a broken wire connection that is vital to the trucks runability. These guys simply wasted my time , and never even looked at the truck. I brought the truck back that same day, he said i will fix it personally first thing in the AM , 2days later i walk into the store my trucks sitting in the same place i left it, SUPER FRUSTRATING, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ! the store has a horrendous smell of raw sewerage which I'm sure I could have fixed for them relatively easily, being a licensed plumber. But why help them out at this point??? With all the online stores these days hobby shops need to be offering a service department. I've spent thousands of dollars inside of ABC over the years, I'm Just flat out done with those guys.

I buy all my RC's there and after the RC's get abused and broken this Shop always has or can order the parts I need to get back up and operational. When I've been short on time I've even left a few behind for repair and have always been happy with the results. Good Guy's with a ton of knowledge

Paul Tagliamonte: Shopping there off and on for the last 15 years or so. I wouldn’t consider myself one of the usual‘s. Selection is great. They’re pricy, but I get it, they have to pay the rent. I’ve been on the fence with this place for a while, specifically because of the service. It’s always been the same 3 guys there for as long as I can remember and they are very knowledgeable. It’s a hobby store, I don’t go there for the atmosphere. But when I witnessed an elderly guy coming in for the first time, asking some very simple questions about brass rod, one of the guys behind the counter was very short with him, raising his voice for no reason whatsoever and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I could see the old guy was just taken aback. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a rough day etc. but its nothing I hadn’t seen before. Over the years, when I’ve gone there to shop, I’ve kind of come to expect it from the guy, whether Its me asking a question or another customer. I’m not there to have my hand held, but the way he was talking to that elderly customer was it for me. I’m just done. Walked out and never going back.

Sheila Wood: I cannot say enough about this place. This place was fantastic. The guy from Australia was super super nice and very very patient with me going through the N scale cases. I have an eye condition that makes reading small print very very difficult so it take me a LONG time and I probably got more impatient with myself than he was getting with me. (I know, eye condition and N scale do not go well together but I have limited space and catzillas that destroy everything so mine are displayed on a shelf) The amount of N scale was one of the biggest ive seen yet. The HO section was a good size as well and they have a ton of boxed models and paints. Prices on the N's are fantastic, below retail AND everything with a white sticker was 30% off. So happy for that because I bought a lot. This place is definitely on my list of revisiting again. We came from out of state for vacation and found this little gem of a hobby shop. We only had a conversation with the Australian guy, sorry we never asked his name, but he knew his way around trains and had a great conversation with me and my boyfriend while they both helped out the "beginner". Its not often I feel welcomed into the man hobby of trains, mostly because I act like a 5 year old when ever I see a kitty ( I display Chessie, CSX, some graffiti, and some other odd ball cars that I find, but I hunt for the kitties. Im the poster child for the stereotypical "why girls shouldn't play with trains" lol) Overall I would give this place a big 10+. Even if they wouldn't have had N, it is still a place I would have gone in just to look around. We will definitely be back!

I loved the selection of WW2 planes and battleships. Also they have an entire shelf dedicated to Jet Airliners which I like to build. They also gave me very good advise with paint thinner!

LxckySnipezz: My nitro wasnt running so I brought it here for an inspection and the problem was found within 10 seconds. My nitro was dropped off and then picked up later about an hour or so. Adam is very knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about, got some good deals get good parts you can always find something that you might need you got to be a Traxxas level which I am not but he's got HPI Losi miscellaneous stuff but always a good selection on Wheels with tires and rims so I do like the place and ask a great guy

And when I couldn't figure out how to use the latest smartwatch, they were like tech therapists, calming me down with phrases like "It's okay, technology can be tough sometimes."Speaking of technology, the gadgets at Best Buy were like a nerd's dream come true. I saw drones, virtual reality headsets, and smart home devices that made me feel like I was living in the future. I even saw a robot that could dance like nobody's watching. It was like a scene straight out of a science fiction movie.But let's talk about the snacks. The snacks at Best Buy were like a nerd's paradise. I had a bag of Doritos the size of a small child, and I swear they tasted like they had been blessed by the tech gods themselves. And don't even get me started on the energy drinks. They were like little bottles of liquid genius that I couldn't stop guzzling.The overall atmosphere was just electric. Even the little kids were getting in on the action, playing with the latest video games and pretending to be tech superheroes.Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy for a fun and nerdy shopping experience. Just be prepared to be surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic techies you'll ever encounter. And don't forget to bring your appetite for Doritos and energy drinks!

Manjoguy: Of the four Best Buy stores I have patronized (Framingham, Portsmouth, Manchester and Nashua) this is the worst. I tried to buy a $500 Samsung smart TV which the website said was not in stock but could be picked up in a week. I ordered on line using my Best Buy charge card and a $25 gift card. The gift card was not accepted. I called the store phone number and was on hold 35 minutes (no one ever picked up, I had to hang up). Does anyone know an authorized Samsung dealer in N.H. who'd welcome my business? Obviously Best Buy doesn'tUPDATE 3/7/23: I made an in-store purchase of a computer system and a television(total $4100.). I was very pleased the help of the employees. I didn't go through general checkout at a register, the salesman took care of everything. Sadly, when I did have reason to ask a question at "customer service" there was only one person at the registers on a busy early Sunday afternoon - and that single register person was Customer Service. I am disappointed that Best Buy refused to honor my Best Buy credit card ($5k credit available, no outstanding balance). I had to use my Visa so I missed out on the $196. in rewards I would have gotten. I did ask a question of a GeekSquad agent(I'm a Total Tech member and I highly recommend it) and was delighted with Tyler's help and knowledge. .

Cheryl Matte: We recently purchased an OLED TV and soundbar. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. When we unboxed our tv at home, we noticed that the panel was damaged. The only damage to the box was a crease down the length of the front of the box. Since the panels on these tvs are so thin, the panel bent and creased without even damaging the Styrofoam. I must admit, after reading other customers' reviews about damaged products, I expected the worst and thought there was going to be a problem with exchanging it. We reboxed it and brought it back to the store the following day. I must say I was surprised at how helpful and understanding they were and exchanged it without any questions. I actually mentioned to one of them about my fear that they wouldn't exchange it, and I was told that because of the way the box was damaged, that it evident that it was shipping damage and that if I hadn't packaged it back up and tried to return it without the box, then there would have been an issue. So make sure you keep all the packaging for repacking until you know everything is okay and working properly!
