Gabriel Lopez: *MUST READ* I don’t even know where to start, I bought a car with a broken expensive engine part from axis 2 months ago, they did bring it in for a repair like 5 times im not gonna lie but to a mechanic of their choice who lied about changing the part when axis just bought an used part (which was broken). I asked for a replacement or refund because i knew i only had 30 day warranty but all they said was “we’ll fix it, dont worry” & same thing happened with my brother. Its his second time bringing it in for repairs not even 1 month after he bought it. The car failed inspection and instead of fixing it they brought it to their own inspector lol And trust me they’ll be the nicest people in the world before the purchase is done, after that prepare for them to disappear and not return any calls/text. Call the office and they’ll say they’re busy lol. If you really want to save yourself a big headache and money, dont bother.

Shobhit Saxena: I had a great experience with Axis Motors! Armani Soto made the process very smooth by discussing various options, his knowledge of different cars is great! Friendly staff, paperwork, speed: everything was up to the mark. Axis is a cool local dealership.

Dyanara Troche: Very very very unsatisfying for my first time purchasing a car they gave me the worst experience giving me the run around lying to me pretending to fix my car and when I get it home all the problems start up again these people are a joke holding me hostage was never something I said I brought my car back multiple times and entertaining my son has nothing to do with the fact I fed my son he did not need food I brought him to a park I did not need that u said 2 hour turned into 8 hours I left my car there for 4 days tell me to come pick it up car was in worse condition plus issues were not fixed so do not try to make it seem like I was hard to work with just for a google review when I was not.. I made threats ? To call the bank? That’s not a threat that’s what u do when the dealer wants to play games and not do what the right thing was thank you
Moritz Walter: I bought my Subaru Crosstrek here. They have a good inventory of technically solid cars on their lot. The staff is courteous, helpful and committed to great service. I asked for some repairs in the car, which they got done in only a few days. They care about the cars they sell and it shows.Watching them register the car was a bit like watching an episode of "Old Enough!" though. It took over 3 weeks, but they got it done. Thanks guys!
