Tony T: Purchased a brand new 2022 Isuzu NQR from Ted. We had many issues from day one. The Key would get stuck in the ignition, the running lights were not wired up properly. The backup alarm was not wired correctly. The local Isuzu dealer said that the wiring job done on the Box was a complete mess and that the lighting circuit had to be rewired.I paid the local isuzu dealer $725.00 so that the truck could be driven. I asked Ted to compensate me $150.00 towards the work done as their company failed to inspect the truck prior to handing it off to me and making sure I was receiving a truck in good working order especially since this was a BRAND NEW TRUCK.In all, I bought a $70K truck and this company wont pay $150.00 towards repairs that needed to get done on a new truck. Now he does not return my phone calls or emails.I suggest taking your business to another reputable Isuzu dealer that has better customer service and actually cares.Thanks, Anthony

Craig Cameron: Had a 2013 Hino towed there to be evaluated for a blown head gasket. 4 WEEKS later I received a quote for an engine replacement after my 4th email inquiring about the diagnostic analysis they said they would do for me 3 weeks prior. It is now the 5th week, they never responded to my email asking about them actually looking at the vehicle, so I am having it towed out of there to another repair shop.I never write reviews on anything, but this is so completely unacceptable that I was moved to write something so hopefully nobody else has to wait around while this place holds your truck hostage for 5 weeks without looking at it.

martin Crosby: I bought my 06 ram 2500 here years ago. My experience was awful. They're business practices were atrocious. They misrepresented the price of the vehicle on their website. And they got away with it by writing in fine print at the very bottom of page saying that the price was based on a certain percentage of down payment. Intentionally misleading the customer.They also weren't upfront about the warranty agreement. I live about 2 hours away from their shop, was never mentioned to me that I have to come back to their shop for warranty work. So if my truck breaks down I have to have it towed 2 hours away from my house, then have someone drive me 2 hours there to get it and then drive 2 hours home? The fact they never told me this is absolutely disgusting.And to kick it off, when my truck broke down, (only weeks after purchase!) They couldn't care less. They told me it was MY fault that I didn't read the contract.I've bought multiple vehicles since then and they are by far my worst dealership experience. I'll be honest and say this happened to me almost 8 years ago, so maybe things have changed, but people deserve to know who they might be dealing with. Just because you deal in the sale and repair of diesel vehicles, doesn't mean you have the right to take advantage of people. These guys were pure scumbags.

Waldo Sullivan: I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali HD Duramax Diesel SRW from Mastriano Motors about a week ago. Tom and Joe were able to get me financed even though I don’t have the best credit. I nit picked a bunch of minor flaws with the truck and they agreed to fix them all. The buying process went very smoothly. Communication was great and the price was fair. Everyone who has seen the truck is shocked at how good the condition of it is for being 12 years old with high mileage. It really does drive like a truck with 50,000 miles on it, just like they said in their for sale ad. Rob 1: I'm gonna share with you my experience at this car dealer and the staff Joe the general manager and the sales guy Conner I bought this truck I had a 2 days I had a catastrophic failer with my transmission. I had the truck told back to the dealer of course they needed to do their inspection. And as you all know everybody has a horror story about a used car dealer this is not the case with this particular deal after they inspected it they determined I did nothing wrong they put a rebuilt transmission in this vehicle they went above and beyond the world very smooth transition no arguments very apologetic. What Is that this Family on dealership that's been in business for 30 years has clearly put the right people in place to gain somebody's trust do the right thing for the consumer and make a repeat customer of somebody they didn't know and stand behind the vehicle they sell. Furthermore they did added work to the vehicle for me at no expense to me in good faith rotors ,pad,calipers , And they did that as a great gesture thank you very much and you have gained my clientele for the future to the owners of this dealership thank you for putting the right people in the right place to sell vehicles for you thanks again Joe and Conner

Mike Isner: Just wanted to check out some trucks. They didn't even attempt to accommodate me when I showed up to then lot. After I dragged a sales rep out of the office he attempted to sell a gas job. $22,000 was the price he pushed after I informed him the front bumper was pushed out an inch past the fender on one side and pulled inward a half inch on the other. They used Red rtv to seal an exhaust manifold (I guess they are to cheap for gaskets), plus the passenger door wouldn't open from either side. These guys will lie to get their money bottom line don't do business with dishonest folk.
