HSY: What a horrifying experience. The test center manager named Angela is a very unprofessional, rude person. She is racist in that she only asked people of color the question if they are citizens of US. I've taken the same test at other testing center and I didn't need my green card but she insisted that I needed it whereas when I was speaking to another woman at the desk said I didn't need it. She also outright screams at her colleague saying "don't come near me" and yells at them for whatever she thinks they did wrong. This is VERY unprofessional and I really don't know how she is still working there if her boss ever found out. Her discriminating acts towards non-citizen looking people that come to take the exam is unacceptable. She really should be reported and legal actions must be taken against her.

Tim Membrino: Excellent experience this week at the Prometric Testing Center in Burlington MA. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. No complaints - I'd definitely recommend this site to others.

The staff was super nice and professional the room was quiet and yes they walk around but just to check didn’t bother me at all and they gave me all the paper I needed all they ask is that they give u a booklet that is technically 4 pages and if u fill out all Four Pages that for me is more than enough just raise ur hand and they give u another booker .

kenny parlee: had Issues with getting a phone number to call them in burlington for a confirmation appointment. Very Professional and secure business. When they tell you what they need you need it. Two good experiences there. convienent to get to and easily find parking

Erin Steely: No problems checking in - poor weather plus holiday travel traffic caused me to be late (despite giving myself extra time for commuting). Staff was polite, everything went quickly.Exam went well. No issues.

Paul McMann: The worst customer service ever. You can't get a hold of them. Signed up to take a test. Took my money, but then wouldn't schedule the test. Tried to contact them, but you can't call them. Sent an email, but no response.

Max Xu: Testing center has good bathrooms, the computers run smoothly, and the climate is tuned comfortably (70-74°). However, the staff is stingy on scrap paper, and constantly entered/exited the room, seemingly for no reason.There also seemed to be significant tension between the manager of the site and the other employee, with yelling that could be heard through the glass. Overall, I do not recommend this site for taking important standardized tests.

Joelle Wazen: When I read the 2 previous reviews I panicked. I'm an international medical graduate too and I unfortunately checked at the last minute my center's location to find horrifying reviews. I had scheduled a 2-day medical exam 7hrs and 9hrs respectively there. To add to my luck there were road works on my first day and instead of arriving 30mn ahead, as recommended, I arrived 5mn late. To my surprise, instead of being thrown out of the building which I expected from those reviews, I was greeted courteously and my attendants were nothing but understanding, knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend this test center. Having a great experience can make or break one's performance on an exam day. I sure felt very comfortable at the Burlington center.

Haneen Yahya: If you are international student DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER, the lady in charge named Angiela is a horrible person. My sister passed the exam last year in Boston center, they asked for two identification forms that needs to be signed, her passpost is signer but her ID is not since she is from Jordan and they don't sign ID's back in Jordan , she also had her driver's license with her thats 3 forms of identification with her name and picture. they have accepted her last year and accepted these forms and she passed. Today was her exam and they didnt let her take the exam just because her ID was not signed. She didnt even want to argue with me, she was like Its not my problem that boston center did not follow the rules and she ended up asking us to leave the center or she will call the police. We were kicked out of the center and this behavior is not acceptible at all. My sister didnt sleep for the past few days preparing for the exam and been studying for months not to mention the costs of traveling to the US. Now she have to reschedule the test and pay another $500 for the test just because of her. P.S her friend who is from jordan passed the exams using her passport and Jordanian ID . Another guy from Britin also used his ID with no problems. Horrible person.
