Virginia Nelson: The office manager, Ashley, was friendly and got us a quick date for an estimate. An email went out with the details of the date and time as a reminder. Joe, the owner, showed up on the date of the estimate on time. He did a thorough assessment and promptly sent us an estimate. After consideration of other options we chose this business to do the work and we are glad we did. An appointment was set up for the install and the electrician, Brian, arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly, listened to our needs and went about the installation in an efficient and careful manner. This is an older house with some sketchy electrical work done by the previous owners. Now we can say all our new light fixtures are installed safely. We plan to use them for future jobs.Service:Light fixture installation

Charles Griswold: I hired Klostermann again to install eight ceiling lights in our Livingroom. They arrived on time, covered the floors with tarps, and wore boot coverings. They were careful about the placement and checked with us several times. At the end of the job, there was an issue with four lights not working with the type of WiFi dimmer I had. They checked with every supply house in the area and found some that were compatible. They went the extra mile for a satisfied customer.------------------------------------------------Klostermann Electric installed a standby generator for me. Joe was very good about getting back to us, always called prior to coming. His crew was thorough, timely, and polite. The installation required a propane tank and the propane company failed to schedule the plumbing inspection which cased a confusing delay.We were very pleased overall. David Drayton: I got three quotes for the installation of MANY lights in my house (nearly 40 in all, with several switches), and Klostermann Electric was by far (about 40%) less expensive than the competitors. Saved me about $3,000! They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They even did some extra work, and when all was said and done, they left me with some spare parts just in case, and then charged me LESS than I expected! Couldn't recommend them more highly. Bob Lomme: Julio replaced an outdoor light above our garage. He was very responsive professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time and replaced the light with care. We have had issues with the light burning out prematurely in the past (Julio did not do the previous installs). He made some constructive suggestions on how to fix the overall problem. We plan on having him back soon to address the overall problem and to do some additional work on the interior. I would recommend Julio to friends and family.

Due to the nature of the job, I was able to get a rough quote over the phone and schedule an appointment within 2 days. James, the electrician who performed the work, was courteous and professional. David Matthews: We are a medium sized company and have chosen Mr Gardner and his company to handle several large projects:Change over all outside lighting, wall packs, and light poles to LED, as well as adding emergency outside lighting. Finished ahead of time and came in under budget.They are now changing the inside fixtures over to LED, got me a great rebate deal (Fixtures for under $10) and are currently doing the install. As they do the install any electrical issues are being handled as the find them and included them as part of the original quote.I need to trust anyone doing these large projects, we talk weekly, they show up every day, let me know of any hiccups right away (It's an old facility).If you are looking for a knowledgeable electrical contractor (Industrial or residential) trust me these are your guys! You just can't have them when they are on my projects! LOL

I called Justen and explained the situation and within a very short time(less than hour) I had an estimate and the work began to restore power.
