Sandra Carlson: The experience was great. The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable, patient, friendly. They took the time needed to make sure everyone in the class had a good understanding of the algorithms and were comfortable with running an ACLS megacode. Plan on returning for my recertification in 2 years. Thank you everyone at Critical Care Concepts.
Mary Gamamche: I have completed my ACLS, BLS and PALS through ECCC for over 10 years. The site and equipment is very clean and updated. The staff has real world experience and teaches the course work with relatable examples. It is a supportive environment. Once I pass the certification I receive an email with my card. Furthermore, I can access my certification online at anytime (this stream lines the hiring process for my employers). ECCC is top notch!

They make sure that every student understands and is comfortable with the content. They incorporate real life application of the skills. The facility is easy to find with plenty of parking.

Christopher Gagnon: I've gone to this company twice now for BLS and ACLS renewals. They are professionally run and efficient with their schedule. I use ACLS almost daily and can say that they reminded me of some things that often get lost or not used often. I found the course to be set at an appropriate level and the instructors do their best to adjust teaching style to incorporate all levels of comfort with ACLS, even if you have not used it regularly in your daily job. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them for as long as I live in this area.Cheers.
