Cameron DeGeorge: The room was faulty in the Mansion Murder Mystery. There was a puzzle that involved math based on a puzzle. (Words in the poem connected to a number system on books.) The poem told you when to add/subtract/multiply. The code it resulted in was wrong. Walked the room master through the issue and they noted it was wrong and nothing else was done. Poor design, poor business.Update: it’s been 3 weeks and no one has answered any emails by me.

Tonya: This was our second time doing a room at Escapeology. The first time we loved the experience and could not wait to come back. Tonight we finished our second room and I have to say we were all disappointed in our experience. Multiple things in the Scooby Doo room that we were trying to escape we're broken. To the point where we wasted so much time trying to figure out a broken safe, puzzle or latch that someone had to come in and do it (with some difficulty on there part as well) and we lost due to all the time wasted. If they spent some time fixing these things I have no doubt the room would have been super fun.

Nitro 27: The Escape room really was an awesome experience. Dylan was very nice and professional right off the bat. He made the rules and process easy and clear. I definitely would recommend that Dylan get some major credit, and maybe a raise, for making the experience a good one given it was my sister's birthday. So Dylan if you read this Thank you for making her day a special one I do hope to see you on our next experience.

Riley Mann: Amazing! We did the Scooby Doo room and were blown away by all of the small details and story line. The staff were super helpful and you can’t even compare the quality to other local escape rooms. Give it a go! Next time we hope to try the bar- a bonus!

Big World: Bad staff, I must of went near the end of someone shift. During the game The flashlights didn't work, it was dead the batteries weren't changed when call for help she didn't pay attention at the cameras what step we were stuck was lost in the intercoms, I told her flashlight was not working and ignored the comment to avoid coming down, we was legit stuck in a overly dark room without no working flash!! It literally destroyed our experience and the worst part was the photo she took at the end was blurry lol insane I got emailed a blurry photo of my whole bad experience didn't even show us how it looked in person sent email and bam blurry photo lol! I must of had some horrible staff member but not sure if I will ever go back. Me and my family go to many escape rooms all over new England and this is top of the list of worst for us. Hoping who ever is in charge takes this as a way to better as a company the cameras all over the room are set up for a reason.

Reaping21: Time flew by way too fast here with my friends! We decided to try the Antidote room because my friend wanted to be an adult (they have a SCOOBY DOO room). The loved the layout and they decorate the room enough to not make it feel like just a plain white room (paraphrased from my friend). I liked how the puzzles weren't too difficult and there was enough clues in there to help you solve them. There are 3 hints, but request any more and it'll go against your finish time. We failed because my after work brain didn't connect the dots right away, but knew the final answer as the clock hit 0.Escapology also has adult beverages, which I was quite surprised and so much needed! Tried the chemist because I thought that was in reference to our room...it was not, TS-51 is. Already planning to return, just need to kidnap a few friends that would like to join!

Victoria Szetela: This is my second time coming here. Although we didn't quote figure everything out it was a lot of fun. We booked online for the time slot we wanted. The cost is reasonable and it's just your group that goes in. They have adult and kids beverages and you can bring them in the room with you. You even get a picture after you are done.

Joseph Moore: Fun designs. Things didn't open in the Scooby-Doo room that delayed us, and the clues are tough to read in the Budapest room. They also were giving clues out of order.

Sine Montacer: Great experience and above-and-beyond service!We held our son's 11th birthday party here and had the DaVinci escape room booked. 8 kids, ages 8-13, plus 1 adult, had so much fun solving all the puzzles and wouldn't stop raving about it afterwards. Keith, the owner, was really friendly, helpful and accommodating, which made the party even more enjoyable and stress-free. We weren't sure what to expect, since we've never done an escape room before, but although the puzzles were a bit hard at times, there was always extra help available.We will definitely be coming back!

There did an awesome job with the clues and props.We were a group of 4, felt on top of each other at times so I wouldn't recommend doing a full party. 4 seemed like a perfect limit. We didn't solve in time but still had an absolute blast.Definitely recommend. We will be coming back to try another room.

Before the room, they shared pizza in the game cafe, played a game together. Not easy to keep more than a handful of teens engaged for a few hours, so we were glad this worked.

The people who run this are super nice and flexible. They really made it a great experience and I don't usually like escape houses. It is so well done. The attention to detail is fabulous. There are multiple rooms each unique and highly interesting! The clues are reasonable and its not an impossible solve. It was creepy, unique and we loved it! It really was a lot of fun!

Each room was different and it got more intense as we moved room to room. 10/10 would recommend and we plan on coming back! Only thing is that it is kind of hidden so more signage would be great!

Elizabeth Couture: My wife and I did The Observatory this weekend, and we had an amazing time! We've done ~8 different rooms in the area and this one might be our favorite! There were so many puzzles, and so many cool innovative ways to solve them. And even when we struggled to solve a few of them, nothing felt like "Well how was I supposed to know that?" The folks running the room were incredibly kind and helpful, gave us a little hint when we clearly needed it but not until we definitely needed it. Just a great escape room experience all around.

Our party of 6 had an amazing time we did the 90 minute room, and everyone even tho most of us had not done one before, felt included and useful with the clever hints we were given. The room was perfect! It was hard enough for the smartest kids, and had elements for the others like me who needed a little help! Thank you for a great experience and making everyone have such a good time! The owner literally made such a difference, without him any other room could have felt very discouraging. Honestly just go to meet him haha!

Martin Shedd: The Gate Escape was a fun challenge and a great experience. My whole family (6 adults) went together during the holidays and played The Observatory. The clues were well designed to be tricky, but sensible and contained some amusing subversion of expectations. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied, and you get truly immersed in the puzzle through the careful spatial design. We were lucky enough to have the room's creator as our game master, who had an excellent sense of how to keep things challenging, but moving.Highly recommended experience.

CT: Super cool place! The guy who greeted us was super nice guy. He was attentive while we played and gave us a hints when we really needed it. The room was beginner level which I hesitated about and wasn’t to sure if it was going to be too easy but it was still challenging. Had a good time with the family. Would definitely go again!
