Patrick Starling: We initially worked with Home Loan Title / Champagne & Marchand PC as part of buying out house. They were our bank's attorneys, but were able to work with us as well. They were fantastic at dealing with some complications with our sellers (selling through a relocation company as part of a work move). Very responsive over e-mail, and good turn around times. The price was also very good. We liked them so much we used them to sell our condo two months later as well. Same great level of service, same great price. They made the closing very easy as we did everything via power of attorney, so we didn't have to be present. Would 100% use again. Thanks Alicia & Kimberly!
