Their properties are always very well maintained and in optimal locations.
Stephanie Power: So glad our family moved to Princeton apartments! We left the other major apartment complex in Westford due to terrible management and ridiculous rent increases. Princeton has been so much better in EVERY WAY! Princeton office staff are friendly, helpful and take issues seriously. The management company invests in building the community by throwing community events several times a year. They also do cuter coloring contests and activities for the kids. The maintenance guys have been responsive and kind when we've had issues. The neighbors are wonderful! Rent is far more reasonable here than at the other apartment complex. So grateful our family gets to live here while we look for our forever home!

Reachini M: I was told that three adults can’t live in a two bedroom apt. The income has to be 3-4 times the rent. If one person is working and two elderly parents are not working, how can we support the family with these ridiculous rules? This is unreasonable! I feel like this needs to change!Who made the rule that husband and wife can’t stay in one room? Three adults have to rent a three bedrooms apt.! Very disappointing!
da prynce: Terrible property. I lived most my life so I know. Here in 2022. You'll pay too much for bathroom doors that don't close all the way and can see through the crack. Broken windows. Dirty apartment hallways. Broken locks. Yeah it's a dirthole and nobody seems to complain so I'll mention it at least somewhere. Whatever the response it isn't good enough when it's too late and you've already shown how much care you take of these properties. The bare minimum just to get people to rent it out it's sickening the level of care that goes into places people have to settle living in.

KELVIN CAPWELL: I have resided at Westford Park Apartments for 4 years and have had a wonderful stay there. The staff is great and the maintenance team is always prompt in their response to maintenance requests. The environment is clean and the housekeeping team cannot be left out because they do such a great job in keeping the place clean. I just moved from there into one of the Princeton BLVD Apartments. My new apartment is just mind blowing. It’s perfect. The one complain I have so far is parking issue. It seems to be a serious one. I wonder what winter is like with parking. I suggest the office pay attention to parking stickers because i just have this understanding that they should be enough parking for legit tenants!!!

Mark Forsythe: I live in westford on princeton way. I am an able bodied person so my complaint is not for me . They treat the elderly and handicapped horribly.They don't clear out parking spots or even shovel paths to the building. My neighbor who uses a Walker has to trudge through snow for days till they clear a path. She was also stuck in her car for 6 hours one day because the elevator was out of order. These are not isolated incidents. It is appalling management here should be replaced immediately .

Keith Kuzmitch: I live and have lived at Grandview for over 4 years, At first the leasing office staff were helpful, kind, quick to respond, and overall nice people however since Kim left my emails go unread, questions unanswered, every other day I get threatening emails saying that my car will be towed for snow removal (a lie that they like to tell in an attempt to get you to move), there is a constant notice on the trash chute saying that you can’t use it for anything other than trash bags and unfortunately this does not work so they will lock it up on occasions such as Christmas, bikes must be removed or will discarded, etc. They will tell you that community events are held however if your not interested in driving 10 minutes to the new leasing office to get a piece of candy or eating doughnuts in a dirty garage then I haven’t witnessed any of these events. The Views are amazing however the apartments haven’t been renovated in over 15 years and are definitely showing their age. (Wood Floors are worn and in my case mismatched colors, the fixtures are the cheapest available in 2005 and I don’t foresee them updating them any time soon as it has taken several years for them to complete a hallway renovation — (paint and carpet.) windows have a clear draft and although they attempted to seal them it didn’t make much of a difference.) The heating/AC units are also 15 years old and not efficient at all, my regular utility costs are upwards of $600 on a good month. Also the one of the two elevators is constantly being maintained to no avail. The community if you chose to call it that does not offer any amenities, no pool, no gym, nothing unless you count your packages being locked in a machine and a grumpy onsite maintenance man an amenity. The location and the property aren’t bad for being in Lowell however since the leasing office moved they property is covered in cigarette buts, beer cans and I have found hypodermic needles on the property several times and I wouldn’t walk around at night time. I recently decided that I am going to move on to greener pastures as my lease is up in April 1st. (Don’t worry I will be paying up until the 26th because a 60 day notice is required and I did’t secure alternative housing until today.) Grandview used to be amazing but the loss of Kelly and her horrible replacement Jessica as well as the aged and poorly maintained units have caused this beautiful place to go way downhill. I guess all good things must come to an end, I just hoped it would be a more pleasant end.

Chris Davis: We lived at 1009 Westford for 5 years and only just moved away to find a quieter life away from the city - the staff did an excellent job of maintaining the property and was always responsive. We never had any problems with the office. The few times we had family emergencies the office was always there to help us and was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Working with Jen in the office was always a pleasure!

All of our maintenance requests have been handled same day. We highly recommend living at a Princeton property!

William Rivera: It's honestly a shame that you can't give a zero star review because that's exactly what they deserve. 5 years as a resident, bought a house a couple of months before lease expired and they wanted full payment plus the apartment, which basically means they will make twice their money. They make rules as they go and have no care for the residents. Trust me, they will go out of their way to stick it to you. Got plenty of emails as proof too. I was more than willing to negotiate a meet in the middle, but they had no interest to help at all. Save yourself the drama...

Venette Latortue: Hello,I am here making it clear on how awful people who works at the office for heritage properties are. It seems to me as if they only care about their commissions in renting out the apartments to people. Their customer service is extremely poor. Rude, uncaring, and rushed barged in to people’s apartments whether or not the residents are comfortable with it. I’ve rented apartments before and never have I had any maintenance or anyone from the property walked into my home without my permission. I felt violated, not to mention they jacked up my rent after going through the whole process of signing my lease. Their 1bd 1bath was for only $1500 then it became almost $1700. Winged termites has taken place in my room numerous times , when I went in the office to report it to see how they can help me the same woman who was acting all nice as I was in the process of renting the apartment is that same woman that not only tried to shut me out with a “fuck your problems its 5:00pm I’m trying to go home and don’t care” attitude. I had to show her proof of how terrible these winged termites were affecting my apartment including my health having allergies and getting sick from that. She didn’t even show concern or cared to ask to go see what can be done. Why did I have to go to the extra mile and showed proof?. That’s definitely not good customer service! Trust me I know EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Please don’t show up in my apartment without my permission Candice or anyone else that works in that office. It is my apartment My husband and I pay for it and we consider that to be our SAFE and relaxing place. So if you guys could have some RESPECT, class, understanding boundaries, overall EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE we would really appreciate that please and thank you.P.s. When you’re moving out you don’t get your deposit back. an also I have a problem parking my car all the time everybody right next to each other an it’s so tight an some time there random car park in your spot an they can’t even do anything about it when u pay for the parking spot unhappy 🙁.

The properties are infested with roaches, and youre not even guaranteed your own parking spot due to the charter school behind one of the properties. Welton O: The resident manager Lou Martelli is extremely friendly and gets the job done. He took care of a parking problem I had right away as some people don't respect that. The office staff is very friendly and any issues I have get resolved fast. The buildings here at Hallmark Village get cleaned twice a week, and I never had a problem with roaches as I keep my apartment very clean. I think some of the tenants like to blame the office staff for problems that is not their fault. The apartments are spacious and the large windows allow lots of sunlight to come in. Location is extremely convenient and the are two large closets, one of which is a walk in closet.
Emily Gaskill: This place is a joke. This was my boyfriends and I first apartment and the last. No private parking, only street. The apartments themselves are so small. The maintenance guys are rude and disrespectful of personal belongings. They stole money off of our sons cubby stand when they were “inspecting the pipes” in the kitchen. You don’t have a peep hole at either door for security. There’s no security for safety for coming inside the building. They allow people to smoke in their apartments even though they have signs posted saying “no smoking on property”. The office girls are so disrespectful and condescending over the phone and they never call you back.

johny kim: If you like privacy that’s good, because over here you get none of that. The maintenance crew can walk into your house anytime they want. I had multiple notices that maintenance will be entering my home at a certain time even if there are no tenants present. If you live with a house hold of 2 good luck finding parking. They only give you one parking spot and a visitor’s spot if you can find one. Oh yea they also raise the rent on you every year.
lisa figueroa: If I can 0 star it I would ; they always complaining about things , they don’t fix anything , they said we wouldn’t have any rodent problems and that’s all we have. They exterminated like 5xs. People steal my packages ALL the time and nothing gets addressed . They sent out an email saying to stop stealing packages. In the winter time they are the WORST! I can’t wait to move out of here . Worse spot I ever lived at. The roaches are in the hallways . People make messes and don’t clean it up . And the AUDACITY of these neighbors on the WEEKEND always having a problem with my son playing outside. This place SUCKS!!!! Yal need to do better ! Yal have good people living in these spots but because yal sick people be quick to leave . Sad sad sad ! Do better!

Nayeem: Could do better with the management of apartments and utilities. Informed them about few maintenance related issues in the apartment before moving in but they were not resolved.Apartment has hard wood floor and has a Air conditioner. No centralized air-conditioning.
Jake Intravaia: This property management team is a complete joke. I have been moved in for 2.5 weeks and already experienced major cockroach problems which heritage properties lies and pretends they have never dealt with before. The website is a complete joke as well it takes impossibly long to verify your bank information on a site I barley trust and I work with computers so I would know. Oh also if you have kids forget about this it’s not a suitable environment for a coal miner. I would love for the team to now comment back and pretend they care considering our specific property manager has never even spoken a word, emailed or called me thanks heritage properties for nothing.
Tanah Mukiibi: The property manager Louis Martelli is such a gem. His very helpful and quickly responsive if a resident needs assistance with anything. I have lived here four years and I have nothing but the best experiences with Louis. His also always a phone call away which is nice. Maintenance also shows up the next business day if you need anything fixed which is a plus for me. Thanks guys
Jonny Savanhmixay: Lived in Northwood commons for the past two years. In my experience, Admins are professional. Building manager is responsive. Maintenance was always handled ASAP and the grounds were kept clean.My complaints are with the parking. The spaces are too tight you can barley get in or out. Your vehicles will get dented.

So I was looking for apartment rent and I called them and talk to Dave, he gave me an appointment to see apartment on 06/17/2021 @ 4:00 pm, I took a half day off from work, when I reached their office he said that apartment already rented yesterday. He even didn’t call me. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend to anybody, look for other properties around.
Rajni Chahal (Dreaming Girl): I moved about a month ago and 3 of my packages have been stolen so far! "Somebody" just picks up the package from inside a secure building within 15-30 minutes of its delivery!! I informed the management every time the package went missing. They do nothing except sending out a previously written "friendly" reminder emails. They simply asked me to file a police report for my stolen packages!Maintenance wise the place is good. So giving 2 star.
