Tiana Lynn: my boyfriend and i booked our room here on, april 3, 2023. we first seen a cockroach crawling on the bed - we put it in a cup and went downstairs to show the front desk and told them we were leaving.upon packing our things, we started seeing more and more - they were in the bathroom, in the kitchen and on the walls. they refused to refund. would not recommend staying here!room 320.Rooms: cockroaches everywhere.

Ryan Kelly: I booked this hotel because my wife and I wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary in Salem so it was close enough and the price was reasonable for the weekend. We got to the hotel around 5pm and when we got to our room housekeeping was still cleaning it even though check in was at 3. After about half an hour we saw a mouse crawl out from under the dresser. I called the front desk and told her about this and the only thing I was offered was a discount. When I said this was unacceptable I asked if we could go to a different hotel. They sent us to another extended stay about 10 minutes away. When we got there we had to pay an additional $700 and wait until a manager came in to get any money back. This was not told us when we left the other hotel. The second floor of this hotel in Burlington smelled terrible and out room, for some reason, smelled like Maple syrup. I tried multiple times to call the manager Chesterfield Coppin after getting back to NY to get some money back. It took 2 weeks to get a refund on the first stay. After this I was told I would get some money back on the second one but never received an answer. After calling customer service twice and being told I would be contacted by a regional manager (nobody ever did) I was able to get half the money of my second stay back. Apparently Chesterfield felt like my time spent trying not to be ripped off wasn't worthy of anymore than that. If you're thinking about staying in this hotel, don't. Go somewhere else...anywhere else. I'll never stay in another Extended Stay America hotel as long as I live.

Art Johnson: No cooking or eating utensils in room. When I requested some, I had to come from 3rd floor and haul 2 large containers up to my room. Found out while I was using the bathroom that there was no toilet paper. Called desk they said they don't deliver anything up to rooms. Check out day they came to my room twice before 8:30am to make sure I was out by 11:00am. Will never stay at one of these again.

I would avoid this at all costs and recommends everyone to do the same.They overcharged me for an extra night and customer service is completely useless so I couldn't even get a refund, claiming that I signed the receipt.They even gave me the wrong room and I walked in on someone else's occupied room... extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and embarrassing. They also only gave me 1 bed instead of the requested 2 but they were overbooked so they couldn't do anything about it.I would rather stay sleep in my car lol.
Stephan Chauvin: Excellent location and the rooms are acceptable, but you get what you pay for.Housekeeping removed several items from my room and then only returned some of them. One of the elevators doesn't seem to work. The front desk is vacant as often as it is staffed, and the fire alarm went off four times during my stay, two of them on the same day! Totally unacceptable, will never stay again.
Salvador Gomez: My wife and I stayed for three weeks arriving to Boston, and it was perfect in many senses: great attitude and service of the people, they were helpful and amicable the whole time (thank you all!), Location is very good with a nice grocery store a few blocks away and the mall with many good restaurant options and even a movie theater, relatively well connected with bus and highway. Most things at a walkable distance.Rooms are good enough, if any they lack an iron, and it is not clear enough that guest should ask for kitchen and dinning utensils. However, once that clear, our stay was great.
Sasha G: I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here. There were ants on the floor, dead bugs in the lights and on the wall. Dust on things and places that indicated no one cleans. Crumbs on the floor, all the cabinet drawers were stained with what looked like mold. The tub/shower was so horribly stained and completely not suitable for any guest to use. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room because of all of the above. I was told there were no other rooms available, and that maintenance would come check in the morning and he would leave a note with the manager. No one came, no one followed up. The vibe was very much, “you get what you get”. I did take pictures of everything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Domenica Mora: This place is the worst hotel ever, I stayed there only for one night. First we kept hearing noises then we went down to the front desk to get tooth paste we ended up waiting more than 10 minutes because there was no one in the front desk and at the end a front desk agent came from outside like if he was just coming in. Leaving the front desk all by its self. After I get charged with almost three hundred dollars because unfortunately that night I ended up getting my period, and it stained. I spoke to the manager and he was just so rude, I was trying to explained to him that no girl knows when thier period is going to come and I think it’s not fair that I get charged with such a big amount of money when I didn’t mean to get the bed stained. Like periods are natural its not like I said I’m going to have my period that day. It was my first time staying there and trust me I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay in this hotel.

Kevin Veniel: The rooms are not clean. The sink had left over residues from pots. The floors had mini papers and food crumbs. The bed sheets were stained. The toilet had urine residue left on toilet seat. The hallway rug has a foul smell. This was a horrific experience. There’s insects crawling on the window & into the table area. The elevator is a safety hazard and needs to be checked. There’s a unprofessional worker named Crystal... Avoid her at all cost! People smoking and slamming doors at night. This is not the place to rest your head in. Highly DO NOT recommend this place.
Robert Harris: Home away from home. The staff, is amazing. A lot, of different personalities. But it works. Whom ever hired, the staff, did an amazing job. I will check back, with you all in a few weeks.

John Sullivan: Needed a room for the New Year holiday and was able to find a great deal for a great price for 3 nights. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable front desk clerk. The front desk area was very clean and well decorated. Very clean elevator and hallways. Upon entering the room it smelled fresh and clean. I was surprised because they usually have a smoky odor. Everything was very clean it had a nice corner island with a sink, microwave, a two burner stove top and a full size refrigerator. It was very quiet walking down the hallways. Breakfast was included but it was only two choices of packaged muffins, Granola bars and coffee. I was hoping it had a full buffet. Overall a clean and very homey feel hotel to stay at. Totally recommend staying here.

Stacey Montello: This hotel is clean and the employees are compassionate about their guests! I was impressed beyond belief after my family and I were displaced due to a fire August 2nd and we were sent here as a last alternative. I'm so glad that fate has sent us here as the last alternative because I called the Sunday I was due to check in for the first time and I spoke with Andrew. I had asked him if it was okay if my sister dropped off my refrigerated food before I could get there due to being at our apartment that was destroyed by fire grabbing what we could salvage which wasn't much. I apologized to Andrew for running late and was so upset that I imposed upon this hotel. Andrew made me feel so much better when I called he was extremely compassionate towards me and my family! I'll forever remember that kindness! It's a rarity to find that kind of empathy nowadays! Thank you Andrew! As for the manager Kathy she's been a huge blessing and very helpful in making us feel at home! She's a true asset! Gary and Roe you two are the best as well thank you! Jason January: I arrived at the Woburn residence in May of 2022. I was recently separated and needing a place ready to go utility’s and such included while I am in the buying process of a home. Unfortunately the market is still very high and the Extended Stay Woburn met all my needs. The staff was great and friendly. There was laundry available which was a huge asset. The location was great as well right off the highway. The chamber service staff were awesome and did a great job on keeping rooms clean. Ty, Ling, Mike and Alyssa are a huge asset to this building. I don’t dread coming home to my room. I look forward to returning to my temporary home.
Moni Moe: My husband and I stayed here during my travel assignment from Oct- Jan. Upon arrival the staff was very spacy and didn't know what tenants was in what room, which seemed very strange to us. The staff was very rude to us the entire stay. The receptionist Alyssa went above and beyond to help us which we very much appreciated. In the first room we were placed in the toilet was broken the shower was not working properly. Each week we were harrassed by the employees to make payments when we paid faithfully every friday. The guy came banging on the door cursing and demanding payment. We got locked out of our room numerous of times and slept in our car out front of the hotel due to no staff being available for over 9 hours. When we called corporate about our complaints they suggested we book another reservation elsewhere when we already paid our money. No one accommodated us properly. I would not suggest this place on your travel assignments or just staying period.

Karen Z: I stayed there 4 years ago, but when we checked in our room was not clean and had a wet towel on the table so we asked for another room and that was smelled like cigarettes so we asked for a different room and we’re told if we weren’t happy with it they wouldn’t give us a different room. When we finally settled into our room an employee burst in without knocking. The pullout bed was extremely squeaky with any little movement and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not much of anything and the coffee was so full of grounds it wasn’t even drinkable.

To constant card key issues, and nobody at front desk for 45 mins to get my card key fixed. And on and on. This is a slumlord hotel. Trying my best to get another spot for my business trip.

Jennifer Hoffman: This is an older hotel in definite need of renovation. The staff was pleasant and helpful but the service and amenities were not on par with other Extended Stays that I have been to. They have filled in the pool with concrete, so they need to amend that photo.My room contained nothing in the way of supplies, including a glass, coffee cup, spoons, and a coffee pot. When I asked staff they said people stole the supplies so they did not put them in the rooms. I had to make 2 trips to the desk to get what I needed. Not what I wanted to do at 11 PM after a long trip.The room was clean and serviceable but this is not a hotel I would want to spend a lot of time at.

Tiger Fan: I loved my stay here. The property was just re-opening under new ownership when I checked in. They were very responsive to my requests and concerns and did so with courtesy. During my three month stay I saw management and staff efforts come together to turn this property around. The staff was amazing and the common areas and grounds were always clean. I felt safe here and didn't worry that my vehicle would be broken into. It is a very dog friendly environment as well. My biggest complaint is the laundry. Very pricey, and NOT eco-friendly. The dryers take two hours and even then, sometimes clothes still not dry. Since machines are not owned or managed by the property, getting resolution to refunds etc. is not a smooth process.I highly recommend this property and will defiantly stay again.

Elizabeth Roesel: My husband and I are currently staying here while our house is being worked on. It's nice to have a place where we can come home to after work and workout without actually leaving the premises or be able to just hang out by the pool since it's getting super hot outside. It was also a huge stress relief that we could essentially just pack what we really needed, (put everything else in storage) and not worry about the little stuff because everything we needed was already there.

Evan Cannon: The rooms are showing their age. Carpeting is very worn in spots, you can see where the previous people have walked over and over. The bathroom has peeling paint on the ceilings and my room the toilet handle was shattered and the shower curtain was ripped on the top. All are minor fixes which are highly visible, makes you wonder about the places less viable and what condition they are in.Also be aware you are very close to an outdoor gun range, so you will hear gunfire. I noticed it as early as 10am and as late as 9pm.Overall as a Diamond Member and having stayed at different properties, I would not stay here again.Rooms: The rooms are showing their age. Carpeting is very worn in spots, you can see where the previous people have walked over and over. The bathroom has peeling paint on the ceilings and my room the toilet handle was shattered and the shower curtain was ripped on the top. All are minor fixes which are highly visible, makes you wonder about the places less viable and what condition they are in.Walkability: There is one decent restaurant walking distance but nothing much else.

Bryan Berry: I chose this hotel because of its over 4 ratings but was disappointed upon entering our room and our children picking up party cups from whomever was last in the room. The tub was dirty and wasn't something I'd want to sit in to take a relaxing bath.The main reason why we chose this hotel was because of the pool. Our kids like to get in the pools when we travel. This one however was supposed to be heated but just barely. I am super dad so I like to get inbthe water with the kids. I definitely had to keep moving so the coldness off the water didn't keep me shaking fo my bones. The toilet area had piss all over the floor tooAs for the breakfast bar, I like oatmeal but there's was absolutely made without care and very thick. I didn't even want to scoop any out it looked to undesirable.
Nabeel Sheikh: Spacious suites with full kitchen, plates and utensils. Decent size pool, however the water can be a bit warmer. Location is great if you’re looking to stay around Burlington and had plenty of restaurants in the area. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Michael Comtois: We needed two rooms with a late check-in. We were able to get them at a good price. The general manager came around and greeted us, and asked us if we were enjoying our stay.Noteworthy details: 5 minutes from the armory in Methuen. Stopped at a Dunkin Doughnuts on the way there and dropped off our grandson.
Jordan C: Not bad, not great. The staff were nice but the room wasn't as clean as it could be. I always check under the bed for bedbugs and fortunately while I did not find them, I did find an intimate article of clothing that was not mine. There were stains on the linens and the sink had a leaking faucet. I was woken up daily (around 7AM) to loud construction in the next lot over which was very annoying, and while this is not something the hotel can directly control, they should be concerned with the happiness of their guests and put out some kind of warning. Also another weird thing was that the drawer handles I noticed were very loose come to find that half of the screws were missing which was odd. Again, not great, not terrible but would I stay here again? Eh probably not.Rooms: Rooms were okay, not bad but not great. The hotel manager or housekeeping manager needs to oversee the cleanliness of rooms more thoroughly.Walkability: Not walkable, in a rather secluded lot.

Sheryl Day: We booked two rooms for our family of 5 at a special rate. Initially, upon arrival, our special rate was honored for one room and not the other. It was a damper to an otherwise great experience. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. The breakfast spread was nice but it was the breakfast hostess that had a phenomenal personality and made breakfast great. Once we were able to speak directly to the hotel manager, Mr. Patel, he graciously told us he would make the necessary rate adjustments, and he did. We left happy and completely satisfied with our stay and experience.
Patty Erdos: After a long day driving in bumper-to-bumper post-Christmas traffic, we were warmly greeted by Carol. Our room was great. The next morning we were pleased with the included breakfast and especially by Sima of the breakfast staff. Sima was all smiles and anxious for her guests to have an enjoyable breakfast. Kayy Who else: I am a diamond member & I wasn’t given my welcoming gift say a bottled water, a bag of chips, nothing.. Also no option to upgrade & payed the full price for my king suite… Stayed for a week, while relocating & boy the prices for the time I stayed during October was outrages, but I didn’t have anything negative to say other than I didn’t enjoy the fire alarm going off @4AM w/ my toddler child, having to go outside @this time in case of a fire! They did have a hot breakfast & a dinner one day during the week, which consisted of a cheese & cracker platter, a chicken noodle soup, & salad along with trail mix & strawberries. But there was this one Indian lady who works the kitchen area during the week & is a bit much as I & my family seen her telling guest to use “paper plates” as I watched her hand a Indian family glass plates… I was kinda in shock, she made us feel like she was just watching us with the food, I felt super uncomfortable. I made a waffle for my son & split it with him, so I wouldn’t have to go back up & be felt as if I was being watched & have her come stand right next to me… Then there is only 1 girl in the front that had a bad attitude & the general manager I couldn’t say much about. But the older lady who works the night shift is super friendly! The cleaning ladies were terrific while we were there.

Sandra Roberts: The size of the room is nice, the front desk staff is.mostly friendly, but when it comes to getting the rooms cleaned on time the housekeeping is awful. For shorter stays it might not be bad but for longer stays they tend to skip over cleaning your room every week like they don’t know they you are staying in that room. Katherine Pittsley: We lost heat and hot water to our house and we were able to find a last minute room for myself, my boyfriend, and our cats. We have never traveled with our cats before, but Sonesta staff made the experience wonderful. Cara at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating - when we told her that our bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guest when we checked in, she immediately adjusted our room rate and scheduled a complimentary full cleaning for the next day. The manager Katerina was also extremely helpful - when she heard why we were staying at her hotel, as well as not knowing how long home repairs would take, she gave us a reasonable rate for our stay and showed great sympathy towards our situation, especially during the week of Christmas. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone for any reason, especially when traveling with pets. Our room (1 bedroom suite) was spacious and felt like a home away from home - it had a separate bedroom with attached bathroom, a living area, and a full kitchen. We have stayed in other Sonesta hotels and resorts in the past and this one did not disappoint.
Paul Pelletier: The rooms are old and in need of a remodel. They started charging for parking this month, 5 bucks a night. I had 2 reservations at this hotel this month. I cancelled the second reservation because I was disappointed in the room and a parking charge for this hotel is ridiculous. This is a nickel and dime play. Overall very disappointed.
Sky Unique: This Sonesta team helped accommodate 30 of my business partners and everyone left satisfied and ready to come back. The lobby was welcoming and had ample space for us all to mingle and enjoy a hot breakfast either on the go or in the dining area. The lounging area was great to hang out after a day of meetings. The suites were spacious, clean, and functional. We know where we will be staying when we are in town again. Thank you!

frederic renoux: The hotel is located in a calm area which is great. The bedroom was very clean and looks pretty new. The rooms have a kitchen which is well equipped. All you need is available. The furnitures are all in good shape but look a bit old style, the sofa specifically.The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well.The lobby is quite cosy and I could work there during the WE without any trouble (no noise…).The breakfast is likely the dark side of this hotel. All hot dishes (omelette, hamburgers…) seem industrial made and I had hard time to digest the hamburger. Barb: I’ve stayed at Sonesta suites over the past few months for business and overall it has been a good stay except that they repeatedly try to barge into my room on the day of checkout before 9am. Checkout is at noon. I’m currently here, and twice they’ve been here to knock. I opened my door to find 3 men standing there, two of them supposedly to clean the carpet in the room. At no time during my 4 night stay was I informed that the carpet had to be cleaned, and should expect people to be at my door.On one occasion, my husband was sitting in the living room drinking his coffee when they just opened the door in him; no knocking! This is totally unacceptable, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s interesting to note that no housekeeping is offered during my stay ever, but they’re early when it’s time to checkout!

Kristina Babcock: I was charged twice for two different prices, it was supposed to be split between a friend and I, but she was also charged twice the rate we split and i was charged the split and full. Our door lock was broken which we told maintenance and it still wasn't working- ac unit was not working and maintenance came in at 1230 to try to fix and just said he would move us but it was midnight, no trash bags, no complementaries, just was told watch 3-5 days to see if it goes back.
Daniel Wells: No AC my room is currently 77 degrees, the fan won’t even turn on. Bad tv reception, and the internet is slow. Don’t waste your money.
