Contracted via my Public Adjusters, from a house fire on March 7, 2021, I was initially skeptical.I was overjoyed when my clothes were returned, the overall cleaning was excellent, the packaging and the care for my suits was outstanding. I had so many clothes and most of they were able to restore to their original condition. The staff was kind, customer friendly and sensitive to my clothes being professional and high quality. The person delivering them said, “you have a lot of nice pieces”. They were extremely accommodating, delivering directly to us while at the hotel with summer & work clothes that were needed. Our other clothes were stored and once we moved to our more stable location the rest were delivered. Any clothes that were not restorable were packaged up, listed and returned as well as the list sent to our insurance company.I was over the moon excited to have my clothes and most in impeccable condition. Jodie Cohen-Tanugi: Sal's cleaned all of my textile belongings (clothing, curtains, rugs) after a fire in my building. They are competent and go out of their way to be helpful. They are storing my belongings over the many months I cannot return to my home, and they have permitted me to come by twice to select items I need as the seasons have changed. Brian was in charge of the response to our fire and he is very accessible and helpful. The other employees are friendly and helpful as well.

Stephanie Rhee: They are a scam and do NOT know how to clean high end clothes.. they cant even take care of cheap clothing...all my clothes shrunk, got bleached, and destroyed. They also miraculously somehow made the soles of my shoes (multiple pairs) fall off! FALL OFF! how is that even possible? They take ALL your clothes, even if you tell them NOT TO and ruin everything. The insurance company who works with them is also a scam...

Jessica Gould: I have 120 articles that they ruined with holes, rust stains, washing and pressing leading to shrinking clothing. Leather shoes and purses where the cleaner they used ate into the leather. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
