Lowell Family Resource Center: what do users think?
Cindy Wu: They were very helpful with the process of signing my daughter up for school.
Nicole Levasseur: Every thing about this place and how lowell public schools is run and zoned is a complete joke. The transportation could be fixed by fixing the major zoning issues. They really need to get there stuff together.
Gladys Monroig: Nothing but awful is all I can write!!I have tried many times to call there’s never any answer. One time they did answer asked for me to hold and then hung up when I called back it just kept ringing. I have gone in and dear god aside from the gentleman that works at the front desk he’s very nice but everyone else are just mean, miserable and unprofessional. They will walk around ignoring people not helping the front desk workers with anything pretty much they figure it out on their own it’s unbelievable. This whole department needs to start allowing people to leave reviews on each employee because the lack of good customer service is just crazy. Not sure who’s in charge but they need to send in someone undercover so they can experience what many parents in Lowell Massachusetts experience when trying to get help from Lowell public schools family resource center!!
Pramodh H N: Staffs were courteous and friendly. Provided the required information really quick. I was out within 5 minutes.
Sophie Mao: This place really need more educated workers or shut it down!
Joshye Yeffry: I been trying over one month to transfer my Daugther to Lowell MA school every time I call is something new. All documents are sent out already. I can’t be more concerned about my daughter education and I’m regretting that I moved to Lowell not even 3 months in.They gave me names of people that doesn’t work there, told me to ask for this people when I call back to find out none of this people worked there. Made wait on the phone for two hours to hang up on me. Seriously idk what to do to have my daughter registration done whom should I call seriously I feel like a Law Sue to this place definitely should be done because after waiting an month and still waiting and trying to register my daughter the school might want to hold her back but isn’t my fault or my daughter. I’m desperate idk what to do. Today I have called 10 times and my sister called 8 times and none of them was answered plus the voicemail is full. This entire department needs customer service training. Very unprofessional and incompetent to include the director. The Family resource center employees are people who do not live in the city and are not vested in the outcomes of our children. There is an arrogance and a "Can't do attitude" that is felt when you engage the family resource center. It is impossible to accomplish anything.
Lea Dornezon: Complete garbage!
Vikki Coupal: Staff very resourceful. Found services never knew exsisted.
Sara “Queen b” Dapper: So grateful for Nancy H . And all the hard working staff at the resource center. I have so much to thank all of you for all the help and support I have received for this resource center . This school system has been amazing and my child has flourished in it. 3 years ago we moved to Lowell and I admit I was scared and a bit nervous about enrolling my son in the Lowell public schools however, after meeting staff amd Nancy my mind was quickly set at ease and now I believe it to be one of the best things to happen . I Love the Stokalsa school !!! However I am a proud to say that my boy is doing so well at Butler! I am equally impressed with the staff and I am grateful to have these people and staff who are very welcoming and supportive of my child and I. Lowell public has exceeded expectations beyond my dreams. I really cant say hiw this place has been amazing and I'm gonna say again Thank you all for the help and support of my child's transition into Lowell public schools. Nancy is so sweet and cares about the children and parents. Also, I will never forget what you all did for us . My son is high honors and I am one proud Mother!! Debra C
Ruth Caceres: This place is awful, the staff is rude, incompetent and not willing to help you at all . They are miserable. I have been calling and calling trying to get my youngest at the same school where his oldest sister is and nop, no answer. Left several voicemails no one returned my calls . Who’s in charge of this mess ? What a shame !
M: Make all complaints through the City of Lowell Website- There is a form you can complete and it goes straight to the mayor's office: Type in City of Lowell complaints or Concerns "Customer Service Feedback Survey"This entire department needs customer service training. Very unprofessional and incompetent to include the director. The Family resource center employees are people who do not live in the city and are not vested in the outcomes of our children. There is an arrogance and a "Can't do attitude" that is felt when you engage the family resource center. It is impossible to accomplish anything.
KELLY BILLINGSLEY: Everytime I come here no one acknowledges you! If you go you wait atleast 5 minutes before someone comes to the counter. Then they give you the run around. So once again it was a wasted trip to go there
Brittany Watson: Totally unorganized. No one cares. Does not know how to help to choose a good school. Have a lot more to say but I'm being nice haha
Chynna Martinez: Went to go sign up my daughter for kindergarten and can’t believe how rude the person who assisted me was.
Julie Ford: Today 4/25/19 ..... I arrived to your office at 5:32 pm. The doors were locked a woman came to the door to tell me they are no longer taking registrants. I said you close at 6:00 pm she says it takes 30 min to register a child. Your office should close their doors at 6:00 pm no matter who is in the office. Parking is horrible. Accommodate your Lowell residents properly especially working day jobs parents who have to dive through traffic to get to your area. Unheard of !!!!! Beyond disappointed. I will have to go tomorrow morning to then go into work late. Hopefully your doors open on time.
farid malikzai: This is the worse department in Lowell
Shari Horan: Very good experience!
Rebeca Toledo: Today is the first day for registration for prek and kindergarten. This place is packed. You would think they would have more staff available today, but no they do not. I came in at 9:45am and still waiting to be called.I had also put my daughter on a waitlist on April 2018 to have her transferred to a different middle school and she is still on the waitlist. No updates. Nothing! and even though she was getting bullied at the school she was in that doesn't mean anything to these people. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to homeschool my daughter. Not easy but what else could I have done? There should be a better system in place. These are our children we're talking about.
Deb Enwright: I always get excellent service at Lowell public schools family resource center. It is also multilingual to serve everyone's needs
Millie Santiago: Ayudan mucho sobre todo a mejorar las relaciones entre familias
Jessa Lee: HORRIBLE!

Thom Anne Sullivan Center: what do users think?
Mary Antetomaso: We've had an amazing experience with Anne Sullivan. Everyone has been caring, helpful, and kind. I would recommend it to anyone!
Rachel Yu: I cannot say enough amazing things about this center and everyone that works here. From intake, to evaluation everything was easy and stress free. All the therapists we've met with over the 8 months my son has been in speech/OT have been so incredible. It's very clear that everyone that works here loves their job and what they do, are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping kids succeed. My son was recently diagnosed with ASD and it was overwhelming to know where to start. My son's speech therapist (Jess- she's amazing!) Went above and beyond to make sure i got in touch with the right people, and we were able to have him evaluated at Boston Children's so much sooner than if we had attempted doing it on our own. They have walked us through every step of what our options are now that my son has an ASD diagnosis. I cannot tell you how much stress and worry has been lifted off my shoulders because of the amazing people that work here.I would recommend Early Intervention services with Thom Anne Sullivan Center over anywhere else. I owe them so much and cannot put into words how grateful I've been for them!
Nicole Welch: Absolutely love their dedication and helpful strategies they have taught my daughter and I. I'm so sad that my daughter aged out but I am so grateful for everything they have done!!!
maryan abubakar: Amazing staff, caring, listen to your concerns, very helpful & resourceful. I would definitely recommend to anybody.
Reyna: We are currently working with Thom Anne Sullivan virtually due to the pandemic. The dedication, knowledge, and passion the staff has for the parents and children is unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Early Intervention program.
Mr. Colin M: The teachers here are amazing and my son loves going every time! I would definitely recommend this place!
Kathy Meehan: The educators at the Anne Sullivan Center are professional, knowelegeable compassionate and their love of the children and families they interact with shows through in everything they do.
Angelina Sem: My son and I attended a parent/toddler play group here and we loved it so much! Staff are wonderful. The parents and kids that come are so nice. It’s an amazing place! We’re going to miss it so much since my son aged out of it.
