He responded very quickly and came out to my house and had a quote.One company left me hanging did not show up to give a quote when scheduled. Another gave a quote without even seeing it. Steve took it upon himself to drop by to see it and sent me a quote with pictures and a plan to repair it. Eric Salerno: Ryan quoted our fence replacement over the winter and started (and finished) right on time in April. Lines are straight, posts installed very securely, and the gates are great. The fence materials are top notch too.They took extra care to ensure our pup could use the yard when they left for the day & connected the deer fence that runs around the back of the yard. Ryan cares very much about getting it done right and answered all questions. I'm glad we chose them for the project.
Benjamin Stevens: Ryan's crew was great! They were professional and efficient. Our poor fence had been broken by a fallen tree and after the tree was removed they were able to take out and replace the fence completely at break neck speed. The final product is really high quality and they made sure the gate had proper support. We love the way our gate opens so smoothly unlike before. To top it all off, they showed how thoughtful they were by leaving as few gaps as possible at the bottom of the fence due to our small dogs that might try to sneak out into the open. Andrew B: I used RPP to install a 38 panel vinyl fence. When quoted, I had an existing fence up, and a rotting retaining wall. I’m between the job, I had 840 sq feet of wall replaced. Timothy Gedrich: My uncle needed someone to plow as he is unable to take care of his driveway and other things. Ryan took care of him and even did things such as bring his trash barrels in which is huge as my uncle has medical issues and I’d rather him not be outside for that in a snow storm. I’ve seen Ryan’s other work and knew he plowed also so I referred him to my uncle is very pleased. Must be cause I haven’t gotten the call 🤣. Went the extra mile to make sure my soft landscape post holes were deep enough and stuffed with concrete to make them last.The fencing is straight as an arrow - I literally would not be able to do it better. Don Patch: Work was done ontime and slightly under budget. The quality of the work is simple great. Have had a 4 fences installed for my terriers during the last 20 years. This one was a bit tricky because our home owners association requires aluminum panels which look like wrought iron. And the yard slopes. Never saw such attention to detail (kept the fence panels close to the ground so the dogs could not crawl under. Would absolutely recommend Jack for your fencing needs,

Justin DePinto: My wife and I purchased 400+ feet of vinyl picket fence for the perimeter of our backyard from RD Fence Company in Billerica, MA. We had some mixed opinions from start to finish on this project, but here is the quick summary:GOOD: Working crew was very professional and accommodating, left the yard clean and neat, installation was great and the final product looks awesome, price was reasonable and the project did not go over or under the estimate.BAD: Customer service was awful, project was delayed multiple times (5 weeks overall) with no communication, no one answers the phone or returns calls or emails, arrived on-site with 2 day’s notice, completely unapologetic about anythingWe were disappointed with the customer service from the front office, particularly the lack of communication when the project schedule changes and the overall unapologetic nature of Rick and Sue. It’s supposed to be a local business with that personal touch, but towards the end, we got the feeling like they just show up whenever they want and don’t really care. However, the end product is great. We are very happy with the quality and the installation of the fence, and Frank and his crew were great to work with. We did get a great looking quality fence for a fair price, so overall, we are happy.

The last issue I had took them months to show up to look at it and they never even fixed it, they want me to pay for a new gate when the person who installed it put the wrong size gate. When we chose the American fence company not only were they were able to give me an install date much sooner than anyone else even with the tough material lead time but the price was obviously where it needed to be as I pulled the trigger.
