Albert A: Avoid at any cost. The worst product quality and customer service. PCBs are poorly designed (high-voltage circuitry is simply dangerous) and not even washed from the flux. Cases do not match the devices. Fiber surfaces dirty and scratched. Half of the modules we purchased were dead on arrival. Customer service did not want to exchange them, and eventually it took us half a year (!) to get them repaired.
jacob bohler: This company purchased a working laptop on eBay and returned a destroyed laptop with a different serial number. Do not trust them with your business.
T L: Mr. Jim Zhao, CEO, President of Agiltron Inc. (Photonwares Co.) purchased a good working Agilent E3641A power supply from me through Ebay, when he received my good power supply, the next day he asked for return, a completely defect power supply to me with a different serial number and asked for a full refund. I immediately send him the pictures and Ebay to show the proof of two different between two power supply, what he had done to treated this little Ebay seller. Mr. Jim Zhao keep my good power supply and ask my money back. Is this how you run your Million dollars Agiltron Inc. (Photonwares Co.) company for business. Since Ebay gave you the refund, I want you to send me back my original working power supply and a return shipping label, so I can ship your defect power supply back to you. Please reply to me how you want to handle this case. Be honored to do business. I want my power supply and money back.
