Sarah Tedesco: I had an appointment set for 1pm. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed until 1:30pm with a number listed below to contact. I contacted the number and got no response. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to open again at 1:30pm, when I never should have if my appointment was at 1pm.
Victoria Duenes: After 2 attempts at getting professional fingerprints made from other companies, I ended up at FingerMetrics. Jonathan did an excellent job. He was meticulous in being sure my apparently difficult to capture prints were done right. He took the time to fill out all the paperwork I needed for submission and even gave me an envelope to carry it in safely. He was professional and took time to make sure things got done right. This is his family business that he takes pride and accountability in, and it shows. Thanks for all your help!
Jeff LaCerte: Drove 40 minutes for a 9:00 apt that I’d set the day before. When I arrived, there was a note saying they were in a meeting and to text when I arrived. The phone number on the note was off, no one answered the office phone when I called, and the door was locked. Complete waste of time. Had to reschedule several meetings at work for nothing. I should’ve read the other reviews about this place prior to scheduling the apt. If you’re reading this, go to the office down in the cape. They’ll actually be there
Richard Coleman: Excellent service. One of the few Livescan places around. The owner was incredibly patient and gracious as my fingerprints were difficult to do. My own local police couldn't even get a proper print! But he took his time and was professional throughout the process. I would 100% use this service again.

Kendall Cooper: Showed up for my appointment ten minutes early and there was no one there. Door was locked, no answer. They didn’t call to cancel my appointment or give me any notice.
Liv Don: I had a confirmed appointment with an Reg # and everything and I took time off of work to go all the way to my appointment and when I got there the place was closed. But I received numerous texts and emails to confirm my appointment which I arrived on time for. Terrible.

Nick Timothy: Super unprofessional, I needed i9 verification which was set up through a third party company. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 I got out of work early so was headed there early on my way I got a call from the third party saying fingermetrics had to leave at 3 I said I would he there at 2 50 and was told no problem at all. I showed up exactly at 2 50 and the door was locked and they already left. That is so unprofessional with no notice at all. There was also another customer waiting who had an appointment and no knowledge of this. This put my employment at risk.

Linlin Zhu: Normally I don't write Google reviews, but Prime Fingerprint is my life savior. I was devastated previously by several unsuccessful and rude experiences with some fingerprinting service providers. And then I found this place from Google search.The owner is so professional, friendly and patient, who knows how to make adjustment to poor fingerprints and do them right. She greeted me like a friend and cheered me up when I was frustrated. Most importantly, I received my report within 30 minutes!I would definitely work with her again if I need to do fingerprinting!BTW there seems to be some issues with their home page. Don't get scared of. This is a legit place haha.
