K.: This company does the fire safety up keep at the company I work at. When I notice someone in my department, I asked if I can help him. He ignored me while talking on the phone with his friend. He seemed in a good mood while talking on the phone. But when it came to interacting with employees that work here he seemed annoyed. I'm just not sure how we can do a proper inspection while on the phone discussing personal matters. Reading MA
Ricky Chow: We recently had them clean our kitchen ducts. They were thorough, responsive, and punctual. Will use them again.
Andres Aristizabal: Reliable and knowledgeable, they diagnosed an issue Just from experience in their field.
Jason Tevepaugh: We used Asap and they were able to do the work in one of our commercial business locations to get it compliant and open for business right on schedule. Very happy with the experience they provided.
Sam Oliver: A.S.A.P FIRE AND SAFETY is a very reliable business to deal with and has always been reliable and incredibly reasonable.
Gayle Collins: Although I have no experience with their business, an owner of company hit parked car and refuses to pay fair value of damages. After making many promises through owner and his staff, I now have to take to court. Doesn’t seem to ethical to me. Would be very hesitant to use his company’s services

Adam Batchelder: If I could give a lower review I would.... Completely blew me off last year. This year tried to give them a second chance, set up a hood cleaning on Friday for a Tuesday appointment. Called Monday to confirm and was told i cant guarantee the 9am appointment but could do noon. I asked if they could guarantee that and they said NO. Tried to blam it on the Virus issue but this is the same thing they did to me last year twice.Worst customer service everNot Reliable
Makin’ “Makin' Scents” Scents: Brian & The team @ ASAP Fire & Safety are amazing!! They have been our provider for Fire safety equipment for over a decade. Their professionalism and constant attention to detail is what sets them aside from the rest. I know we will continue to use ASAP Fire & Safety for all our needs and so should you.
Jesus Collado: Pay lots of money to clean the hoods and was very dissapointed all the time!!!!! White smudges all over the hood, didnt even clean the inside of the hoods....Wouldnt recomend this place to no one, hood cleaning is not there specialty!!!!🙁🙁🙁
