MrAssassyn86: I love phantom, I love fireworks. The deals, the booms, the colors, 4th of July was made for me. However. As I understand liability etc, Tell Sergeant Serious rentacop at the door to tone it down a notch. Give a greeting and a half smile before hitting me with the COVID I meaaaan flammable items screening... Other than that good time! Employees are helpful, attentive and polite. Many know which pieces are solid and which ones are underwhelming. Will always be back.

Christa Dacus: Not any different than any other Phantom location. At least the person working in this location is an enthusiast and tried to find the items they advertise. Prices jumped by 40-100 dollars per item in a week's time, totally negating their coupon offer. Guess their trying to fund their horse in the Derby. Keep stopping in for a specific item they advertise but dont carry at any of their locations in NH. Tired of their games. Skip them and go to Atomic!!!
Josh Cummings: Never not fully stocked, even around holidays! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always have promotions going on, making prices pretty reasonable.
ESSAM THABET: First visit on July 4th. Nice selections. Everything worked as expected, so quality of merchandise is great but a bit expensive. They had an advertised promotion of buy one get one free but they declined it in store for all customers because they “don’t have the catalog”. Also, they didn’t honor the free gift for first time text subscribers because they ran out. They definitely don’t have a problem making the impression they only care about making money.
