Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.

Shawn Jordan: I used to have no problems filling prescriptions here. I'm not sure what changed, but it seems like it's management at this point, because the workers are doing the best with what they have, but they seem run ragged. I've been trying to fill a script for 10 days now. The Dr. has been on the phone with them 5 times now, each time they tell me that they have spoken with the manager and that the script should be good to go. It when I go it to get it, it says they still need approval and they need more information. It's for something that measures blood sugar. This has been an absolute nightmare. Whoever the manager is that is telling us that it's all good to go is obviously not communicating that with anyone else, nor in their system. My Dr. Is telling me to get it filled somewhere else because of how much of a pain this has been. Wasting my time on the phone, waiting around in the store. Go somewhere else until they get someone competent in there to run the show.
Duke Chheng: Been going to this pharmacy for a while now. Never had an issues until recently the night shift pharmacist will ignore all phone calls and leave you waiting for hours. So I drove there and she wouldn’t refill my script saying it’s too early when it was only a few days early. Made me wait until 6am to pick up my meds 🤦‍♂️.

I purchased an eyedrops (oropatadine, just for allergy redness and itchiness)prescribed by my former pcp for 247 dollars, while there are plenty of alternatives you can get by the counter for about 10 bucks. The physician at Walgreens didn’t mention that at all. When I called to question them, the lady on the phone refused to admit that there were alternatives, and literally laughed at me for paying 247 and told me I can’t return it because it’s their policy.
Vanessa Rivera: i was an employee at walgreens. i always made it to work even if it was a few minutes late. sometimes my whole shift im standing in the register and personally i cant becausse my knee is messed up. and when i told them about it they didnt really care unless i had “proof of a doctors note”. i was offered a chair and then i was told “it’s unprofessional to sit down” an hour later but if my knee is in pain what can i do? i still showed up for work because no one cared. there was times where i got no sleep and was still begged to come into work because no one was working and it was put onto me. and i constantly picked up shifts because i needed the money. one day i just needed a day off because my knee hurted and the boss of the store tells me “it looks like you dont want to work here” over my knee hurting.. and i was still a minor at the time. i only worked there for a few months and quit in july because the people there are so rude and dont care at all. and all the other employees i was friends with would agree with this. no one liked working here.
Brit S: Everytime I go there, it takes so long my entire schedule gets ruined just for a pickup order. I have waited for 25 minutes for them to take 2 cars in a three car line. It is not because of complications in any individual order because this constantly happens. The other one on Middlesex street is worse because they literally don't give you the prescriptions because they're always out of stock or don't know how to transfer scripts or deal with insurance in any proper manner. mr&mrs Mastrullo: Waited in the pharmacy with a fussy baby for 45 minutes with two cars in front of me. The person at the window rang the bell three times and no one answered before I left without even getting my medication. Being short staff isn't an excuse anymore. This is absurd.

Sam Kong: Been a customer at the pharmacy since 2005 but today I decided to switch to a different pharmacy because since Covid they have been so slowww in terms of getting medicines out to customer( usually at least 30-40 mins at the drive-through). Today I had to get down to the pharmacy because my mom prescription had no more refill so normally they would fax her provider to get a new prescription and everything would be all set but nope I spent about 1.5 hours calling them explaining that the provider already faxed over a new refill order( they have confirmation number) but Walgreen’s staff kept insisting they didn’t get it. I would ended up calling my mom provider again and again to confirm this information, it’s been 72 hours and still the same problem. I called walgreen back and asked them nicely to call the provider because they kept telling me they already faxed it over. The person on the line refused to call my mom provider, they all said they’re too busy and it isn’t their responsibility to call since they already faxed it. I basically said thank you and went straight on site to ask one of the pharmacist to call for me since my mom is out of her medication. She was nice enough to call for me, took only 5 mins and I got the medicine within 45 mins. Things would’ve been so much easier if the staff would just calls instead of telling customers they already faxed refills order and there’s nothing more they can do.
Elisha Sidoti: Anyone who has ever used this pharmacy and gave it more than 1 star is obviously being paid for the review. This is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I have ever used. 3x now I have come to pick up medicine that should have been ready at 8am and at after 5pm I've been told it's not ready yet and it will be a minimum of 2 hours. Tried calling on the phone to check if they're ready and I waited for over an hour only to get hung up on the second someone "answered" This place is HORRIBLE

Kelly Anne: I have been frequently getting my massages here for 6 months (at least twice a week). Great deal when you buy the package. They know exactly what they're doing and listen to you to change things up if you have certain ailments. The toxin removers they have to sell (I believe- I've been gifted) that you sleep with on your feet at night are amazing! Ling, the owner, and Angela, are FANTASTIC!! I love Angela because she climbs right on me and does all sorts of yoga stretches that my body doesn't allow me to do. The hot stones, foot reflexology, and ESPECIALLY the Beemer, are AMAZING after getting all those knots out! I've been getting massages more than half my life, and this is a place that I will stick with. To be able to call and get right on, is fantastic! They have therapists from other places that will come in if they don't have clients at that time, just to accommodate. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I recommend the CBD oil if you have a painfully inflamed body like mine 😆

I didn't want to pay for an hour. I even told the woman doing the Massage I only wanted 45min. I didn't feel like arguing at the moment. Beware of the up charges.I will not be going back ever.

Too high) and then wanted me to pay immediately before any other interactions.• Toilet paper roller in mens room literally falling out of wall, mounted incorrectly.• 1hr no specialization first visit was $85 dollars. I even asked about the advertised 10% off on the website and have no idea if that was with or without discount.• in room #3 dont think she could actually walk to my right side (face down) because it was so close to wall. Massage table was about a foot from wall due to a 2nd (different) table also being in room.• NO AMBIENCE. Standing fan on floor going left and right plus Language barrier AND total silence made an odd atmospherethis was the first few days after the stay at home has been lifted. Never given a name of person I dealt with. Simply asked if I had called ahead. Kept asking until i also gave my name even though she never asked me to... very conflicted about my rating since no one else has been open so i dunno if that should excuse some of the lacking elements. Misty Carlisle: The worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. They are unsanitary! They use the same tub of Vaseline on everyone! After touching dirty feet and not changing their gloves. I did the 60 minute reflexology. It was VERY badly done. I could barely feel it. It was more of a foot rub rather than a true reflexology massage. She barely spent time on my actual bottom of my foot and was very weak in her technique. I was forced to pay BEFORE the massage. They know how bad they are so they make you pay beforehand, give poor service and want a tip!

Jordi Gil: Beware the EGO repair center:TL;DR Before you pick up an EGO repair unit:* ALWAYS check your original S/N against the unit you're picking up from repairs in case they switched it for a different one.* ALWAYS check that the unit is working well, not just what was fixed.------------------------In July 2022, I brought my EGO snow blower for repairs to this repair center. A few weeks later I was informed that it had been fixed and I could pick it up at this location. When I did, I noticed it looked like a new unit with no wear or tear, it appeared to be a new one (later on I noticed it had a different S/N). I tested the fixed part (the chute) and it worked fine. I pressed the left handle and the unit moved. In all senses, it appeared to work well, so I took it with me.When I used it this January 2023 for the first time, I discovered that the auger was not working. I called EGO for help and they told me to bring it for repairs at this Lowe's location. Weeks later I get an email that I could pick up the fixed unit. When I went to pick it up, they brought a dust covered unit that did not match the Serial Number of the unit I brought in for repairs. This time, I declined to pick up the unit as I was not informed the repair consisted in switching the unit and I was weary it could be another faulty unit as its dust covered appearance did not give me confidence.Following up with Lowe's customer service I was informed that they misplaced the labels and I was not supposed to pick up that dust covered unit. Days later, I got an email that because the unit had a broken handle, it was not covered by the warranty and if I wanted it fix, I had to pay ~$200. I complained that this unit NEVER worked in the first place and that it was their fault for giving me a broken unit as a fix for my original snow blower. It didn't change a thing. Lowe's representative insisted that they will not pay for the repairs and that they can't find my original snow blower anymore, supposedly fixed.Now I'm left with no other choice but to pay myself for a problem that is Lowe's fault.Moral of the story: Avoid this repair center for EGO units. But if you have to use their service, ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure that you're getting the right unit by checking the Serial Number and that all functions WORK PROPERLY before accepting it.I hope this helps./Jordi

Corporate designed the store in a way to make you think the service is better by making the place bright and pretty. Everything's more expensive and you have workers who don't know anything, even the tenured folks.Secondly managers are all unionized against the workers and some of them are straight up p*dophiles. They act all cool and take smoke breaks together but they're all horrible people who will fire you if they're simply having a bad day. We're being abused, currently part time but working constantly and getting burnt out. We've lost so many good people lately. Remember that good service doesn't mean that the workers are happy. Go to home depot instead, they actually treat their workers like people and in return you'll get cheaper products and maybe less than perfect service. (If you're man enough to handle such a horror 😂)

Christina Rohrbacher: I thought I could make an appointment for a quick flu shot but clearly this was a huge mistake. The pharmacy is dirty, I waited 20 minutes just to get the shot, and they didn’t have access to the patient questionnaire I filled out online. The pharmacy techs were openly discussing not feeling well and being sick but coming to work anyway. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.
Cindy Barnhart: I thought today the pharmacy staff did a great job. I was getting a covid booster and they were having trouble getting it to go through. But they got it to work and I got my booster shot. Very nice and pleasant people. Thank you for all your help!!

Bibixinh Do: I went to the store today 08/27/2022, around 8:40. I tried to look for some make up items and I had trouble finding them. I asked the worker (Maria) there to help me and she was not FRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She ignored me the first time when I asked her about the mascara. She told me I don’t work in the make up section and she just walked away and she did not even wait for me to finish my question. I came to the counter and asked if there is anyone working in the make up section to help me find another item that I needed but she just said NO. I left Walgreens without getting any items and just a dissatisfied service.
Angel Nieves: Amanda. Store front Mgr. Needs revaluatuon. I brought item to pay. She said it's $5.99. But they were several items the same on the rack. Amanda said no its $5.99. As a customer I asked for to see where u got it from. Amanda said I don't have to see anything..it's to early for this. I went back to the items to investigate. I took a photo. I'm latino..and a pastor. My wife whose Asian was in front of me. Amanda didn't know that was my wife. Wife told me Amanda was saying nasty things when I walked away. I returned to the register. I told Amanda..there's a mistake, cause there's several items not just one. I said please look why I I assumed. Amanda said I don't have to look at nothing again. Amanda was not desculating but escalating the issue by escalating with hand movement. Amanda so called store front Mgr. .made me upset. I replied I don't use foul language..but if I would I'll vomit everything I have. Your rude as aMgr. Amand in lowell Broadway store..said .. I'm a rapper andwill curse you out...n threatened me withnon entrance to the store. I'm a pastor..at 17 usmc veteran. Vietnam. 23 Nicaragua..died twice.. I am returningtothestore to report Amanda's actions. I'll have my video on when I return to speak to Amanda's Mgr. It would of been very nice n ez to walk me me to the items and show it was the stores items on the the wrong place. But Amanda..with dirty clothes..n.dirty mouth. To have been professional and informative..instead of stating I'm a rapper n curse me out.
Mandy Benson: It's should not take 47 minutes in the drive thru with only four cars me being the fourth. I am handicapped and getting out to walk in was not a option even though I wish I could have.
Freidrichm: This has got to be the messiest, slowest and most disorganized pharmacy in Lowell . You do your part, call, set an appointment, come on time, and they still keep you waiting, no explanation, the line to pick up meds is always long, the employees are always confused about what is what and who is who. Get it together!
David Musoke: Called in for my Covid test today and the phone menu system will not permit me to talk to a pharmacist. Been stuck in cyclical menu hell forever. Not good service at all.
Calvin Le: I've called 4x to regards of medication and have been hung up on ALL 4 TIMES!!! Trust the reviews, this location is horrible!!!
Kristi McDowell: In 3 years of living within this pharmacy's vicinity, I've not once been able to successfully pick up my medication in a timely manner. They only ever have 1 teenager working the pharmacy, where patients line up down an aisle in a store where mask policies are not enforced while their colleagues do who knows what back there but it's absolutely not processing prescriptions with any sense of urgency and wearing their masks under their noses. If there's anywhere for the omicron variant to breed, it's going to be where a gaggle of sick people are forced to into tight quarters with no protection.
Hamza: I went for a covid test and the result came back way passed 72h.Per regulations, you have to take the test within 72h but Walgreens can't guarantee that.If you ever need covid test for travel, I'd suggest CVS or a CVS rapid covid test (if it's acceptable) but never a normal Walgreens PCR as it's not reliable and you'll be risking losing your flight.
Katy Ortiz-Algarin: Went in to find a profuct which was a lower price on the Walgreens app for the location I was at... When I asked a associate if they priced matched online, I got a quick No. I also asked another associate and she seemed annoyed and just moved her head side to side.. So I decided to do a online order to pick it up since I was trying to save money. I then asked another associate if they recieved my order and asked her if they did price match, the polite young lady said ✔️Yes, only if the product is the exact one you want in the store and is not on Sale online. ✔️ (The product I needed was not on Sale). I wish I didnt have to go through the hassle of doing an online order just because someone didnt know the policy, but at least I left with the product I needed. 🤷🏽‍♀️⚠️PER WALGREENS WEBSITE POLICY.Upon request, Walgreens stores will price match to Walgreens.com regular price. SpongeBob SquarePants: My printing order got purposely delayed from 12:00pm (original pickup time) all the way to 4:00pm (the time it was ready for pickup). The store doesn't seem busy, but it made me upset.
Jonathan Nevins: Pharmacy constantly hangs up after putting you on hold for 5+ minutes multiple times. Consistently mess up prescriptions resulting in delay of filling them. Awful customer service where they don't acknowledge you at the counter for multiple minutes. Just say I'll be with you in a minute as opposed to going right in front my and avoiding eye contact. From pharmacist on down.
Joe Wilkins: I’m a fan of all Walgreens. I shop here 4 days a week . It’s clean convenient and the staff is helpful and nice.

Tina Degree: The store was closed and customers had to call and order their products, but you did not know this until you got to the store. The store clerks were not helpful and this was a very aggravating process.
Mama Deb Beauty: I’ve been a cosmetologist for over 30 years and most of it I spent going to the Sally’s in Billerica MA but unfortunately they closed they had the most kind knowledgeable helpful staff. I for the third time visited this store and it will be the last time. I have NEVER encountered more rude employees anywhere in my life! I left my entire filled basket at the counter and told the girl she can keep it with her attitude! And I walked out. The first visit same thing very rude when asked for a specific item and I ended up walking out. Second visit I had 4 items and waited almost 10 min for someone to come up and ring me out but they were to busy laughing and having fun in back then to help the customer!

But yes out of all the Sally’s I’ve been to this one was the best with customer service .
roxanne Ignacio: I went to this location in lowell for the first time ,i usually go the one in Salem n.h because it's closer to my house. Well I'm glad I made the stop here today because the manager and another girl I believe her name was Diana were amazing !! The customer service was top notch and they made me feel so comfortable and took the time in helping me pick out salon chairs and other items . They were so genuine and so very helpful . These two ladies made my day and I will definitely make the trip to that location for now on .
Sumavatey Sarin: The worst workers I've ever encountered. Everytime I go in there, the same two ladies are working in there. One person named Lisa was so rude to me when I was just asking a simple question on the phone. She is not fit for the job because she doesn't even know how coupons work! Today I went there again hoping I could get a better worker and there was a very rude African lady who wouldn't take a coupon code from me when I had the code but my phone just happened to die when I was at the register. She was so rude about it, and said that everyone just passes coupons around. But the coupon I had was ON THE WEBSITE so anyone can just pull it up. She just wanted to give me a hard time. Both these workers do not know how to interact well with customers and they should be fired. I will never go there again. Worst workers ever. I hope they both see this review or their managers because they need to get a new job or get fired.

Charvy K: There were 2 ladies working and 1 was very rude. She was rude from when we walked in and rude leaving. One incident was when I was trying to walk by but there was a cart and her. I wanted to wait until she was done putting the extension back on the rack but she said go just go and rolled her eyes. Didn't want to be rude if u squeezed through and accidentally touch her behind. Also saw a cart with a basket in it and the basket only had a few things in it. I thought it would be okay to put in the cart and use the basket. She yelled out from across the store NO DON'T TOUCH IT, LEAVE IT ALONE. She could have nicely come up to me and said it instead of yelling in a rude way across the store.
