Plan to go to him with any future Vehicle I choose and for my family/friends. Mr. Paul Santiago Was a gentleman and made sure to get everything fast tracked l. A wonderful group of individuals.
Sina Tith: We bought a 2023 Ford Maverick from McGovern and they sold it to us at a fair price. Robert Keenan is our Sale Consultant and is a pleasure to work with. He was fast and efficient to get us in our truck. We denied some of the extended warranty and dealer add on as we did not need it. Robert didn’t pressure us into adding them on and made the sale super smooth. Will look to purchase more trucks from McGovern Ford in the future.

Josh Taylor: EDIT of review!While buying here was hassle free the “Exceptional Service” they have totally skipped the Service department.First time it rained I noticed a roof leak on my new 80k truck. They took it into service, roof lights were leaking.The dealer had my truck for 2 days to “replace” the roof lights as they said.Took them 2 days to smuck up all my lights with silicone and get it all over the paint and sunroof.. guess they wanted it to dry before giving me my truck back,,Beware! Do not have your vehicle serviced at this dealer if you care anything about quality. This hack patch is totally unnecessary and unacceptable.Now I have this mess while I wait for Ford Corporate to find another dealer to fix the mess these clowns left.Complete joke…Orlando, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the customer! I purchased the white F350 from Orlando 11/22 and traded it in yesterday for the Blue lariat.. Orlando was very helpful throughout the entire process. Looking forward to my next purchase at McGovern Ford, provided they keep Orlando as the top tier salesman!

Are you ever going to give the key that I paid for?

Patricia Bosak: I bought my 2017 MKC a year and a half ago. I was told I would get a second key. My salesman never contacted me about this. Well I received a call a week ago from the service department about this. The salesman called me back and said can you bring your car in for us to program the key. I moved and live 2 hours away, he proceeded to say “you will have to pay out of your own pocket”. It’s clear the salesman didn’t care as he already received his commission on the sale. I would never recommend him or this dealership after all of this.

Terry Gerrish: Usually service here is excellent. Today, I was initially happy that they had changed the oil and addressed the issue of two of my tires that had slow leaks. I told the intake person I had filled them multiple times.When I got the car back tire pressure was fine - for 5 days - until the pressure began to fall again. I took the car to Towne Fair Tire in Billerica, who removed a screw from one tire and a screwdriver shaft from the other tire.There was a breakdown in communication between the person receiving my request for service and the person who ultimately performed the service. I felt as if someone took the lazy way out, which is not the standard of care one usually receives from Gervais service.

Lisa Mansfield: I bought my 2019 Navigator thinking with that came the fantastic service that I was promised upon purchase. Well the service pick up and delivery, leaving a loaner car, lasted all but a year at most. "Sorry we can't do that at this time. We have no cars available. We have no driver available." Fine I am not under the impression I am royalty and I am capable of driving to get a service done and waiting (though this service was regarded as guaranteed at time of purchase). I do however expect, at the very least, to have a quick exterior wash done as part of the process. Nope! Not even that. I, unlike the other reviewers, have not dealt with rude employees but the service could certainly use some TLC. When you pay an exorbitant price for a vehicle and are told you will have outstanding "VIP" service and you could get the exact same work done at a fraction of the cost, closer to home at Jiffy Lube or the like, it is beyond frustrating. And don't get me started on booking a service on the app and then being called and told "sorry that day/time is not available"....every. single. time
Donny Wolf: Sovath and Key are good people. (Car Salesman and Financial Officer). We couldn't come to a deal basically because of my credit but the overall experience was better than expected. I wasn't hounded to no end by the car Salesman. He let me take out the vehicle for a test drive on my own. Not too much pressure from these people. Actually, I. THE END we DID make a deal and the car has been great.....

The implied warranty lists front and rear are covered. The service department ran the part number and naturally it's not available and of course not covered.It surely not the agencies fault for either, but I do feel mislead by Lincoln.

Most of all, I felt like I was the most important customer to them during my time and my repairs were done to a T, and without delay!

Violet Beauregarde: If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This man’s entire lot is filled with broken TOTALED cars. His handy man doesn’t speak english- which is fine but the communication is so OFF. Awful service, he sells cars that have reconstructed titles. He sells lemons and is very rude when asked about the junk he sells. Sad
