Caroline Tanner: I went to this place and got a lobster roll. I thought I was getting french fries and coleslaw as it costs $25. No. I just got a lobster roll with a minimal amount of lobster meat in it. I left there pretty hungry. I recommend going for their ice cream but not the lobster roll.

I always end up back at heritage because the ice cream is just better in my opinion

Nick Da Silva: I had to beg an employee there to take a tip. The employee is very nice, and quick with service. After having a conversation with the employee about why they won’t take the tip disgusted me. Apparently that employee gets no tip revenue/earns nothing from the tip pool and the employee is genuinely frightened to take tips. I don’t know if it’s management that is doing this to the employee, or who. But it’s a violation of federal and state law in NH. The only reason they wouldn’t be able to distribute tips in a location is if everyone at the location is not on agreeable terms for the tip pool, in which the tip pool wouldn’t be in place. I hope everyone reads this review

Christina Levitan: Oh this was such a delightful visit. We had not yet been here before but the woman working explained how it all worked. We soon grabbed our cups and headed for the frozen yogurt selections. We opted for cotton candy flavored frozen yogurt with some fresh fruits and some candies. We were not disappointed as the fruit was all so fresh and full of flavor. The candies were all fresh as well. Portions here are weighed for a total. Seating inside is a bit of a challenge during these times so we took our treats to the mall food court to indulge. It was a nice visit and I look forward to visiting again I the future.

Courtney D: Used to LOVE coming here for a malted milkshake or a soda made with their homemade syrups, especially a phosphate! Visited recently for the first time in a while and found that there's no more malt, phosphate, and sodas don't seem to be craft made any more. It was fine but not worth $15 for a float and a milkshake now, IMO. We didn't even get our drinks in a glass, just single use plastic cups.
Brendan T: Cute old fashioned soda fountain in Mill No. 5. Finally reopened after COVID restrictions. Mango sorbet was great! Would definitely recommend stopping in on a weekend.

R Artz: Hard to get to, no old fashioned ambiance. It is on the 4th floor of a great old building, but the soda fountain really lacks any character. No kids eagerly getting their ice cream, very few patrons at all. I asked the person at the counter if she knew how to make a chocolate ice cream soda. I got a side eye and she said yes. I got a glass with coke a cola and chocolate syrup. Disgusting, too. The coke was flat. No ice cream! A real ice cream chocolate soda is made with club soda. Three of us sat at the one table, waiting for service that never came. Finally sat at the soda bar and still waited until we finally said something to the clerk, who was clearly not busy because no one else was in the shop. Edit- of course I was in the right place. Do you not recognize your own location in the description? Some kind of cola was used to make a chocolate soda. Who cares if it was coke or Pepsi or even RC. The fact is, the soda was flat and had no ice cream, which is what I ordered and very explicitly explained to the haughty clerk, who could have cared less that we were even there to purchase something.

chace repunte: Worst place always closed. Went there at 7pm on friday and they were closed. Never go here this place is never open. Go to an icecream shop and spend your time there instead of here. Be open more!!

Vanvisa Attaset: Two stars because it's fine as a self serve fro-yo place and it's kind of the only option in the area, but it's never open. I probably have about a 50% success rate at catching it open during their posted business hours, and this is usually on the weekend. Not sure how they remain in business when they're always closed unexpectedly. If there's a phone number, I'd call first and make sure a human confirms they'll be open.

Sosocool: This establishment might as well close their doors already. Does not commit to posted hours and is disturbed of young children being in there. This location is designed to welcome families and children of all ages with activities that were available to the public while enjoying their yogurt. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I am appalled by the recent incident of a paying customer that was served a trespassing notice by the Littleton Police Dept.! Isn't this a place of business for the public, how is visiting this establishment and purchasing an overpriced yogurt TRESPASSING?! I hope Menchies franchise revoke the approval to allow this owner to open for business. The behavior that was displayed by this owner is unacceptable and uncalled for. I do not recommend anyone to visit this establishment if this is the type of service we will receive!
Malinda Koy: Recent incident: this establishment yelled and called the cops on a family because their 3 years old child was crying, as 3 years old do…. I have 2 little ones I couldn’t imagine an establishment calling the cops on us for this reason. Unacceptable…… Please reconsider visit this place.

evelynn ban: My mom took my siblings and I to get some frozen yogurt and when my 3 year old started to cry because she was playing connect four with my 5 year old brother the owner decided to yell at her in such a rude tone then i said there was no need to yell at a child because she was only 3 years old. she goes and starts recording us and decided to call the cops saying we were durbing the peace when we were literally just sitting there.
