Go in with defective part (oven igniter), he had it available right away, knew which one was needed, provided sage advice (but not overdone), and this novice never felt belittled or overwhelmed like some service centers do. Cost just a little more than Amazon, but available a week sooner, and I was far more confident in doing the job with his brief guidance. And I was much more confident I was getting the right part, too. I'll be going back here for years to come. Love it when you find a place like this.

Customer service was fantastic!On a side note, I never felt unwelcome or out of place in the store, nor was I asked if I knew what I was doing. As a woman I appreciated this.
