Nick Gagnon: I haven't been inside a GameStop in about 5 years and now I remember why. No customer service at all. If you don't want to answer questions and deal with people then the person who was working should find a different job.

kerianne maloof: Earlier today my friend went to the Plain st Game Stop in Lowell while i waited in the car. He purchased 5 Pokémon packs, the person who rang him out was very rude and negative, basically trying to talk him out of buying them. We went to target then came back so I can buy some, I collect them as well. When I went in I could instantly tell who he meant by the guy with the bad attitude. I asked him if he had anymore Pokémon cards for sale? He just pointed to ‘over there’ then went back to texting on his phone. He then shouted that he’s not going to sell me any because my ‘husband’ already came in and bought 5. Since that’s the limit per person, he can’t sell me anymore? I asked him what he was talking about , he said because he saw the car I got out of he knew the man I was with bought some earlier and he refuses to sell me any. When I asked him if he didn’t see me get out of that car would he sell me any ? He said yup. That it’s Game Stop regulations… he kept talking about my ‘husband’ how we go there and do this a lot.. we’ve been in that store TOGETHER maybe twice..? Because we both collect cards and play video games..I’m not sure if he’s just racial profiling because we’re Asian or what.. but I’m very confused about how this was handled ..

William Dastou: This location had a PlayStation 5 in store event today. They had limited bundles for sale and long line. They allowed a number of people to stand outside in 3 degree weather in January, only allowing 1 person in the store at a time to purchase. Dozens of people waited outside needlessly for over an hour and a half when they could have just announced to the waiters that they only had x amount of bundles. Then if people wanted to wait, they could have. Very poor decision by the store manager.

Scott Suzano: Tried to trade in my Nintendo Switch on 11/8/2021 - Website told me I’d get 220$ cash as a pro member. Once I get to the store, they told me I’d only get 170$. I showed agent the website stating the offer, and they told me they were unable to do anything. I then called into Customer Service, and they told me that they are supposed to honor the online trade in offers. Fast forward a couple days later, and they told me that they cannot honor the offer because it is at the store’s discretion. Seems like GameStop isn’t worth my time and money anymore.

Ariela Gragg: We held a birthday party for 12 kids (6 years old) at the store. The kids had a great time and the store owner did an incredible job of keeping everyone engaged and excited. The kids had a blast. We love this store and shop there regularly.

Robert Ahearne: I've had mixed experiences. The worst was: I placed an order with 3 Trolls for a game I really wanted, instead of buying it cheaper online, just to support the store. (Note: this was well after the game's street publishing date.) When I returned to ask about my order, a 3 Trolls owner told me their distributor had never heard of the game. Alarmed, I informed the game publisher; but when the game publisher called 3 Trolls, the owner admitted that he had simply forgotten to order the game and had lied to me.

Stephanie Sheena: I love this place so much. They have games you can play. You can hang out and chill for ten bucks and the people are amazing. They run great games and have really awesome kids programs. Full disclosure my friends own the place.

Michael Andryuk: 3 Trolls Games & Puzzles is an outstanding location in Chelmsford. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is well stocked with the latest RPGs, miniatures, card games, board games, puzzles, and even model rockets.Most impressively, the store has a game parlor in back (with a $10 entry fee) that give access to tons of board games, game terrain, and tables.Definitely recommended for locals and visiting gamers alike.

Ron Tuell: RPG gaming selection is awesome, as they had games I have not seen in years. I had forgotten about them till I saw them. If you are looking for a new board game the selection is almost as grand as toys r us use to be. They also have a huge selection of rental board games. Staff takes the time to really interact with you. I have been going playing many of the new boardgames.

Mooglekitty Bay: They have boardgames. You can rent games. Or rent a room to play in. Every couple months they have sellers coming in to sell unique things. All in one shop!

Sabrina: This store is well stocked, and has rental games and free to play games on board game night. They are also very inclusive and even have a beautiful rainbow dragon! Board games night is Tuesday, there is also Friday Night Magic and Dungeons and Dragons

Zephyr Workshop: Excellent store. Large with a big open play/event space. Vast selection of tabletop games and trading cards, including more obscure titles. Very clean. Nice people work here.

Max Linskey: Gem of a store, and a welcome addition to the area. Games, TTRPG supplies, and card games galore, and the owner is a cool guy who is very passionate about what he does. Show some love to this new store in town!
