Alex Gant: This was such a great service. I scheduled service the night before and then Hector called about 20 mins before arriving to let me know they were on their way. He, Luis, and Micky arrived ready to go and I met them outside. They were at my house for about 10 minutes from arrival to departure. Hector reviewed everything I had (trash, a lot of empty boxes, some old furniture, etc.) and gave me an estimate. The three of them proceeded to gather everything and toss it in their truck. Janis Newcomb: Working with Devin at KT Cleanouts was a great experience all around. The website is terrific (clearly shows what items can and cannot be removed); it was very easy to book an appointment; I was able to send photos of the job I needed done; two confirmations were received ahead of the appointment day; a text was sent when Devin was on his way on the day of; all junk from four different areas in my home, garage and yard was removed within the two-hour window reserved; and the pricing was VERY reasonable, especially since I had several heavy items and two that required extra charges (which were clearly stated on the website and did not come as a surprise to me). Highly recommend KT Cleanouts.

Krystal Zeogas: First the pros:-The guys were really nice-I like that they are eco friendly-They got in me quick and the office staff is also very nice-Their prices are reasonable-They did a good job emptying the apartment-The guys worked quicklyCons:-They unfortunately left a bit of trash in the driveway/walkway area all three times after they left. It wasn't a massive amount or anything but enough to frustrate me and one of our tennants. To be fair, the apartment (we had to evict someone ) was REALLY bad. Like, hoarder level. I do wonder if that's why trash was left, and part of me thinks if this wasn't that kind of situation they probably wouldn't have left trash. It smelled really really awful too so I'm sure it wasn't pleasant working in there. So I have to cut them a little slack there. It was also windy.-The office booked me on a Saturday and didn't let me know the dump closes at noon on Saturdays and so they would only be able to make one run. So they would have to come back monday morning. Then monday they again could only make one run because they were shorthanded so they had to come back Tuesday morning for the rest. It frustrated me that it took three days because I called a big company to have it done quickly, if they had been allowed to make dumps and come back they definitely could have finished in one day, the guys worked very quickly. kyle clifford: Terrible all around. Jrm was great and then was bought out by republic. After a couple of months my tenants kept informing me the dumpster was overflowing over the weekends. After numerous calls about missed pickups I was told that the company no longer provides pick ups on the weekends but was more than happy to keep charging me for it for months. Took 3 months to here back from anyone about this and all I got was an email saying they are working on a credit. My dumpster only gets picked up half the time it supposed to yet I still get charged. You can’t speak to anyone besides someone in a call center who tells you they cant do anything and refuse to connect you to anyone with even a sliver of responsibility. Terrible Service, terrible customer service wish I could give zero stars. Only reason I don't cancel is I am owed at this point probably $1,000-2,000 in credits and will just lose that if I switch. Logan Robinson: After calling a long list of dumpster companies looking for a dumpster with a lid for construction debris. This company told me “no problem” we can handle that. From the beginning, the dumpster was delivered 2 days after said date. Then all 3 pick ups following the first, were late. Then scheduled for a 5 pick up and was told by the driver at my place of business that “ the dumpster was more full then he thought so he will come back following morning. Driver arrives following day, reports that he can’t take the dumpster cause it has construction debris. Not only was I told this is no problem and they picked it up 4 times before. Files a complaint with the attorney general as they are basically thieves at this point. I have a new idea, the service on social media is really good at apologizing to all these 1 start reviews, can we get the social media team in some trucks picking up my trash to help out?EDIT - I did want to make an update to be fair, after 4 weeks of total frustration and luckily the town stepping in and doing some pickups and a lot of work holding Republic responsible for their contract, Republic did get their act together and has been reliably picking up my trash and recycling now since. I would maybe think it was a one time acquisition issue after they bought the previous company but it seems they consistently have this issue in many locations over many years, so they really need to get their act together if they are going to eat up all these smaller companies, figure out how to do it without impact to your customers. Unfortunately I can't just switch to another company, the whole town has to make that decision but maybe if they lost the business they would try harder to get it right when they take over new routes. Hundreds if not thousands of residents have yet to have trash picked up from last week. Kristen Demers: I had purchased an additional trash bin on September 2nd. I was told on Sept 6th it would be delivered I called the 7th no one can find more order. The lady said she would put in another request and it would be here on the 12th I called towards the end of the day because it started wasn't here. They told me they were sorry but they couldn't find my order yet again. This women said she would have her director call me the next day. Director never called. So I called back. The women who answer in sales said that my account has been sitting and a hold account not doing anything, she would message her supervisor. Now today sept 19th I called because still nowtrash bin or call. I was told yet again a message would be put into the supervisor. Nicole Lamb: This was our second time using a dumpster from Crescio. We had some junk to toss and by the time we were finished with it, the dumpster was pretty full. One of the last items we threw out was a microwave. We called for a pick up, which was prompt- they came to grab the dumpster from our driveway next day. When I got home however, I noticed the microwave was smashed upside down on the ground in our mulch bed with glass everywhere. It was an over the range microwave and doesn’t seem like something that would have just fallen off or rolled away. Even if it did, the Crescio team didn’t bother to pick it up- they left it behind. My husband called and was told they “can’t confirm” anything happened. We have a four year old who runs around, and landscapers who mulch that area. Completely disappointed at both the incident and the way it was responded to. They were disrespectful of our property and concern. We probably wouldn’t have cared about it as much if the response was more considerate. We are all honest and hard working around here, and providing service like this is unacceptable.Services:Junk removal,Yard debris removal
