Included in the complex are an office building, a former carpentry shop, stables, a warehouse, and a working forge.Among the items in the extensive collection are public and company records, public school records, old county jail records, public health records, oversized antique real estate atlases, maps, deeds, thousands of photographs, thousands of oral histories, and a vast ephemera collection.
