One of the employees saw her struggling a little and was very accommodating, as she was trying to buy her grandson a birthday gift . They helped her shop and walked her to the car afterwards. Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.

Priral Shah: So, here is my story. Since last 3 months, my coupons never worked which is $5 off on $25. Upon asking staff, they have rude behavior towards us. They were talking with each other about you n all. Moreover, returning that stuff cuz coupons did not worked, they blocked my number in the system. Which is one of the rudest thing ever. I won't spend a single penny in this store now. I SUGGEST, please don't go in this store.

Erin Delmore: Absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work at the store are extremely rude. They close early all the time. I’m not talking about during holidays or 1 or 2 minutes early either… They close 10, sometimes 15, minutes early on a regular basis. I went there tonight and got to the door at 9:47 PM, and it was locked (Sunday, store hours are 8am-10pm); the person working in there could see me standing at the door and I said “I just have to get a bag of cat food - I’ll be in and out super fast.” and she just shrugged at me and said “oh well, we’re closed.” It’s ridiculous! If the store closes at 10pm, then they shouldn’t lock paying customers out Before 10:00! And they definitely shouldn’t be rude about it! This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s extremely irritating. Very poor customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could!

Mrs. K.A.: Although convenient to my personal location, this particular Famil Dollar was starting to become my "less -frequented" store out of the 2 in Lowell. Reason being, their stock was becoming less and less on items I specifically shop here for. After a recent visit, I was pleased to find that they have made much needed updates and renovations. There were alao an abundance of store workers who were extremely friendly, curteous and eager to assist. The only reason for my 4 Star rating is that they were still in the process of renovating and unpacking new items to stock, but I am certain that as soon as this is complete, this will be my MOST frequented Family Dollar!
