It was better than a Hallmark, tho of a very similar demographic & feel, I liked it so much more because it had the typical greeting card selection, collectibles, toys, and trinkets, but the vast array of trinket like items towards the mid section to the front of the store is what really peaked my interest. Amazing things for lower price points than a Hallmark. And a lot of these things I've never been able to find anywhere else!

I apologized for having the wrong receipt and continued to shop around. When I returned to the checkout line I heard this woman telling the other ladies that some woman just came in for a exchange and handed me a HD receipt with a chuckle. If I heard it I'm sure everyone around me heard it...very unprofessional
April Pelletier: After the holidays there is a lot left over. 50% off sale was very nice. Store was very picked over. Picked up a snow globe but it didn't have a box. Would have been nice to have one to give as a gift.
Kathy LaBrecque: I'm so surprised! I just went to Annie's for a return. I didnt have my receipt but it was paid by Discover. They could easily have looked up the date I bought the item. They would only give me store credit and 30 percent off the original price (apparentlyit had gone on sale yesterday).I totally understand this would make sense if paid with cash because there would be no paper trail. But with Discover, it was very easy to see that I truly did pay full price. As well as the date I purchased it.So disappointing in this economy to feel like you are being taken advantage of.

Mark Mckellar: My children and I have purchased many Pandora charms from this store - Enough that my wife has two very full bracelets. I stopped in the other day and asked them to clean the bracelets. The woman I spoke to had a very condescending attitude saying, "We don't do that." When I said, they had done it in the past and I thought that was one of the benefits of buying genuine Pandora, she again refused. Her explanation was that the Salem board of health did not allow them to clean the bracelets. Her attitude was of annoyance and irritation during the whole interaction. (As it turned out, I ended up going down the street to the Pandora shop in the mall and cheerfully cleaned the bracelets.) I know where I'm buying Pandora from now on.

Michelle Baker: Went to Annie's in Salem NH today. Asked 3 times for a lady to help me before she acknowledged my existence. I asked if I can buy the displays of some of the Keepsake Ornaments I want, as I have been successful in doing at other Hallmark Stores, which mind you have sold their displays of the ornaments I want, and they flat out said no, we might get more in. With COVID, I don't trust that answer. What a way to lose business. Those ladies need better Customer Service skills.
George Lane: Just had a fantastic experience in this store! All the employees went out of their way to help me with finding everything I wanted. They made the whole visit special and gave me incentives to come back and shop some more! I'll be going back on Tuesday the 23rd for more shopping and have no doubt that I will be as happy with the experience. It has a beautiful assortment of different pieces such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, ect... I highly recommend this store. The staff is very friendly and it is always organized and clean. I drive 40 minutes just to come here!
